If I could put 0 stars I would. As soon as we entered the parking lot a lady (not sure if the owner) approached us and we told her that we were looking for an address and she told us we were about 3 houses down knowing well that the address we were looking for was next door to her. After several minutes of waiting parked NEXT DOOR she proceeded to stalk us, pretending to go throw away some trash and a male even came outside and just stood on the sidewalk staring at us and our vehicle. Precisamente por gente así estamos como estamos, les falta que hacer en este “negocio”!!!! Respuesta a su comentario @ 4:39: What’s more concerning is for a business to be so unprofessional regarding the matter. As far as ur customer service goes…I wouldn’t take pride in any of this at all. Your staff member was not trying to assist whatsoever, she was actually VERY rude. So as a business owner stop trying to downplay ur employees actions and understand that unfortunately our employees are a HUGE representation of it. Y en vez de querer culpar a “las guías locales” por sus “malas reseñas” solo responsabilícese y eduque mejor a sus empleados. Le adjunte un video que solo muestra una pequeña porción de toda la situación.

Had split ends and told her to cut them but it looks like it stayed the same and i still have the same amount of split ends. She charged me 25 dollars for nothing

I liked my nails BUT, the lady Donna that did them filed and pinched my skin around the nails so rough and made me bleed badly. My cuticles burned for days after and she didnt even apologize when she made me bleed more than what is normal. It was very obvious that the skin she was prying at was no longer my cuticle but my actual finger. She was very rushed. If you dont have the workers or time just say you cant do it instead of rushing the nails and not doing them well. They also stopped halfway of doing my nails to attend another customer for a whole hour without letting me know beforehand. Had i known they were gonna do that i would have gone elsewhere. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning.
