I recently had an IV vitamin infusion with Lauren, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Poor communication regarding what they are doing to you and fees. Injected fillers I didn’t ask for to repair bad threat lift (Jana Brewer). Overall bad experience with my Thread lift and then ended up with a moon face anyway which was what I was trying to avoid by getting the threads.

I cannot say enough about Jana and XO Refinery. I had my jaw removed due to a tumor and it left a significant amount of scar tissue in my face. I had kind of accepted that this is what my face would look like for the rest of my life. I met Jana and she suggested trying steroid injections to help decrease the scar tissue. She made sure to get my surgeons approval and she did my injections over the course of a few appointments. I can say that my face is now back to what it was before my surgery and you would never know I had it. I am eternally grateful for Jana and her team and the care they provided me.

As someone who has had a true needle phobia my whole life, Hannah is the only injector that I will go to. I have cried (out of needle panic/anxiety) every time I’ve gotten Botox for my tension headaches and jaw pain and anytime needles are involved (even I just for a flu or covid shot), but with Hannah is the first time I did not cry at all with needles. She is a true professional that takes time with you and listens. I could not be happier with my results aesthetically and how much it has helped me and my face relax. 💜 can’t wait for the next time she can touch my face! She even helped me pick out a new omnilux mask which has also helped my rosacea tons!

She created a very fun and comfortable environment, putting on my favorite music, walking me through the process and is extremely knowledgeable about her work!! I am a travel nurse and was nervous getting my face refreshed away from home in a town I wasn’t familiar with, looked around and chose to go with XO refinery because of the reviews and also love love the name! As soon as I walked in and met Lauryn I was so glad I did! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and made the whole process practically painless! I recently visited Kasi for my filler and Botox treatments after a couple of years without injections, and I was in desperate need. I gave Kasi some ideas of the results I was looking for and my price range, and she took it from there. She spent time going through all the options with me, discussed the pricing beforehand, and even made sure to find any discounts we could use. Kasi was incredibly thorough and took her time to ensure my results were exactly what I expected. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I will definitely be back!!

I’ve been seeing Emma at XO Aesthetics since early August, and the results have been amazing. We’ve done multiple chemical peel sessions, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin. Lauryn is always so professional and friendly. I come in about once a year. I have injections done to raise my eyebrows. My eye lids have become heavy. I also have my lips injected. It really makes a difference. I'm 58 and just trying to grow old gracefully lol. Lauryn always explains their different services but is never pushy to make me have more done. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I will keep coming back.

Lauryn made my first injecting experience so comfortable even though I was nervous about the process. She gave me exactly the look I was going for and was so knowledgeable about what I could expect after leaving her chair. I’ve been 2 times, and I hardly even feel a thing, I get numb super easy, she always has the best products and brands and seriously great prices and deals you can’t beat. She’s a phenomenal nurse and her training and bedside manor is so impressive. She and the other girls are all so talented , I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my filler : )

I had my first ever professional facial and dermaplane with Emma Hawkins. She was kind, discussed my skin concerns, offered recommendations and it was a great experience. Followed her services with a consult and tox injections with Lauryn Lee. Lauryn was welcoming, very knowledgeable, she listened to the concerns I wanted addressed, explained her approach to what injections and how they would achieve the results I was looking for. This was my first time there and I was so impressed! The place is gorgeous and very clean. Lauren was amazing walking me through everything and letting me know all of my options. She took her time to explain everything to me and to make sure I was getting just what I wanted and needed within my budget! She answered any questions I had after our appointment.
