Not busy and priority pass 30 minutes massage chair massage. At first it’s like so so then when the chair turn 180 flat. It’s amazing. Good to chill if you have 30 min to kill before the flight. It’s clean and charge my phone. Massage is so so but you can get a 30 min snooze.

This review is for the XpressSpa in the Atlanta International Airport (location A). I wish I could give this great little spa ten stars! Awesome employees and a welcoming, serene vibe. Taylor gave me a great pedicure!

Asked for a 20 minute massage at the D gates location. Was told by Supreya that she was the only therapist there and there’s was a wait, so I needed to go to E gates where there were 3 therapists. Walked to E gates, there was only 1 therapist there and a 1 hour wait. Walked back to D gates, where I talked with Supreya again. Was given excuse after excuse about why I couldn’t be given a 20 minute massage and now needed to wait for 2 other customers before I could get one. Therapists here could use some training in courteousness and customer service. Infuriating to waste time walking to another terminal based on bad information and then not be given any apology or any attempt at taking responsibility for sending me on a wild goose chase. I come here often for work and they could have had a frequent customer but the attitude and lack of customer service will keep me from coming back here.

I got a 30 min chair massage from Cedric, and it was exactly what I needed after staying overnight in the airport (cancelled and rebooked flights). Like how others noted, Cedric greeted me right away and steered me to the massage chairs as I waited for him to get everything ready. He has a calm demeanor that made the massage even better. After the massage (and great conversation), he got me a cup of water and invited to enjoy the massage chairs at no cost for a little longer. Even for 15 min, it’s worth getting your neck and shoulders stretched by Cedric.

Had a flight delay that yielded an unexpected 8-hour layover. Decided to try a mani/pedi at XpresSpa, something I’ve never done at an airport before. I was greeted immediately by Cedric, who welcomed me in, told me when the nail tech would be available, and invited me to enjoy the automated massage chairs in the back while I waited. During my wait, I watched his give his full attention to his services, and always welcome travelers and immediately acknowledge them when they stepped in. Then, when it was time to get my nails done, Shwanna (unsure on spelling) was my provider. She was wonderful! She shared that she does this part-time after her shifts as a nurse because she really enjoys it. She was thorough, kind, and showed that she really cared about the business, politely advising a new tech how to keep her station neat per Corporate’s request. I was expecting a bare bones experience and received a 5-star salon experience - airport or otherwise. Two tips for corporate- having a pedicure chair would help, as I am fairly mobile but the position required at times in the traditional chair would be challenging for some guests. Also, having a marquee of sorts upfront that indicates when services are next available would help: “Massages: NOW AVAILABLE, Nails: NEXT AVAILABLE AT 2:00 PM” or something of the like. I saw a lot of people peek in, but I think they did didn’t want to bother the providers, and may have stuck around if they didn’t have to interrupt someone’s session to find out what the next available time would be.

I’m so glad I decided to stop for a manicure at Atlanta Airport! Rizzi was amazing—she’s not only super friendly, but her attention to detail was outstanding. She took her time, making sure my nails were flawless, and created a serene atmosphere despite the airport’s hustle. It made my layover so much more enjoyable, and I left feeling completely refreshed with the perfect set of nails! Thank you, Rizzi! Concourse C

I agree with Jacqueline (another reviewer). I got a fantastic, all around great pedicure with Taylor! She deserves to be recognized. I hope corporate 👀 sees our feedback! Terminal D.

I went there for a 3rd time for a manicure with red nail polish but unfortunately this time the result has been deeply disappointing. The prices went up so i paid 55 dollars instead of 35. The really disappointing part is that the red polish started chipping off after only 2 hours!! And I am extra careful how I use my hands in order to preserve the nail polish mainly for my work..... I went back the following day to see if they could touch up the parts with the missing nail polish and they had no nail technician only a massage therapist available. After 2 days...still no help available and the polish on the nails was getting worse and worse...On Day 4 I had to go home and remove all the nail polish because it was definitely embarrassing to see and show... VERY disappointed .

Employee working on ATL concourse D on 10/21/2024 at 5:15 pm was rude. She was eating when I arrived. No greeting. I asked if a thirty-minute massage was available. She slowly took a bite of food and said only hour sessions were offered. I asked about a massage chair. She again took a slow bite of food before answering. She said a chair was $40 for thirty minutes. Her rudeness made my decision about leaving with no service very easy.

Great service and hospitality from the staff even though I was just accompanying someone

Horrible. The last thing you want on a massage place is the two technicians complaining that HE is going to take us back to 1776! Then spend the next time complaining about politics. Not what a massage is about. When confronted, they respond the company allows them to talk about whatever they want to with each other……even if customers have to listen. Come on! Don’t care your politics….save it for break. Nobody needs this. And by the way, 1776 was a step in freeing us all….and we’ve made huge progress. No massage is worth entitlement! Skip this place. As you can imagine, they hate their jobs!

Michael is a quality human and an even better Masseuse. You won't be disappointed.

Popped in for a gel mani on a quick layover. Pam the nail tech did such a great job I'm sad I don't live in ATL to see her again! Great attention to detail,y cuticles and the shape of my nails particularly are so beautiful and clean and even. Will definitely be back on future airport sits.

Diamond Mock on concourse E location was amazing. I got a mani pedi in between flights. She was sweet and easy to talk to. She had great taste in music. It was relaxing. I left there with beautiful nails. Thank you Diamond.

Had an incredible, much needed chair massage from Diamond in Terminal E! Her technique is spot on and she was friendly and professional too. I will definitely be back!

Jamilyah, My nail tech was wonderful. She happened to be the manager of the site as well. We had a wonderful conversation. She made certain to notate the times of everyone’s flight so no one missed their flight accidentally. She gave me insights and instructions on daily maintenance. Truly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. If I lived in ATL I would come back to the airport on concourse c intentionally over other salons.

Kayla was extremely nice. I really loved my nails. She really was being mindful and demure. Thank you for making my french nails come true! Definitely would come again 💅🏻🥰

You'll be better off going to Be Relax Spa in Terminal B. Xpress Spa charges more and the service is lacking. Here's a few tips: ask the client what they are here for, if the client says that hurts or winces be attentive, greet them by name, smile, keep employee gossip in front of customers to a minimum. I'm sure there's some great people who work here but also some tired grumpy burned out ones too.

Diamond was amazing! So kind and personable and the best pedicure ever!

Great foot massage and awesome conversations with David on concourse A. Thank you!!!!

Put my name on a list to come back at 3:30. Came back at 3:40, would have gladly accepted that I was late but I was rudely told “we have been waiting on you for two hours”. When I said my appointment was at 3:30 she said “Well it’s 3:40” in a condescending tone. Would highly recommend not paying $79 for a 30-minute half-hearted massage from this place.

“Diamonds are a girl’s best friend” has a whole new meaning today. Meet my new Bestie, Diamond❤️😁She’s got the magical touch for anyone traveling & waiting on their flight in Atlanta! Learning to care for yourself is an endless journey & I’ve always thought of doing a massage while I wait… first time treating myself. Worth every minute. Had a great experience with the nail tech Diamond, she was very pleasant , professional, friendly, and overall a delight. Want to get a pedicure but limited on time she tried to fix a broken nail, but my ride was waiting. She was very understanding :). Would definitely recommend her to anyone flying out of Atl.

Had a pedicure while waiting for my flight. Diamond and Shana (not sure if this is correct) were very attentive and kept me engaged the whole time. Very pleasant experience and will definitely stop in my next flight

I went to Concourse D and worked with the fantastic Diamond Mock. 10/10 service for a mani/pedi. I had a four hour layover and the service (relaxing and nice) took about 2hrs. Well worth it! I left feeling cared for, relaxed, and fabulous. Diamond is a wonderful soul and lovely to speak with. I don’t fly through ATL much but I will make a beeline for her if I come here again!

Shout out to Diamond at the concourse E location. Literally the best mani/pedi experience in a long time. Massage chair was the best, very clean, and great selection of clean quality products for sale.

The worse possible manicure and pedicure. From the beginning, the person doing my nails had an attitude and zero enthusiasm. Fine. Maybe she was having a bad day, I thought. Who knows. But I asked her if my pedi was dried and if it was OK to put on my shoes and she said "yeah they are definitely dried". I get home, and I see my pedi and is a complete mess because OF COURSE, it wasn't dried!! I paid over a hundred dollars with a tip (which honestly didn't want to give) for a pedicure that lasted 1 hour. You could also see that she did a poor job on cleaning the edges. Absolutely horrible experience. I am so pissed!!

They are extremely unfriendly and mean I am extremely disappointed with the non welcoming environment

WOW WOW WOW !!!! TAYLOR did a great job on my nails today. She was so polite, nice and gentle. My flight was delayed and what a better way to kill some time than getting a manicure. I wasn’t expecting great quality tho but you can tell that girl loves her job. Price: $60

Extremely rude, aggressive and confrontational staff. I was just standing to the side of the entrance on a conference call and the male employee started threatening to call security if I did not move immediately. Did not tell me why I needed to move or ask me politely to move just threatened to call security. I did not know they owned the concourse!!!! This occurred at 9 pm on May 9th 2024. I see from reviewing some postings below I am not the only one to have this unpleasant experience.

Paris is an amazing staff member at this Concourse C XpresSpa! She made my whole day better with only a 15-minute neck/shoulder massage. Highly recommend!!

Tried to get a manicure while waiting for a flight. The place was empty, but they said it was a 45 min wait. What’s the point of having a business if you can offer the services you advertise?

Convenient and friendly. Using a reservation worked well, we were getting massages less than 2 minutes after arrival. Patricia has magic hands and I was able to relax and not feel stressed about travel.
