beware Singalese twists are not small twists as expected. It's twists, but they started with like an inch of braiding with very large parts. You pay 280 for waist length and they stop the braiding in the middle of your back and leave loose hair to your waist. Beware. I saw some cute braid styles being done while I was sitting but the twists were not at all what I expected. My hairstyle looks like a little cousin that just started braiding did it.

Horrible customer service, very unsanitary. Upon scheduling an appointment we agreed on price and length. Every braider knows a braid can stop where you want. She charged me more for length because her worker stopped where she wanted to just so they could charge me more. Also before the braiding started I told them I wanted curly hair at the ends. Instead of braiding curly pieces on the end they braided the braids in large sections and dipped in hot water. Which came out ragged and the owner agreed it was a hot mess. So she redid it herself. Not only that, less than 24hrs had passed before the curly pieces started coming out the braids when if I ran my hair through the braids. She tried to say it was the hair I brought wasn’t good hair (Xpressions) her worker also dropped all my hair on the floor which caused it to tangle then tried to sneak other hair in my head from god knows where. I reached out to the owner the following morning to notify her I was a unsatisfied customer she want me to come back to the shop so they could do call fix it. I did not desire to return to the shop upon my experience I had the previous day. That would have been my third time coming back for you to fix work I paid you for in full with No problem. She caught an attitude and would not give any money back.

I went yesterday it was my first time going at first I was skeptical but everything turned out great def recommend I love my hair sooo cute and full got exactly what I wanted got there at 9 finished around 4

Beautiful work my boho knotless are full and the braids are neat! Price is fair for butt length and I’m tall so more than fair. I provided my own human curly hair. Only thing I wish was different was I wish the very end on each braid ended with curly hair attached but I know how to add that in myself so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Plus they curled the braiding hair so it wasn’t that noticeable in the picture and still very pretty. Next time I’ll order bulk hair instead of using hair cut off of bundles.

First time here the lady who did me was the tall lady very nice and sweet took her time in my head and wash it before she got started and place was clean and she had the heat on I was so comfortable I will be back thanks I just love my hair

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Terrible experience. NO AIR CONDITIONING. They had me there for nearly 8 hours on a hairstyle that shouldn't have taken that long, lied about why they didn't want cash app, they don't wash they're combs and hair and had my scalp irritated. And lied about how they can only charge 250 instead of 230 for the braiding hair when all she needed to do was cut it. These Africans are scam artists but you won't see me there ever again. LOSERS.

My braids took only 5 hrs. She was also able to get me in same day. Very neat and able to grip my short hair. I only wish I would have asked for them to be a bit bigger. Only complaint is one girl was very heavy handed but owner was not. Will be back.

I love my braids, & her pricing was very reasonable. She was able to fit me in on the same day I called! I didn’t think anyone would be able to catch my hair because I’m growing it out from a fade lol but her grip game is the truth! I’ll definitely be back.

Last Sunday was my first time trying this place and I am glad I found them. The girl that did my braids was very polite and professional, not to mention gorgeous! I was very please with the Pricing and a week later my hair still looks like I just had it done. So happy I found them and will continue using this business. Thank you Ms.!

The shop was nice and clean. I must admit, my hair is real short. I have had it braided twice with no problem. (FROM A DIFFERENT SHOP). I was charged $220. Dollars. The day after my braid service, I lost 1 braid and each additional day afterwards, I have lost a braid daily. The size of the braid and the size of the parted sections were too big for the amount of hair I have. It has been one week and I have lost 7 plus braids. It is unacceptable. I specifically ask if they were able to braid my hair. I would have had no problem if they could not, but it you say yes and I am losing braids left and right, thats where the problem comes in. My Bob Braids in the past have a natural curl, which bobs under. These braids are straight. Nice women and nice shop, but the quality of the skill I am accustom to, was not there.
