A better place to relax while waiting at DFW airport. They accept priority pass with 30 min chair massage - it costs $40 for a 30-min regular session. Massage chair is Swedish type that does full-boy massage: arms, legs, and full back. The knuckles really does a good job on the lower back to loosen muscles.

STAY AWAY!!! My best friend went to get a massage at the one located at C12 yesterday!! I never write reviews on anything ever, but if I can save another female from the experience my friend had yesterday then it’s worth it!!! DO NOT DO IT!

Staff doesn't even want to work. When we asked, the man told us that they didn't have any availability for an hour to which we said that we could wait since we had a delay in our flight. He proceeded to say "oh well you never know. It might be longer than an hour...." To which we replied "oh so you just don't want to schedule anymore clients even though you are open until 10pm?" This conversation took place at 5pm. He literally just walked away from us. Wow. Just wow.

Despite my experience being sub par… I still left a $5 tip, in which Leanne complained about to her colleague right in front of me. I even waved “good bye” just to get a “go to hell” look from her. Waited 40 minutes, my feet soaked in the little tub of water for 1 minute before she pulled them out and started on my feet. I asked for white nail polish and received a very light white color that you can see through. She didn’t even get my entire nail on some of the toes that she painted. Do not recommend. I should have just gone to my salon back home. Pedicure was done at 4:45 pm on April 15th. Terrible customer service.

This place was unfortunately quite the disappointment. We went during a long layover. We felt rushed, and the quality was not worth the price of the manicure. Limited gel color selection and we only received two coats and can see through the polish in many areas. We were bleeding from our cuticles and had to buy bandaids afterwards. The gel is flaking off shortly after while waiting for our flight. They were kind, however the quality is lacking and definitely not worth the price. Only option was to leave 15% minimum tip.

Had a 2plus hr connection. They got me in and a very strong handed, friendly, masseuse worked out my sore/tight shoulder and neck muscles. Thank you very much. I would go again for sure.

I came and told the lady I had 4 hs wait and requested a person to do chair massage. She was talking over the phone and made no effort to please the client. Will never come back.

I had a three hour layover, so I went in for a pedicure and massage to pass the time. I first did a pedi with T. She is an angel woman! She dug in and got a hangnail that had been hurting me for years. No one knew what to do, but she did. She told me people usually ask her to stop when she goes for one. I am so thankful that I did not. I am grateful for her. And then, Carlos gave me an incredible chair massage that popped so many places in my back and I had instant relief. If you are here and they are working… do yourself a favor! They are magical!

The staff was friendly and the place clean. Gel color selection was limited. Unfortunately, the workmanship was lacking. My nail tech flooded my cuticles with gel, the edges of the nailbed did not cure well, the free edges were not filed correctly (all of them were rough and a couple nails were wavy), she nicked one of my cuticles.

Waited 10 mintes for the gal who was just sitting, almost hiding in a corner playing with lotion on her own arm to pay attention enough to acknowledge me. Someone in line before me had already left upset. When she did look up, she was grumpy, mumbled, I could hardly here her, and just asked "what do you want" I am a Massage Therapist myself, and have worked in fast paced spas, so I know how this job works...and this was pathetic. If a person feels like xrap or hates their job, then leave.

Please change your closing time to the actual closing time. I deliberately gave myself a 2.5hr layover so I could visit your spa only to be told you close at 5, not at the time on your webpage (10pm).

Flight kept getting delayed so my husband and I went to this place to kill time and get a massage in the meantime. Only one person available to give back massages, so we hopped on the recliners — and wow! The Massage recliner was amazing. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

It's a 20 minute pedi with no real foot soaking. They put your feet in a bowl for about 5 minutes. It's very rush rush. I didn't experience the other services but I wouldn't pay $50 for the pedi service again.

Pretty bad experienceTo the one in Terminal A Before I start work I normally sit on the bench right there minding my own business Having a cup of coffee The lady that works there that where the glasses guess I was invading her territory never said anything to her All of a sudden A police showed up She called the police on me just for sitting there minding My own business She's not a good person at all she's pretty bad I want to add more details to this the bench I was sitting on it's right there by Pappadeaux's right next to the massage parlor the lady that wears the glasses that works there she passed by me twice don't know where she was coming from but she looked at me like she was racist I was just sitting there minding my own business on my phone and then she called the police she's a very mean lady this is for the managers

This place is a joke. They won't put your name down on a wait list and tell you to come bk in 45 min. I foolishly did that 3x waiting during a layover. The last time I was told "oh so sorry we are booked through the rest of the day." Um no other customers were there...so how are you booked?! Srsly don't waste your time. They apparently dont nees to make $$.

What a wonderful experience! flying cross country back in Feb, I walked past XpresSpa and was immediately taken in by the calm music, the relaxing vibe, and the looks of elation when customers left. H Weaver got rid of my laptop and bag induced shoulder pain and found other knots I didn't know I had. Spent the rest of the trip back to LA chill, ache free, and completely at ease. Thank you for a great massage!

Highly recommend Chi! She was quiet when I wanted her to be - just allowing me to soak in the relaxation. But she was also extremely kind and would talk if I wanted her to. She is so good at mani / pedi! She politely tried to upsell me. The things she used seemed very clean and the job was professional. 100% awesome - this was my first time - I will be back and I would recommend this to anyone!
