I was looking forward to getting my nails done here because my daughter-in-law's looked amazing, but this is what I got, and it was coming off the same day.

I took my niece and mother in law there on Monday, and we were the first ones there right as they opened. I asked for a pedi and a fill. At the time, there was only one tech there she began my my pedi while my mother and niece waited for the techs to arrive. It quickly became busy, and the male tech rushed through my mother in laws nails to begin working on mine. I asked him how long it would take as we had another appointment, and i didn't want him to rush. He assured me that he could do it no problem. Another 10 minutes passed, and still, i hadn't started, and so i decided i didn't want to be rushed and declined the fill. I looked at my mother in laws nails as soon as we left and saw they were clumpy, and not even four days later, they started to peel off.

Friendly service, fair prices and I was happy with my pedicure Update: will use another studio since they charge what they want. I payed $56 for a pedicure with French gel? The other day I payed $50 for same service. I think they charge whatever they want...they should have a price list there so you know before what you will pay..

Great place ! And great service. Definitely my go to place for pedicures ! I always make an appointment since they do get busy, and I usually get seated right away. Def a good place if you’re looking for a basic pedicure and manicure.

I have been there three times the first time I went there a young lady did my nails she sat in the back she gave me a pedicure and a manicure and also put a hot towel on my neck because it was stiff went back the second time she did my pedicure and was going to do my nails but she said she couldn't do the acrylic so I went to another guy what back the third time the third guy wasn't available so I tried to get the original lady to do it they claim and she claims that she never does now that she's never done my nails poor customer service will never go back I wish I could give them a negative 100 Stars *****UPDATE***** 5/13/2024 DEFINITELY WON'T BE BACK I tried one last time, and she gave me the menu, so I chose to go with the $40 pedicure when I checked out it was $50 because they changed an extra $10 for the color. When you get a pedicure, the color is already included in the price.

Always have a great experience. I usually only get pedicures. Very gentle. Get attended so fast. The results are always beautiful. At this point, even if there is a wait, even after setting an appointment, I will not mind .

Our new favorite nail salon!! I brought my grandmother here yesterday to get manis & pedis - our first time here. Our nails techs were amazing! I had Vincent & my grandmother had Tina. They were both very thorough, and had us falling asleep many times because we were so relaxed. We definitely plan on coming back 😁

So freaking lazy. Walked in an hour in a half before posted closing time and asked for a fill. The 4 men working there turned to each other and talked in their language, one of them answers and tells me they are closed. That is very unprofessional. I used to love this place but the quality has gone down and their prices have sky rocketed. My nail fell off after only a week. Find another place because Thai place isn’t it anymore, unfortunately.

When I first got there, the person who is doing my nails was an older man and he was wrapped up in sports betting I believe he kept checking his phone in watching the WNBA. I probably should’ve said something right at that point but I did not. I’m like I’m just going to pay attention and you know he’s a professional he should be fine. I told him how I wanted my nails I told him that I wanted them a little thicker because my nails tend to break a lot and I told them that I wanted them narrow according to the picture you can see that I have all different shapes. The man did not ask me what shape now I want to. He just started working on my nails. It does not look good. I tried my best to kind of update him as we were going along, but after he’s already has acrylic going, I really didn’t know what to say in order for him to fix it. But towards the end, I was finally frustrated when I was asking him to fix one nail and I just ask for someone else to do it respectfully, and they told me basically that it was trouble since it had already been been done, and I should’ve said something in the beginning. Which I did. The man was not paying attention. He was paying attention to sports. No one said sorry about anything. And then I did not get gel polish, so the green polish that I originally got. It was so see-through that it really didn’t look right so I got them to take it off and then the white polish that they put on there also didn’t look right and you can see that you can still see the green underneath the white. The one who did my pedicure did a good job, but the issue was also with the polish. I chose a lime green OPI and they were saying that it was too late and kept recommending gel polish which I did not want to pay extra for that. Their normal polishes seem to be diluted . Then they proceeded to tell me if I didn’t want the lime green color if they needed to put white underneath then I will be charged extra for that. Personally, if I had a business that I Really enjoyed my work. I would not let a client leave the way that I left today and I was not rude. I did not fuss I did not holler. I did not do any of that. Unfortunately it seems like that’s what they want you to do in order to get anything done correctly. If that makes sense I’m just really upset and will not be returning to this nail shop, nor would I recommend them to anyone to.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced on a nail salon. The one short korean dude (didn’t gave me his name) was rude af over the phone and once I arrive at the place barely talked to me and had me waiting for more than 30 mins. If you’re looking for a spa, don’t come to this one, swing by and get some little cesar instead.

Amazing gel manicure for only $30!!!! Not including tip but still gave a good tip cuz my lady was amazing! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the nail file and nail buffer used on me was old and had clearly been used before but they sprayed alcohol on my hands several times so I guess high risk means high reward and my nails are so nice. Also the thing to see what gel polishes they have doesn’t have all the colors and is broken but I mean I’m sure you can ask to see the wall of them.

Came in for just a fill and was charged $50 when on the sign it said $20 and up and when I questioned the guy said because I got my them shortened and 2 little sticker. Which doesn't add up. Than proceeded to be mad and start bickering with another guy which I know was about me from the tone of voice. MIND you my daughter got a NEW full set ombre for the same price. Won't be coming back that's for sure!!!!

I am gravely concerned about this business even being able to operate. The pedicure I received was good and thorough but the manicure left my nails dirty and uneven. But what else I saw was worse. I was in there while they were broadcasting the funeral of the young man recently beat to death by the police. One of the employees stood directly in front of the TV and made a comment in whatever language they speak and several of the employees shared a long chuckle, and the woman doing my nails looked at me. I have a hard time believing that whatever he said was positive. Political correctness aside I believe that its rude and unprofessional to speak a different language while doing business with people who don’t speak the language. I will never ever in my life again patronize a business where the employees cant speak English. It’s not because I devalue diversity but for the reasons mentioned. I hope they don’t stay in business. That would make me chuckle

Y’all I would love to give this place a good review because the lady was so nice, but I just can’t. My nails are crooked and the gel must’ve been old because it left streaks and weird lines. Never going there again.
