I never want to give a business a poor ratings and this is the first unfavorable rating I have ever given but unfortunately I did not have a favorable experience. I called several days prior to make an appointment. I spoke with a LADY who over the phone was very courteous and gave me an appointment for Monday at 10am. When Monday arrived and I showed up ( on time) for my appointment, my experience was awful and quite embarrassing. The gentleman working insisted that HE spoke to me and that I asked for a specific technician to do my nails and that I then stated I would call back. He was very adamant in telling me about a conversation that I NEVER had! This was my first time here so he did not know me at all to assume this was me that he spoke with. I explained very nicely that I spoke with a woman and was given a time for 10 am. He continued to argue with me and refuse to service me stating they were all booked up. This incident was very hurtful and embarrassing. To turn a client away when they have an appointment is not ok and very unprofessional.

I have been going to WV Nail Spa for over 2 years. They owners and family are always very professional and friendly. I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure. The place is always clean and inviting.

P.A., Tony, and the staff are attentive, thorough, and dedicated to quality and satisfaction. Men’s feet are rough, and they made mine feel like a baby’s. I have been disappointed with so many other places and I found the “spot”! Prices are affordable and I will be back!

They were amazing here! I walked in (without an appointment) and asking for them to either fix my nails that another nail salon had messed up or remove them and put on new. We decided on removing and putting on new. She was so gentle, making sure to tell me and keep asking me if I felt any pain whatsoever while removing to let her know and she will stop (I did not). She listened to everything I said I wanted and my nails turned out just the way I wanted them. They never tried pushing any extra services that would cost me more like everywhere else does either! And they have the best prices I’ve come across! I’ll be going back here from now on and would highly recommend them to anyone! In fact I have about 5 friends/family members that are going to go to WV Nails and Spa after I told them about my experience there!

I’ve been coming to WV nail spa for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. My nails always look great and last forever when I go to them. Would highly recommend!

I have been to lots of nail salons all over the country, and when I visited Morgantown about a month ago I was very impressed with WV Nail Spa! What's even more impressive is that it's been a month and my nails still don't have a single chip! Longest lasting gel manicure I've ever had, and for a bargain compared to what I would have paid in Boston or Atlanta.

I was in and out and treated so good the whole time. My comfort was important to my nail tech which I appreciated. He also continued to check in with me during the nail process to make sure I liked what was happening. Very friendly staff and my nails are better then perfect.
