Had a massage by a blind guy. I was curious if he would be better at massage because he can't see and likely has a heightened sense of touch. Holy moly! This dude was like daredevil. Best massage!

I was staying in Austin and tried to book a massage at the local spas without success and when I arrived at the airport with plenty of time before my flight I decided to book a 1 hour full body table massage focusing on my neck and back. This is a massage express place not a spa by any means but for airport it was what you would expect aesthetically. I will say that I had the most amazing massage with Brittany! She really gave a deep pressure massage in the areas that needed to be worked out in my tense muscles through my back and shoulders. She was the sweetest person too, I usually don’t chat it up while I get a message but it was a nice soothing conversation while she worked her magic! I would highly recommend her for service if you have time before or after a flight! I wish her much success in her future endeavors as a massage therapist! Thanks so much Brittany! If I ever make my way back to Austin I will definitely book another appointment with you!

$40 for ten minutes made me feel like a total fool for not asking for the prices. My therapist was also telling her coworker that she was letting a client sit in the massage chair for a long time because she wanted a big tip (she said this while massaging me in the chair). Then, she pressured the guy verbally for a big tip, still while giving me a massage. It was a pretty shitty experience overall.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was here today and decided to get a massage due to my delayed flight. When I arrived at the location closest to my gate the employee told me she did not have time and send me to the other location down the terminal. Upon arrival there I signed in for what was approx a 15-20 min wait time. I waited for nearly 2 hours which resulted in 2 parties being served prior to myself (I had checked in before them) and finally said something when one of these rarely seen employees popped back up.. she then sent me back to the other location within the terminal and sat down and waited yet again finally to the point I could not wait any longer others would have missed my flight. Absolutely atrocious service. Will never use this place again and both myself and my family regularly fly out of ABIA and get massages here.

Xpress is becoming my go to chair massage. Though I respect the importance of it, i don’t care for their sign in process. However it is well worth the hassle as their work is very good. I have found myself planning my trips around leaving extra time to stop by for a 30 minute massage. Recently I had Avery(I think) and he was amazing.

Had an amazing experience with Marissa at gate 16. Just got off a flight and my neck and shoulders were so messed up. I asked for a good deep massage and she was more than happy to take on my request for deep pressure. I went with 30 mins and it was a perfect amount of time for the tension I was experiencing. Marissa worked her wonders with her magical hands and elbows. She was communicating with me and working all the areas that I was having problems with. I go very regularly to get massages at various places and I was pretty skeptical about getting a massage at the airport. So happy that I decided to schedule my 30 min chair massage because I feel amazing. She has made it to my top 5 list of massage therapists. Thank you Marissa!

Looked into this place while waiting several hours at the airport. The website is not user friendly and that you can't find prices for services online. Don't trust a place that doesn't post its prices.

Wonderful staff!!! Well equipped. Absolutely recommend this spot for a quick relaxation break before a flight.
