Terrible massage. Honestly the worst I have ever had. It felt like the masseuse was wiping my back. No pressure at all. No asking if it was okay. Just a wiping sensation on my back and neck. 20 min of me wondering what in the world was going on.

Went to see about neckassage and heard. We have three locations my therapists is at other we are short staffed. Those are not my concern that is your issue. But I was disappointed and pissed. When person said I was upset yes why did you open the door? To collect min wage and be in your cell phone while you can't offer any services? What is that about early stage toward bankruptcy plan? That was ridiculous. Don't open as if you can assist people when you can't. Will not ever try again there.

You can't have any alcohol 24 hours before a massage. No problem except this isn't posted. I was asked just as the massage began and then told I couldn't have a massage because I had a beer at dinner. Get your act together! Is this is policy post it so people don't waste their time.

I have a 6 hr delay in Orlando and I had the best neck and shoulder massage by Rafael I have had in 25 years. Incredible. Just go if you are in the Orlando airport!

This took me forever because I misplaced this business card. Anyways. I visited xpresspa between gates 1-9. First, I had a 9 hour layover and needed something to do. I seen it and said why not. When I first walked up the woman told me it's going to be a 30 min wait because the tech was coming from the other location. I hinestlyndidnt mind lol. She told me to sit in the massage chair while I waited and to relax. I thought it was going to be a charge but it wasn't. The tech showed up and introduced herself (Marisol) and said tongove her a minute. Listen take your time!!!! Let me say this. She did my nails and gave me a pedicure. We talked the entire time. I mean we talked about everything under the sun. Family, life, new beginnings, what brought her to Florida, where I'm from, spiritual stuff.... it was great. She is the best. Next time I go to Florida and fly into mco....I need to see her again! Give Marisol a raise. She deserves it.

Daughter just finished her massage. Richard made her feel terrible because she has anxiety and didn’t want to sit in the chair in front of everyone. Total jerk about that. The massage was ok but don’t treat people like that.

After a week of awful beds, I had time enough before my flight home to work out my neck and back muscles. I was able to walk in and get a 30 minute neck and back massage right away. Best travel service!

Best 15 minute massage ever by Michiko (probably spelled her name wrong). But it was amazing! I definitely needed/wanted more. Super calming environment. Very relaxed. Even being in a loud busy airport!

I came with some damaged nails after it being scratched from holding luggage. On my way early to the airport I found this spot and had to get my nails done! I signed up for the $35 cypress and was in and got my fix by the lovely Ashley! She was open to hearing my story about my nails and it felt healing to share and get glossed up by her gentle hands

No one wanted to work, no one was there getting services, there were 3 ladies at the counter and as soon as they saw me walking to the counter they ran in the back. When I finally got them out they said they didn't have anything available 🤷‍♀️

The service was subpar, but they did a nice job. If you’re flying out of another terminal, you can still visit the spa as long as you have a plane ticket. Just make sure you have enough time to catch your flight!

Walked up to request a massage. No welcome or smile; only a response was that it was 1.5 hour wait. I asked if I could get on wait list (wasn’t asked), and the response was here’s a form and if you leave you aren’t on a list bc we don’t do a waiting list. It did not appear they cared if they received my business or were interested in helping. I would recommend some customer service training and to invest in a waiting list option as would be great to put in and get a bite to eat while waiting.

What a waste of money. The masseuse (and I question the credentials) had no clue what she was doing. It was either ‘wiping of crumbs’ motions or ‘elbows off the top ropes’. For a frequent client of this chain….this experience was a new ‘low’ in customer satisfaction. 😕 Didn’t appreciate the ‘tip guilt’ either. Why would I tip on ‘poor service’ 🤦🏻‍♂️

Anthony was AMAZING!!! He immediately went to work on my kinks and did an excellent job. I was in ecstasy for 20 whole minutes. Wish I could take him with me 😅 Definitely overpriced, but that's what you can expect in an airport 🤷🏾‍♀️ Would definitely do it again if I had him!

Can be alil inconsistent with the booking service but most of the employees are super friendly and accommodating. Michiko in particular is amazing. She is such a talented masseuse. I could tell she wanted to get my knots out and me to hear as relaxed as I did as the customer. The young lady who helped me at the corner was super kind as well. Great atmosphere and decent prices. They even let me use the massage chair while I waited for my therapist to become available.

It looked like they were sweeping up so I asked if they were open and had appointments available. They said yes but as soon as I asked for a service they said they didn’t have anyone available even tho there were three people working and only one with a customer.

J'avais 3h à attendre avant mon avion, j ai donc decidé de faire une manucure express à 35$ au XpresSpa. La dame qui m'a fait la manucure ne m'a pas adressé ni un sourire, ni un mot. Elle a passé son temps à parler à sa collégue. J ai choisi la prestation simple et facile. Le vernis posé est déjà entrain de partir et est très mal posé... à fuire. Le mieux dedans à l'air d'être les fauteuils automatiques.
