Everyone was super nice! And Becca did an amazing job with my hair! It was a bit butchered when I came in initially, and she fixed it up beautifully! (Continuation) so, I just got my hair done again by them! And still amazing! However, Becca no longer works there so it was Lina (her previous apprentice) who did my hair this time and she did a remarkable job. I love that she took her time and cut a little at a time to make sure it was the length I was wanting before cutting off more. Would highly recommend Lina if you ever go!

I went in for a cut and color and I loved the whole visit. Lina was so friendly and she explained everything she was doing before she did it which I appreciated. Everyone was kind and they made sure I was comfortable. Lina is an excellent colorist. I’ve gotten tons of compliments

I love coming here. I’ve never kept up with regular appointments but have really been focusing on self care. Valeria is so pleasant and easy to talk to. I am thankful I found a place and stylist that mesh well! I love that they offer eyebrow tweezing. I am so sensitive to wax.

The salon is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone seems to enjoy working here. The stylist, Bethany, does a great job. She is thorough and has great attention to detail. The color looks natural. Tara took care of my step-daughter and did a wonderful job cutting and styling her thick, gorgeous hair as well. Everyone here is kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this salon. 😊

April was amazing! She brought my hair back to life!! She was so pleasant to work with. We had great conversation and she truly listened to my hair history and came up with a great game plan! She was so sweet and took her time getting the perfect cut and teaching me how to style it properly. 10000/10 recommend her for EVERYONE with wavy or curly hair! I am very pleased with my experience!

I've finally found my holy grail hair stylist at Xanadu in Norfolk after 10 long years of searching! 🙌💇‍♀️ April is an absolute hair goddess! She gives me exactly what I want, every time. I've gotten a cut, highlights, and an all over color from her and I'm always thrilled with the results. 😍✂️🎨 She even talks me through her process and advises me on what's best for my hair. I have fine hair that's been through a lot of dye jobs, so I really appreciate her expertise. April takes her time and never rushes, which I love. My hair feels so healthy and looks amazing! If you're in the Hampton Roads area and looking for a stylist, I highly recommend April at Xanadu!

It was my first time in the salon and I felt like I’d been going there for years! Everyone was so friendly from start to finish. This also was my first cut and color with Bethany and she was phenomenal. We hit it off right away and she gave me exactly what I didn’t know I wanted. My hair is beautiful and I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with her! Thank you so much! After years of searching I finally found my salon in Chesapeake!

Becca was awesome! I got a Brazilian blowout and a hair cut. Becca is very patient and pays attention to detail. She didn't rush through my services even though I have really thick curly hair. This is something I really appreciate. She always gives sound advice regarding if a cut/style will or will not work. Let's just say I have yet to have a result I didn't like. Definitely recommend!

I was greeted right away, offered a drink and checked in. Terah was friendly, she made me me feel great, payed attention to what I asked for, showed me how to style my new cut and introduced me to several products and showed me how to use them. I got a great style and a great experience.

I had my hair permed by Becky in August and debated posting this review because I really liked her as a person and didn't tell her that I didn't like the perm before I left because sometimes perms look a little wild before you wash and style them at home for the first time. I was very specific about the type of perm I wanted. I showed her several pictures of what my perms have looked like before and showed her an inspo pictures. She assured me many times you could do that and she that she had been doing hair for over 20 years. I hate the way my hair looks now. Everyday I wake up and want to cry because I spent over $300 to get something that looks awful in my opinion. I asked for very tight curls all the way through and she did two sizes or curlers ans some pieces are a little curly and some are almost strait. There is absolutely no curl at the bottom 2 in of my hair (maybe more). I am so upset and wish she would have been honest with me that he could not give me the type of perm I wanted and have gotten at other salons.

Val did a FANTASTIC job with my highlights. My hair was black and looked dead, but I walked out with so much dimension and shine! Amazing customer service. I truly felt like she listened and did her best to achieve the look I asked for. Would highly recommend going here!

The only salon I have been to since moving here and they always do exactly what I ask for. This past time, everyone was so sweet and accommodating to me bringing my 2 month old. Reasonably priced while being a quality salon.
