It was ok. I’ve had better for a few $$ less. She cleaned them up nice, but my shape was still a little off. I went home to tweeze a little more off. They were nice and their establishment was open, even when the weather was bad. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Thanks

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years but there recent price hike have no rational.They had same pricing for waxing and threading for eye brows and upper lips. They have crazingly increased the prices for waxing now. Eye brow wax for $20 and upper lip wax for $14. Not going back.

I have been going here for a while but yesterday they took off a third of my eyebrow. The outer portion of my left eyebrow is sparse and looks shaved off. I have thick eyebrows so it never looks this way. I also had to clean up the rest as she left hairs and it wasn’t well shaped. I was rushing and usually trust the work and didn’t notice it until I got back home. To have inexperienced people threading without some sort of supervision of their work and training is unacceptable.

Good at brows. BEWARE I Do not recommend getting your eye lashes done here my lashes were over processed left curly frizzy and dull. and even once I went back to have them fix the problem they didn’t look how they should I gave up and left. my eyes were burning unlike any previous lash lift I’ve gotten in my life. I also was disappointed by the lack of attention to sanitation between clients. The shield they used for my lash lift was stained with previous tint indicating it had been used on other customers eyes. The woman who performed my lash lift and tint hands smelt like her lunch and it smelt like bad chicken. I do not believe she even washed her hands after eating and before touching my eye! Overall a highly disappointing experience. Please do your research beforehand and be cautious! I highly recommend going elsewhere. I will definitely never return

Great service and prices. Very experienced women. I am always hesitant to get my brows done at a nail salon and I’m happy I finally found a place that I can confidently go in and trust that my brows will come out fantastic.

I saw a young lady with gorgeous brows and asked her where she got her brows done. She told me WOW Brows. I went there the same day. Lisa did an amazing job on my brows! Although they don’t take appointments, it didn’t take long to get my own set of gorgeous brows. I will definitely run!

I walked out saying wow alright. they cut too much of my eyebrow and now one of my eyebrows looks disconnected to the rest of the brow. If you have thick eyebrows, they don’t know what to do with it. I would never return

I went in this morning, and was very clear that I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick, and I didn’t want arches added. However, she did it anyways, and they are extremely thin and will take me months to grow back.

DO NOT GET LASH EXTENSIONS DONE HERE. Update to owner: email was returned. Something about email security. I have been going to WOW brows for a few years to get my eyebrows threaded. Last Saturday, while getting my brows done, I asked if they did lashes. The reply was yes and I made an appointment to come back later that day. The cost including tip was $158. I was told that in about 3 - 4 weeks to come back for a fill and I got the price for that. Well today, just a week later, on one eye, the lashes are very thinned. On the right side have lost some as well. So I went back today and showed the issue (after waiting 45 mins for the person that did the job) and was asked 'if I washed?' Of course I washed my face but took special care around lashes. I was then told I would be charged ANOTHER $40 to fill in the left side?! More money for them to fall out again? This is not normal for lashes. Because I look crazy right now I asked for them to just be removed. Well that was cheaper -$35! The ''manager' was consulted on this (mind you only 4 of them in there but all of a sudden there is a management structure. And when I first came in with my complaint there was no manager that talked to me about the issue. Well my business did not matter because I left with no remedy but to invest more money into a substandard job. So you have been warned. I have wasted $158 and now I have to figure out how to get thaws lashes off. I will not step foot in there again not even for threading. I hope none of you have issues there because you will not get any customer service.

Decent price of $14 for threading, never a wait time and my brows have consistently looked good which I was soo nervous about since I recently moved to NC and hate testing out new places.

I believe they are overpriced & taking advantage of people. Though this is not NY but it is $5 down there to get your eyebrows done. Eyebrows should not be more than $12 atleast in my opinion. $14 for eyebrow is too much and ridiculous. I've come here before when it was just $12 & I had to bring my baby no one acknowledged me and helped open the door as I was struggling. I won't be back.

I use to love coming to this place to get my eyebrows done and they always did a good job but unfortunately this may have been my last time going yesterday. Not only do they charge 2$ more than they use to but also I was sent a coupon for 3$ off and when I went to use when paying, I was told that I could not use it because it was “sent in error”… even though the text with the coupon was sent a week ago and it did not expire. I don’t know why a coupon be sent to get me to return only to not be able to use it.

Regularly get my brows done here; happy with results. Recently added a brow tint and the results are great. Kind of pricy but will do again when I have an event where pictures will be taken or I don't want half my eyebrows looking like they fell off. Photos show before, during and after.

My first time there my eyebrow threading was nice but the tenting was off. I decided to give them a second try with someone else and Pina did a great job threading was great and the tenting looked better.
