I’ve been seeing Anhel since 2016, and she’s truly one of a kind! Her balayage skills are phenomenal—my hair always looks natural, beautifully blended, and radiant. Once, I was tempted to cut my hair much shorter, but she gently talked me out of it, and I’ve never regretted it. When I told her I was pregnant, she immediately started planning long-term for my hair, adjusting the color and style to require less frequent appointments—perfect for a new mom’s busy lifestyle. That level of thoughtfulness and care is just one of the many reasons I trust her completely. Every visit leaves my hair feeling healthy and refreshed, and while she recommends amazing products, she’s never pushy about it. Anhel is not just a talented stylist but also someone who genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair!

Great place, amazing stylist, BUT this is the second time I got charged for no show (full amount of the session! $$$$) because of notification text message of upcoming appointment not being delivered to me. Apparently it’s through 3 rd party and they cannot track if or why it was not delivered. In this day and age this is a kind of experience I can’t think of putting up with. Hard pass!

I had a keratin treatment and haircut at this salon a couple of weeks ago. I have this treatment a couple of times every year so I have a lot of experience with that. I did not wash my hair for a couple of days afterwards and have been applying only Lanza keratin shampoo and conditioner. To be honest, the stylist spent a lot of time on my hair but after only 2 weeks, my hair has started to get frizzy again. It was the most expensive keratin treatment I have ever had but I am not satisfied at all with the results. I do not recommend this salon for keratin treatment.

Came in to get bangs trimmed / styled. Looked very unlike the picture showed. Paid over $200+ dollars for a quick wash and cut and bangs looked really off and not suited for face. William seems like a nice hair dresser and I’ve heard good things about his coloring for clients but I did not have a good experience with my haircut. Bangs looked choppy and uneven and had to go to a $10 haircut place to get it fixed!

Cannot explain just how much I love Anhel! She’s been my hair dresser since 2.5 years and is absolutely magic. She understands the requirements and executes it to the T. She also is a great person to just generally chat with.

They took us at the last minute, which TOTALLY saved the day. We were scheduled somewhere else, and we got canceled at the last minute. This was more of a memorable event, since it was my 4 year old daughters first haircut. We all LOVED her haircut, and Kylie our daughter LOVED it as well. Excelente customer service, and really nice stylist. Maryann went out of her way to make it a memorable event for my daughter and family. We will most definitely come back here, and definitely recommend this salon. They did an amazing overall job.

I have sadly been a long term customer of W and seen many talented stylists leave. Chris is fantastic but the Salon's recent treatment of their 48 hour policy when they had scheduled me with their most expensive hairstylist next to William was just unacceptable. I have never seen this mentor stylist before so no blame on the stylist this the management style of the salon and the customer treatment. I called a good 24+ hours before and asked if they could schedule me on Sunday but they said no as they had no opening and also made me pay a cancellation fee of the full $130 dollars for not being able to make an appointment that I called about more than 24 hours in advance, as their "48 hour policy is for all customers no matter what the circumstances are even if they can't find me another appointment". Yes they have plenty of customers and don't care about customers like me, but in this day and age with inflation do you want to pay $130 for a cancellation??? If you are a working parent/person and not looking to throw away your money on cancellations chose a different salon so W can enforce their 48 hours policy to all customers with 0 empathy. If you have tons of dollars to spare give it to charity rather than book an appointment at the W Salon. My 2 cents , even if it helps one user, its worth writing this review. The salon will remain inconsiderate of long time customers and such is life, but you decide where you want to be penalized.

I've been seeing Maryann for years. I'd trust her with my life when it comes to my hair. Being that I've been a long term client of hers, at this point I feel like she just understands me. I'm quiet indecisive with my hair, and maybe sometimes even impulsive. Sometimes i will know what i want, but maybe what i want isnt what will look good on me...Maryann is honest with me and gives me suggestions on what will look good with my complexion. As the seasons go by, ill show Maryann a few examples of what i like and let her run with it. I'm happy with the outcome every time! She's a woman of many talents and i can tell she really loves her craft. Babylights, balyage, ombre...you name it! Her haircuts are also awesome. In addition, she's always informative about the hair products she uses on me. Thanks Maryann for always making me feel beautiful!! :)

Cannot wait for quarantine to end so I can visit again. Staff is welcoming. Kimberley is an awesome stylist that I go to when I visit. She always makes sure we talk about what I want to do. And she always gives me great tips to take care of my hair.

Erica knew exactly how to handle my slight phobia of getting my haircut. She knew exactly what I wanted with barely saying a word. She walked me through everything. Then her assistant Lexi was awesome. She gave the best shampoo ever and both were fun to talk to. I will be booking again and again. Thanks again 😊

Erica was very nice. We talked about what type of cut I wanted, and she showed me several ideas before I made up my mind. Then, she really was careful. My hair is challenging because it's so thin. But I'm very happy with the result.
