I had the most AMAZING massage ever!!🥰 Since today is my birthday, my daughter paid for a 60 minute massage.(with hot stones) I feel so relaxed and calm.(Thank you Coco) I highly recommend X&W Health Spa to all my local friends and family. The customer service was wonderful. The young lady at the front desk was as kind in person as she was on the phone. She asked what, if any, pain I was experiencing and relayed that information to my masseuse. My 90-minute massage started and ended on time (I’m a stickler for that!). I requested a hard/firm massage and got exactly what I needed. I was asked throughout the treatment how I felt and whether more, less, or the same amount of pressure was preferred. The hot stones and warm towels were an unexpected but welcomed addition. The environment was peaceful and exceptionally clean. Overhearing the joy and gratitude from other customers only increased my already pleasant experience. As I expressed to them verbally, and by way of a well-earned 30% tip, X&W Health provides top-tier service for a surprisingly affordable cost. I can’t wait to return!

I was at X W SPA IN SALISBURY the lady at front desk very nice and polite,very nice SPA clean an very neat in every way, I have never been given a massage like that, XIXI was fabulous she can really give you a great massage one hour to the second an no hesitation,an very professional an courteous,an let my tell you she deserves a good tip so don’t be cheap they work very hard an deserve it, iam sure the other ladies are just as good, I recommend X W SPA an will certainly be back

Had 60 min yesterday evening. Very clean, professional, well priced (Sr $65), no mention of tip by staff (suggest at least 25% for what you get) and just plain great at what they do. I have degenerative disc disease & spinal stenosis, Xi Xi gave me the best "spot-on" message I ever had. Told front desk medium pressure, and it was perfect. I normally ask for very firm but was sore. She was just great at knowing just how hard I could take the pressure. Honestly, she knew the perfect pressure by her connection to my body's knots. Woke up today, felt 10 yrs younger. Felt better than shock machines, heating pads, Ibuprofen, or the ice pads I used all week to make it thru the work week. Had to write a review. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Had a wonderful first experience here with shi shi. They squeezed me in last minute for a medium/ deep tissue massage. Shi Shi was intentional with her techniques and made sure to check in with me to make sure the pressure was okay on me. She really put effort and care into the massage, worked some magic on my shoulders; and I felt very comfortable on her table. Price was more than reasonable, environment was clean, staff was friendly and I will be back! Ps. ~friendly reminder to show your appreciation for the hard work these guys put in. Please tip your massage therapist!<3

Have no idea how this place has any kind of rating over four stars did a couple massage for an hour. I had to tell the woman that it hurt cuz she was using her elbow to try to do the massage then she proceeded again with the elbow down my spine and the guy give my wife a massage had to say something to her which we're doing a couple's massage you would have thought The woman would have been on my wife and the guy on me and as you can see the pictures of my wife's back is all bruised up is I heard her making sounds of pain they did not care that we asked for a soft medium massage would not recommend going there at all we hurt worse than what we did when we went there The pic is 24 hours after we were there

It's ok. I used to go in 2021-2022 when Ni worked there. She was my favorite. My last 60 minute massage with Shi-Shi was okay but I don't think I will be returning. Prices went up. $70 for 60 minutes. No tax if you pay cash.

I went for my first appointment here yesterday and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The lady that helped me make an appointment was very kind. They even called me and notified me/ asked if they could move my appointment time back which was really nice of them. Upon arrival, I realized how really nice the place looked. With this being my first time there, I was expecting to talk to my massage therapist to help decide which service was best for me based on my bodies needs. However, that was not the case. I was walked back to the room and she told me to get undressed, and the massage therapist would be in. I followed instructions And a male masseuse came in, not too long after. I feel like I should have been asked if I was comfortable with a male masseuse. Because honestly, I am not. However, I didn’t fuss. I just went with it. He came in and started and I immediately noticed it was not as relaxing as I hoped. In my opinion, he was a lot rougher than what I had wanted, It Even hurt at times. Just made it not as relaxing. I tried my best to ask him questions about his techniques And what he was doing, but it seemed as though he did not speak very good English. Considering the fact that my body is usually very tense and can experience pain from time, I wanted a more of a gentle touch than what I experienced. I’m not saying that he did anything wrong but when a client visits for the first time, I feel like there should be a consultation at the beginning in order to help them figure out what their body needs. Not only was the massage too firm but It was kind of fast-paced and felt rushed. Then he continues to leave multiple times To answer his cell phone during my massage. He didn’t even have it on silent! This happened multiple times. This made it absolutely impossible to be an enjoyable experience, it took away any amount of relaxation that I was already struggling to find during my very uncomfortable Massage. Upon leaving I felt sore. Then the lady at the front desk Kind of pushed for me to leave a tip. I’m not saying he didn’t deserve one, but considering my experience I’m not sure if I would’ve left one this time. It’s the next day now And I’m so sore to the point where my skin hurts to the touch. I can barely move without pain. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to this place.

The atmosphere is very peaceful and the lady at the front desk is the sweetest. If you don't get massages on a regular basis, I'd recommend doing gentle. I chose medium and hurt for 3 days after. My masseuse didn't pick up on my painful winches and hurtful moans. I asked her to be easier but I don't think she understood English. I may visit again and ask for gentle to see how that goes

The new front desk lady was so kind and helpful. She communicated my specific needs to the massage therapist and I had my best massage yet after several visits here due to her help. The massage is well priced and they usually include hot stones and aromatherapy for free. They are skilled at finding tension/knots and relieving them. The massage is always professional and the environment is clean. If you're looking for a massage in Salisbury, this place can't be beat!

What William Lee said is not the truth. The relaxing atmosphere calms me down, their staff are friendly and professional, one hour massage goes by very fast….. The sheets in the room are fresh and clean. They don’t require 20% tip, it is up to you. I will be back again.

I received a full body massage by Linda today. Deep tissue massage. I have to say it was the best massage I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of massage in my lifetime. Today was my first visit. They were Very clean, professional, and pleasant. The warm oil, hot towels and hot stones were also a huge plus. I highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My boyfriend and I have been here twice for the couples massage, deep tissue for 90 minutes. The first time was amazing and the 2nd time even better! And the hot stones and essential oils are free which is a huge bonus! It is super relaxing and rejuvenating. Last time I went in with a migraine and my boyfriend had hurts his back the day before and the massage helped us both so much. The prices are extremely fair! I always recommend bringing cash to tip at the least 20% each. All the massage therapists we have had have been absolutely wonderful and do a fantastic job. Can’t wait until I go again!

What a wonderfully relaxing experience. Everyone that works here is very courteous and caring. When I arrived they asked what specific areas I would like to focus on for the massage and made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this business.
