I usually have a great experience at this location, but yesterday I came in for an upper lip wax - she spilled hot wax on the corner of my face, as she turned from me because someone was walking in. She also put wax on my upper lip, which stuck to the wax strip. I now have a burn mark. She advised that this happened because I moved, even though I was sitting still.

Usually this location does an amazing job but today I came in and I swear she asked if I wanted light brown on my eyebrows for my tint, but then proceeded to make them dark brown/black . I'm a redhead. I'm so disappointed and sad because I look so stupid.

I’ve been here before & they have done a wonderful job. But as much as I want to give 5 stars. My service was rushed today leading to my eyebrows not being threaded all the way.

I asked for 1 shade darker tint on my eyebrows and she did at least 3 shades darker. I look like early Madoona! (Blonde hair black eyebrows) She talked me into tinting my lashes and I really couldn't tell much dolifference. That was a waste of $25!! This is the only place I come to for threading my eyebrows though. They are very good and quick.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS. Don’t go here what ever you do. I went here and told the lady to keep them thick and clean them up and don’t cut off my ends of my brow. And she told me after my services my eyebrows were uneven and I need to make them thinner they look a mess don’t go here. The first picture in the white is my eyebrows before my service. The second picture is off afterwards. It felt like she was ripping my skin off. She took off too much and we’re like they are uneven let me take off more. It’s the only Asian lady there that works there JUST DON’T GO HERE.

I use to really love this place,the employees are friendly and very talkative which is fine with me,lol. I noticed the last time before I just went that my brows were butchered, if I hadn't got the tint to them they wouldn't have looked like nothing. I noticed it before but I let them grow back hoping to give them a chance to redeem themselves, they made worse so now I'm starting over again. Never again.

i’m so disappointed. i’ve been growing out my brows for about a month in a half so i was super ready to get my brows done. decided to go here and just do the first woman available and i wish i hadn’t. usually i have a woman by the name of something with an s, and she does amazing. but this time she had people waiting on her so i went with a woman older asian lady. my eyebrows are so uneven and i wish i hadn’t even went. she kept plucking the right one for no reason. i hate them, this isn’t the only review complaining about her. she needs to find a new profession.

I just moved back to Greensboro after being gone for four years. The owner of this establishment talks down to his employees. He did it again today. He speaks to these young Asian women as if they're idiots. I believe he is the problem! Kajoah did a wonderful job for me today. He, again, is the problem. I would dare guess his turnover rate to be 300%. You do not "correct" an employee in front of customers, especially when no correction is needed. What a jerk....

My eyebrows are so thin and uneven now (I specifically told her I wanted clean up not reshape). The lady was very rough and my eyebrow area is still swelling and hurts after 12 hours. She was also rude to me. I am definitely not going back.
