Amazing Service! If I didn't live 3 hours away, I would return every 2 weeks! We came into KC for the weekend and we're welcomed into West Plaza Nails after having many difficulties finding availability around town. The attention to details and quality customer service really made our Girl's Weekend more enjoyable.

My sister and I had our nails done for a wedding. They did an amazing job with gel manicures on each of us. Numerous coats and clear coats to strengthen our nails beneath the color. Guarantee service to fix chips etc for 14 days. All nails still look great at day 18, except one little crack. Very happy with their service and would be a repeat customer if I lived in Kansas City.

The best pedicure I have ever had. They were very courteous. The technician really took her time and paid attention to detail. Honestly the best pedicure I have ever had. Will be going back.

The people were nice, but they didn’t do a good job. They left previous dip powder on and didn’t file them down enough at all...causing them to be bumpy. They didn’t give me the shape I wanted and my nails are uneven. Some not even the same lengths.

Love the staff here as everyone is a professional a d absolutely the best with nails and feet. Best manicurist Melinda and Ben with Loretta giving a terrific pedicure. Hands down

Anna does such a great job, I work in the horticulture industry and my manicure lasts for a few weeks. I'm always so happy with my results, and the staff is all friendly and pleasant. My only complaint is that j have never been in and out in less than 2.5 hours.

Atmosphere needed work, was very busy and had to wait for a scheduled appointment. To their defense they were short two people. I have only been once, which should be noted. Paint job, I got gel, was really great. They guaranteed it for up to 10 or 11 days. Friendly. Good color options.

Best manicures in plaza area, hands down. Staff really goes the extra step to take care of you. Recommend to anyone. (And they're quick enough to fit you in over lunch!).

Had my eyebrows micro bladed with Kaityana. She was great. Very professional and great detailed work. I love them and I can finally throw away those eyebrow pencils! Thank you!

I've been to countless salons and this one is by far my favorite. Very friendly staff, CLEAN, and well maintained ♥️ Pedicures and shellac manicures alike! Haven't tried dip but they have soooo many colors. I'll try next time

Made manicure appointments for 6 ladies as part of a bachelorette weekend. They were able to see all of us at the same time, which saved a lot of time. The owner, Anna, took the time to explain to us what type of manicures would be strongest and would last until wedding weekend, as well as what kinds would be best for our individual nail types. I feel the pricing was fair and comparable to other nail salons. Will definitely be returning for future nail needs!

The manicure with gel polish and pedicure look fabulous, but they don't have their prices posted. When I got to the counter to pay, I was shocked at the total. It was twenty dollars more than I usually pay at my regular salon, but I went there on a weekday while I was running other errands, but as good as the manicure is, the convenience wasn't worth the difference in prices.
