I love Yancy Harmony spa. Every time I go there feels like a special occasion. The staff are so welcoming and personable. They treat me with respect and warmth, and I notice they are the same with every other client I've seen there. Also, they are very good at what they do. I've had 2 types of facials a basic/gentle facial, and also a deep facial. They always make sure to customize what they are doing to the individual, as well as to what the skin is like on that particular day. My skin wasn't bad before, but it has some areas that could use improvement, such as with uneven skin tone, clogged pores, and some dullness. All of that is quickly disappearing. It's also really nice that while they sell various skincare products, they ask what you already are doing in your regimen, and if you already have the types of products they recommend, they don't push you to buy more. I highly recommend Yancy Harmony Spa.

Mi experiencia en el SPA fue maravillosa, te sientes super bienvenida apenas llegas por la Front Desk Heisy, quien have un café exquisito por cierto,y la NP super sutil,muy bien preparada y muy agradable,en fin un equipo de profesionales que no te arrepentirás de darles la oportunidad de consentirte.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond in creating such a calm peaceful environment even offering refreshments while you wait. You feel extremely comfortable from the minute you walk in and I will definitely be visiting again soon! I highly recommend visiting both the spa and their scent store location in the falls I buy from them frequently and my home smells like heaven 24/7 🩷
