If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a long layover and was looking forward to getting my nails done. The staff was extremely rude and said they only had one nail tech who had to leave at 1:30 so they didn’t have time for me. They didn’t offer any other solutions and just told me to go away. I’ve never had staff talk to me like that and am extremely disappointed.

Past by and saw the place I thought it was a good idea to get a quick massage since I been on the go for 11 hours, I notice the two people there where given massages and no one at the front desk. However I wanted to inquire about the massage chair thinking I could rent it use it or however they do the service I was greeted with an awkward smile and I told just wait ✋️ , not sure what was all that about but I just said thanks and walk away.

Do not have the flip flops to allow you to not put ur shoes on. Did not offer gel despite it being an option and by the time someone is rude to you I don't want them to spend the next 20 minutes touching me.

I literally stopped on the walk to my gate to express (pun intended) my disdain for this company. I arrived at 7:47 and their therapists said they couldn’t take me for a 15 minute session because we’d be over by 2 mins since they close at 8. They both were on their phones laughing and conversing. I’m so glad this business is crumbling and selling to Be Relax. The service at this company is terrible. That was my last straw with Express

The person at the front attempts to scam customers. If you have a Priority Pass, they claim to call your bank and insist your card doesn’t work. Avoid going there.

used the Clockwork minicure robot manicure machine. not a great experience. said “faster than precheck”, it took 20+ minutes and I didn’t have time to fix more than a few of the nails it messed up multiple times. video said staff would help if needed and no one ever came to check on us. they are supposed to provide a new polish remover container and they left a used one out. the color started chipping after two days. I would not go back, it was not worth the $17 dollars.

Love the zero gravity massage chairs. Got to relax for 20 minutes before a flight. Well worth the price.

Got 25 mins of zero gravity massage chair with priority pass and it was worth it. Staff is friendly as well.

Terrible - made an appointment days in advance and upon arrival they had taken walk ins and would not honor my appt time - told me it would be 1 1/2 hours until they could fit me in

The Pedicure was the most mediocre Pedicure I have had. The tech was completed zoned out while doing my Pedicure.. I would suggest waiting and getting your pedicure elsewhere...

Tania's service is awesome, but you will find that her massages are out of this world. Had a full-table maasage service with Tania, and she hit every aching spot with the right pressure and technique. I can't wait to come back

Booked an 8:20am appointment for myself and my wife to get a manicure & pedicure on our layover before starting our vacation. When we got there at 8:10am the gates were closed and lights were off. As we stood there in front of the closed gates looking at our confirmation email to make sure we had the correct day/time/location a guy came out and began opening the gate. Didn’t give much of a greeting and instead walked back to the counter area so my wife and I walked over and mentioned we were here for an 8:20am appointment. We were simply told “Our nail tech isn’t coming in today…”. No real apology, offering of other services like the robotic manicure machine, etc. This place is a great idea but unfortunately gave us a bad impression.

Had a massage from Gerardo V on Feb 17, 2024. It was horrible. It was apparent that either he was super lazy or he has no license. It felt like he was using one hand most of the time. It was like a lazy boyfriend massage. Not a massage by a trained professional. After my $55.00 20 min massage I decided to try the zero gravity massage chair. I did the free 5 minute tester. I decided to do a 20 min $30.00 chair massage. Before Gerardo started the machine he had me pay for my services. The tipping option was shown with the full total as though I was supposed to tip on the zero gravity chair. I gave a generous $15.00 tip especially generous based on my bad massage. I don't know if he changed any of the buttons on the remote for the zero gravity massage, but some of it was painful. I would not use that chair except to get a foot / calf massage. AND while I was in the chair, I got to watch Gerardo work her magic.... He had a client and my thoughts were true. He was looking out into the airport using one hand to barely massage his client. Was apparent no attention was being paid. Disappointing services.

They should seriously get someone to remove their website scheduling feature since it doesn’t make a difference to schedule an appointment when you show up in person. Quite a waste of a long walk from my terminal. Otherwise, staff was kind and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing experience with Hans!! We arrived right when they opened at 8am and he was so kind and friendly. There were three of us and he told us about these fabulous massage chairs that my Mother in Law and husband used while I did a neck and back with him. He worked away my migraine and we all left so happy and relaxed! Truly fantastic!!

Had a long early morning layover so waited for them to open at 8a. As a walk-in I actually had the place to myself for most of the time - plus it was more convenient than trying to find a salon and going back and forth to the airport. My tech did a very good job and the pampering was exactly what the doctored ordered. It was expensive but worth it.

Horrible service, I was waiting on the chair for someone to talk to me for 20 min, no attendant even talked to me to see what service I wanted. The attendant ignored me and started talking to another customer even though he knew I was first.

I came for the 15 minute foot massage got 12 mins. I asked about it and they said no the process is 15 mins not the massage. I noted that’s not what’s advertised. I also asked for medium / hard pressure and got light. The tech Rayco got an attitude and even walked away while I was speaking to him.

What a great idea to have in an airport! What a horrible excuse for a staff. 3 argumentative amigos running this venue right into the ground. Clueless, tense, and extremely confrontational. Incredibly rude interaction. The little bearded guy working there looked like he was about to swing on me when I suggested he maybe in need of a massage himself. 😂 He blamed his ineptitude on lack of understanding between he and his colleagues. His colleagues blamed theirs on English being a second language. After waiting 35 minutes (originally being asked to wait for only 1 minute) I decided it was time to leave this group of 3 stooges and catch my flight. If you’re looking to work out that pain in your neck and shoulders you may want to avoid this place, otherwise you maybe leaving with a headache too after having to deal with these bums.

Had such a great experience at XpresSpa at Miami International Airport. Their zero-gravity massage chair was so relaxing after a weeks-long vacation to Disney World. Highly recommend the zero-gravity massage chair!

I got a gel pedicure with Gracie and she did a fantastic job. I got in right away and enjoyed the full experience. The ambiance was lovely and a good break from the airport chaos. I also enjoyed the massage chair during the service. It was a very good way to spend my layover.

My licensed massage therapist, Gerardo Vega, did amazing work on my sore neck and shoulders. He was highly skilled, very professional. So glad he was here.

Bad experience here, was told that two thirty minutes massages for my wife and I would be too much and that she'd only do a 15 minute massage. The place is big and looks nice and looks like they can support a lot of customers but there was only one woman there who really gave a bad customer experience. When I went to confer with my wife about the change in duration, the woman had given our spot to some passerby to do a manicure. What a shame, because we had a great experience at the Orlando airport location. This location was no good. Can't imagine the owner would be happy that we walked away when we were ready to drop $200 on services here.

I walked more than a mile to get to this location, from SWA terminal and then back after calling many times calling to see if they were open. Their voicemail didn’t say it was closed, so I made the trip. Super frustrating. The sign says temporarily closed, but apparently it has been closed for a long time and I kinda doubt they will actually reopen.

Jairo is an absolute pro. I had a long layover and have been traveling all week and he worked wonders on my back. He was attentive, strong when he needed to be …. A great masseuse and a great guy. I would highly recommend you stop in here if you are traveling through Miami Int and stop in have Jairo take care of any kinks from weary travelers. Kara who was on point at this store was….. a pleasure….. Thank you!!!!

Very relaxing experience with Samantha. Got a chair by the sun and the hot towel experience for my pedicure didn't even make me miss the traditional water baths. Best way to spend a layover
