I visit on this place and i take the pedicure service and i spend 35 dollars and the skinny girl do for me . She done me in 2 minutes and when i talk to her give me good service then she start making face and talking in attitude . So my money gone waste and i don’t recommend anyone to go over there . Totally they give worse service.👎

Absolutely horrible staff. Each staff gave different prices during doing my nails. They kept on asking for more. Also very rude and did not make my nails like the picture I showed.

The worst service and the techs were extremely rude. Infact another customer pulled me a side and said she too will never return. Do better treat customers with respect. Awful nails

They perform the worst service I’ve ever experienced, they have horrible customer service and alienate their customers by speaking in the native language of the employees which is Asian. My nail polish chipped three days after my manicure. You can feel their negative vibes.

Absolutely horrible experience with the owner Eddie. Such a rude and condescending individual. I had not heard good things about this salon, but thought I would try it for my own experience. I tried them twice and never again. I have lived in the Westlake area here in Natomas for 22 years and like to support local business. I came in about 2 1/2 weeks ago for a pink & white nail service. He had an attitude out the gate and did not want to listen to how I like my nails. He nicked 3 of my cuticles with the dremel and they were bleeding….did he say anything? I’m sorry or anything? Not at all…the white was too thick and he did not to do my nails as I had asked at the beginning..it was really odd. Seemed more interested in what I did for a living and my financial status vs. making sure he was asking questions about my nails. So I did go back today thinking okay let me see if this guy maybe just had a bad day the last time I was there. I sat down and told him that I wanted the white not so thick this time, and to also please be careful not to nick my cuticles, as it took awhile for the cuts to heal. He immediately became defensive and had a worse attitude, as he was filing my nails. I should have just walked out, but was amazed and shocked how someone could be so disconnected from how to treat customers. I got up soon after that and said I was done, paid him and he said “see you in 2 or 3 weeks”. No Eddie, you will never see me step into your horrible salon again. No wonder I was told by several others it was a terrible nail salon, lol. Good luck to you and hopefully you will take this feedback and use it….. but I doubt it.

Very Good service and look forward to returning soon. Got a nice pedicure with gel (received some in between services toenail care guidance). Y2K nails has been very well for me; Thanks for the good service. *********** Multiple return visit and received good service each time. Sunday morning Walk-in, no wait time. Good service and enjoyed my experience.

I love this place, they do the best work! Everyone is kind and welcoming and they do amazing work. Helen is the very best and I will never go no where else!! my nails will last a whole month and still look amazing.

An absolute terrific experience, will not be coming back. These ladies need to go back to nail tech school. Nails barely lasted less than 4 hours. The gel did not dry.

Came in with no appointment on a rainy day. I’ve never had acrylic or done the powder method on my nails, and I showed one of the nail techs a picture of what I had in mind. Ombré, white and pink almond shape. Eddie did my nails with such detail and beautifully!! I love them. Thank you so much.

Great nail technician, Miy, the only person that has done my nails for the past 5 years. The shop is clean and pleasant to go to. Very nice and respectful technicians. There was one ther that was rude to me, I reported it and the next time I went in she was no longer there. They value the customer.

I find that the gel polish is clumpy and not smooth. The dip nail has air bubbles. They are nice tho.

I walked in today not knowing exactly what I wanted to get. Then I see their black menu hanging up and noticed the pink powder full set was $35!! So when I told the worker what I wanted she said no it’s “45” when it clearly says $35 on the big black board. They refused to give me the price that was displayed but offered $40 for the full set. Of course I took my services else where and walked out because this is very unfit and poor customer service. It was the principle of not accepting their mistake and giving me the price displayed. I’d rather spend $100 for a pink powder set at a place that cares for their customers. However, this was my last resort anyways because they shaped my nails very badly in the past. I will also be leaving additional reviews on Yelp, etc.
