Attn pregnant mamas: must go here! Went at 32 weeks and i was in awe that this was the most comfortable and at ease i had been my entire pregnancy. Just the positioning alone is 5/5 but Jennifer’s massage was an added bonus! Well worth every penny. Had gone to at least four other prenatal massage places before this and nowhere else comes close.

Iva is a wonderful massage therapist and I'm so grateful I found my way to her! She has such a gentle and calm demeanor and a really intuitive way of addressing my body's needs. I really appreciate the unique and caring service she provides.

I love getting facials from Brittani they are the absolute best! All the massage therapist offer a different approach and I have been very happy with all the massages even prenatal ones I have had here! The products they use are amazing too I love eminence products!

This was my first visit to Xenana, and I’m already looking forward to the next time. I had a deep tissue massage with Elayna and it was amazing. So relaxing and just the right amount of pressure, she has the magic touch. I floated out of there. Thank you Elayna and see you again soon!

Came here for a deep tissue massage. My LMT was Zara Sluys. She is smart, funny, considerate and EXTREMELY good at her job. I left feeling physically and mentally much better than I left. Cannot recommend her services enough.

I love this place. Staff are great and knowledgeable. Had a deep tissue massage with Zara recently, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative about what she was doing. As a recovering people pleaser, it was helpful to me that she pushed me to be honest and vocal about what I was feeling and the level of discomfort I could tolerate.

Beautiful spa and experience. Just didn’t feel much of a difference with my back pain after the pre-natal massage & didn’t feel very relaxed during the massage.

My sister and I just happened to stumble upon this wellness spa and how lucky we were. We both had massages from Zara, and she was the best there is! Zara was professional and skilled. Zara was impressive! I have knots from high school that are finally feeling relief. I couldn’t recommend more!! Amazing DEEP tissue massage with tips on how to avoid rebuilding the tension. Also, Zara really allows the massagee to dictate the level of deep-tissue-ness. Felt incredibly comfortable and now relived! 10/10

Outstanding massage from Zara. I booked a 75 minute deep tissue massage. Zara is very knowledgeable, professional & addressed all of my problem areas. I finished my session feeling free of the tightness and discomfort in my foot & shoulder. The staff is very kind and accommodating as well. I will definitely book a massage again soon.

Fantastic experience at Xenana Spa! The spa has a soothing aura, and reception staff is very welcoming. Emma was attentive and applied just the right amount of pressure to all of the pressure points I highlighted to her. With a multitude of injuries over the years, it is crucial for a massage therapist to get that right, especially in a deep tissue massage and she was spot on! I would highly recommend giving Xenana Spa a try if you’re local to or visiting the PDX area!

I had such a wonderful facial today at Xenana Spa. Julie Hasson was my aesthetician, she is great! The experience started right when I walked into the peaceful and inviting room. Her choice of products were spot on. She gave me a couple of options so I could pick masks with aromas that fit me. I felt so pampered, it was exactly what I needed. I told Julie she has magical hands and I am so please with the results! I even purchased a few items to help in repeating the results at home. Julie has found a repeat customer!

I've only been here a few times but it's solid. This week my shoulder was bothering me so I needed to book asap and found a 75 min slot the next day. Paulina took great care of the issue and I felt my worries drift away. My shoulder now feels great. Thanks Xenana!

Julie Hasson gave me a completely relaxing facial. Amazing massage and great product and skincare knowledge. I am also an esthetician, so very picky. I needed a place to be pampered and relax. I loved that Julie didn’t keep me from relaxing with chatting. She was very respectful of my need for relaxation yet attentive. I highly recommend Julie. I also really liked the quiet lounge to relax in after with the cup of herbal tea Julie thoughtfully brought me. Fantastic facial.

I was lucky enough to be paired with Mariana as my massage therapist. As someone who travels a lot my sciatica tends to flare up. She was able to pin point the areas in my hips that needed release. Her overall full body massage left me feeling relaxing relief that I haven’t felt in years. I highly recommend Mariana for you want a personalized approach to massage therapy. I attended their yoga student special for 2 weeks. And I loved it and I came back for more yoga classes after that. The yoga teachers, energy and the practice is very fulfilling and calm - I feel so grounded after every class whether it be in the day or night. The yoga space is intimate and small, making the experience very focused. I 100% recommend taking a yoga class at XenanaSpa!

I highly recommend yoga at Xenana. The yoga teachers share and guide the yoga practice in such a way that when I finish class I always feel wonderfully relaxed with a lovely sense of wellbeing.

I went to Makeda for a deep tissue massage and I had a fantastic experience! I have difficulty finding a massage therapist that will apply enough pressure but Makeda was so strong, I almost tapped out. Just what my aching body needed! Everyone in the spa was very friendly and I love the inclusivity. I will definitely return and encourage my friends to try them out!

Just had the best massage ever at Xenana! I got the 90min prenatal massage with Paulina and it was amazing. The spa itself is very peaceful and relaxing. The room was the perfect temperature and there were lots of pillows and support for being pregnant. The music was relaxing and the massage itself was incredible. 5 stars highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Makeda. That's the reason I come here <3 Over 3 years ago, I was given a gift card to try a prenatal massage, & if you know me, you know that I don't really like other people touching me. It took me nearly the whole 9 months to finally cave & actually book the service because I was so reluctant. Buuuutttt it turned out to be the best massage I ever had in my life!!! Fast forward to me going through another pregnancy this past year, & I knew I needed to go see her. It was just as I remembered from my previous experience! I made a decision after that to incorporate massage into my self-care routine, & I haven't looked back since! I even drive 40+ minutes nearly each month (sometimes back to back weeks) just to see her. Makeda applies the perfect amount of pressure. If I have aches or pains, she assists. She's helped me with a variety of new Mommy body-things, including, but not limited to: upper back pain, soreness in my shoulders (both probably from breastfeeding & slouching), hip aches (from my occasional side hold when I'm standing in public with my baby on one hip), & a variety off other little things that come up, etc. I told her she's magical & I mean it! She's very intuitive, & I leave the spa so relaxed, feeling amazing & ready to take on my day. Every single time! I just absolutely love her & if I could give Makeda her own review & 10 stars just for her, I would! Thank you Makeda! Also, there is another employee at this spa that I absolutely adore as well. Asha! What a beautiful spirit. I enjoy coming in & talking to all the ladies now at the front, but Makeda & Asha have a special place in my heart. Much love & gratitude to the 2 of them for real. From one melanated woman to others, I feel that I experience healing hands & joyful sisterhood/conversations & community because of my experiences with the 2 of them. Forever grateful & happy to have met them!

WOW. Amazing 90 minute massage by Melissa followed by a fabulous 90 minute facial by Julie. My first time visiting Xenana and have already made another appointment for both wellness services. From the time I stepped in Xenana, I felt enveloped in warmth and caring staff. Also, Thank You to Sara for recommending sequence of massage, then facial. See you soon :-)

Wonderful to discover Xenana Spa in the neighborhood and the excellent yoga instructors, Cary and Sarah, leading practice in a welcoming, intimate and comfortable space. I am delighted by the renewed wellness they have inspired as I get back into my practice after many years.

Have done two prenatal massages here with Mariana and they are some of the best massages I’ve ever had - prenatal or not. Mariana is so great at applying the perfect amount of pressure and the space is super relaxing. It is hands down the best massage experience I’ve had in Portland. They offer you hot tea when you walk in which I always love in a spa and allow you to sip it post massage as well. You don’t feel rushed in and out. Their beds are heated, sheets are silky soft and they have the best pregnancy pillow set up to accommodate our growing bellys. Can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t hesitate to book. 75 min massage is perfect and you leave in a state of pure zen. 10/10.

Went here for a prenatal massage my hubs got for me and let me tell you!! If you are pregnant (no matter how far along) and your hips feel like they are ripping apart COME HERE!!!! Emma took such amazing care of me so very kind and attentive to my needs! She was very communicative with me aski g if the pressure was too much which I sincerely appreciated. I also vocalized that my feet can be extremely ticklish and she managed to get me in such a relaxed state that it was actually amazing having my feet rubbed! Its been 3 days and my hip pain is still gone. Her magic hands are so amazing and healing I am beyond grateful for yhe work she did! Definitely going here throughout my entire pregnancy and then some! I also want to mention how amazingly kimd their entire staff is! I had the pleasure of talking to a handful of wonderful women at the end of my massage as I was finishing my tea and everyone there is so kind hearted and caring! 10/10 for Xenana spa for sure!!
