I had an excellent experience with their reflexology. It’s no nonsense and quite effective. Very reasonably priced, too. They do a great job and my tired feet feel great now!

Massages with one hand while the other hand is on his phone. Imagine how much of a massage you get with one hand. His phone vibrates against your foot too. Unprofessional.

Went in with my husband December 28th 2023. We had been here last year and it was ok. It must have new ownership. It was disgusting! As we waited for our room to be read we noticed a giant cat and a liter box literally right in front of us on a shelf. My husband went to use the bathroom , where they had a giant litter box as well. The garbage can in the bathroom was filled with cat feces. We were literally feeling nauseous as we ran the heck out of this dump. It should be closed down for sanitary reasons.

Felt like I didn’t have enough privacy and there was lots of talking which was distracting, making it hard for me to relax. also was very rough with the massage. He forgot the hot stones :/

Very disappointed. I opted for a foot reflexology (incl. scalp, shoulders, arms and hands) and asked multiple times if arms will be included as my arms were in real pain. The therapist was on her phone and using one hand to massage and did not even apply any oil or moisturizer on my arms. Halfway through, they switched and another therapist came in for my feet. I still left a tip but they were clearly unhappy and wanted more. I was better off before going here

We are in Chicago visiting and after days of walking, the foot massage was 10/10. They even included a neck and scalp massage as part of the service. Highly recommend and will be back in the future when visiting.

Great place! I got a one hour foot reflexology treatment that includes a neck and shoulder massage. My masseuse was very experienced and went straight for the pressure points - I love these types of “effective” massages (vs. a regular Swedish).

I scheduled my appointment online and they called me to change my appointment time at the last minute. Then tried to lie about when I get there, and I had to wait again for my appointment while they let other people take my appointment slot. I honestly think it was racist related because I am a different race than the people who they let take over my appointment time. Then they have the nerve to ask me for a tip during checkout. This was highly unprofessional & I’m not coming back here.

Worst massage ever. Nancy didn’t give me any kind of massage. She was just rubbing my skin. She just rubbed my skin. She kept on rubbing my calves area up to my knees like she was causing skin abrasion. She was hurting my knee ligaments and skin of my legs because she was rubbing the same area for over 30 minutes. I ended up saying to not touch my knees. I’m not the most brave person to say anything to workers. She didn’t give me a massage. I don’t know what she gave me. She was just rubbing my skin. The receptionist offered $10 off but my knees and skin hurt now. I don’t know why I even tipped her. She shouldn’t be a masseuse. I don’t think she knows what muscles to massage like she doesn’t have any kind of knowledge on muscles, ligaments, and tendons. I’m feeling so stressed out after the massage. My sister got a male massager, David, and she had a great experience.

I visited this past Monday evening for Foot Reflexology and while getting my massage I noticed the woman was frequently coughing and clearing her throat throughout the massage. This was unfortunate considering she wasn’t wearing a mask, nor could she have been covering her mouth well because her arms/hands were doing the massage. Within two days of the massage I became sick with a respiratory infection and am still quite sick. Please in the future if your staff is actively sick and coughing, at the very minimum wear a mask! Such a bummer :(

If you are looking for an amazing deep tissue massage then you definitely need to go to Yamato’s Foot Massage! I highly recommend Micheal. I have a lot of back issues and seeing him helps work out all the knots I have in my neck and back.

This place is incredible. Intuitive masseuse, friendly staff and competitively priced. Usually can get in same day but call ahead! This place won't disappoint & neighborhood offers a lot of dining also.

Waste of money. Don’t come to this foot spa 1. Hot stones were too hot and burned my bf back 2. The lady did not understand the difference between too hard, hurts or anything at all 3. We got up before it was over and they still had us pay for the full price 4. Overpriced for a foot spa
