First day open in Dana park! I went to see Karin for colour and new extension installation. She was incredibly informative, very friendly and completely professional. Hands down my best experience in any hair salon thus far in Arizona! Karin and Megan both worked diligently on my hair and the outcome was absolutely incredible! So happy for the new salon in mesa!❤️

It probably wouldn't have been that bad if they did not lie about it. I had a 40 minute if not plus conversation with them about hair extensions and how I got ripped off a few times they said they had some clippings that were exactly exactly the same. I thought it was kind of weird because of the price difference, but he assured me and said comments like well, maybe, if you try these we can get you back in the chair for the other ones. Saying they're exactly the same. I even had their salon, wash and curl them. They barely lasted a couple months. They started to fray around the face and break before the first wash. Maybe they were defective..... Went back in. They were super sweet to leave them overnight to try to wash. And condition them, then they told me they called the company. And they were not the exact. As the other hair extensions.... They were around 4 to $500.... She left a comment on my last reason. View saying that they were not supposed to be worn every day.... That comment doesn't make much sense if you read the story..... Being lied to or telling me I was lied to is one of the worst feelings.... That's somewhat gaslighting, and narcissus trades to a customer.....🤷‍♀️🫤❤️..... Is it just me, or has anybody else had an experience like this at this place?.... Maybe it was a confusion, and we could have talked it out.... But they told me I was confused.🤔🤷‍♀️..... Which is weird because I met another girl over the last year. Or so? And she goes there all the time. She loves it there.?.! I am somewhat new writing reviews. When I figure out how to put a pitcher, I will.... I don't know who needs to hear this message, but just put in this info out much love...

Absolutely amazing! I adore Maurice! He’s the best. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it. He’s so great that I could tell him do anything to my hair and I know that whatever he did, I would absolutely LOVE IT!!! Thx so much Maurice!!!

Amazing experience. I went once for my tape-ins to be moved up and just recently a second time for my birthday. They provided a fabulous environment, hospitality and even MORE fabulous of results—I had the tape-ins removed and decided to opt for their 22’ wefts for the first time. Maury was super informative of the process/pricing/maintenance and color matched to perfection! The curls also lasted all day so I was feeling and looking my best on my special day. She cares that you love your hair before you leave and I always leave so thankful & happy with my hair and her work! Going to Xtension Envy has been an absolutely phenomenal experience. The first time I went in I had a move up done with Michelle, who has such a sweet and knowledgeable hairstylist. My I tip extensions held great and had minimal sliding, which was exactly what I was hoping for in a salon. This last time I went in and had my move up done with Christine and Maury, and had my highlights, toner, and cut with Maury, who were both fantastic. I left thrilled about my hair and had a great experience. The salon truly has feel-good energy, and artists who listen to you and are passionate and positive about their jobs. I spent most of my time laughing and smiling while in the chair. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve always been skeptical about installing extensions. However, when I came in for my consultation I was so impressed how welcoming & informative the team was! The aesthetic of Xtension Envy is unmatched compared to other salons! The salon has a membership program that no other salon has in the nation! the best place for hair period. Cheyenne is an artist when it comes to color and mixing different tones with every new set of extensions. My hair in the last 2 years ive been coming here has been in its healthiest condition and looks so natural with their own branded extensions. Even if I break a thread or need a quick fix, I can always walk in. The girls are so kind and only recommend what’s in my best interest. I never will go to another salon. Xtension Envy is the best ❤️❤️❤️

Cheyanne has been doing my extensions for over a year and she is the BEST! I’m super particular and have a very sensitive head and she always does exactly what I want. I’ve been to many stylists and it’s clear that her talent and passion for doing hair is at another level. I highly recommend this salon because all of the stylists do great work and are very experienced. The quality you get for the price is unmatched.

Had an extension “emergency” while I was out of town. I called and they were able to get me in quickly to fix the loose row. They were very knowledgeable about extensions and techniques.. I also had a blowout and style, which turned out great. The owners greeted me when I got there — very nice people! Great location, nice salon, and good experience - would definitely recommend this business!

I have been going to Xtension envy for almost two years and seeing Cheyanne for my total hair care which includes extensions, hair color, Brazilian hair treatment etc. She is beyond gifted and has a natural eye for color matching. She is definitely my perfect match for a hair professional given my constant need to switch it up! Actually, I love ❤️ the entire staff, the beautiful establishment and the quality of their hair extensions. The monthly membership price is very reasonable for maintenance and I love the discount I get on all my services and products. I am always leery of monthly membership situations, but this is the best value ever and so very worth it.

Maria is a LIFESAVER!!! I came in with quite the color correction (and long back story) and she did amazing! She gave me back my confidence!!!
