So this place was an experiment but I am glad I went. Susan was very nice, inviting and made me feel welcomed. She really knows the body, was studying it. sharing observations (which I concurred) and applying treatment as prescribed. Susan was using tools, hands, elbows and doing things to me and my body I was not expecting! I have never felt this way after a massage and the release was phenomenal. Got all my kinks, knots and toxins out after an extensive & deep 90 minute rub. Feeling much better, loosened up, relaxed and looking forward to the next wellness treatment in a few weeks.

susan is absolutely amazing. easily the best massage i've had in san diego. she is super strong and gives the best amount of pressure, and i like firm, deep masssages. not to mention she is so personable and sweet as well! i'll definitely be back

Whether for a massage or a facial, it is an experience that will exceed your expectations at every step. Her professionalism and deep knowledge of all the body intricacies in addition to her top notch skills, techniques and her soothing, easy going personality make this an amazing treat for your body and soul. I suffer from chronic back pain and the massage and stretching have worked wonders on me. Definitely give her an opportunity to help you as well.

Overall a great experience and a thorough massage. She listened and focused on the areas that I wanted addressed. She was perfect with the amount of pressure applied with both massage and stretches ( I need firm massage to loosen my back, neck and hips). Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

Susan did a wonderful massage on me. Susan really listened to where my back was hurting and truly worked the areas I asked for. Quite a rare quality these days in massage. She added an amazing hot stone experience and phenomenal stretching to my massage as well, really sending this above and beyond!! I left feeling 0 tim3s better than when I walked in. I highly recommend trying Yang Spa out and getting a massage from Susan. You won't regret it. She was also extremely professional and respectful as well. Don't miss this wonderful massage!!!!

Susan is a caring sweet and hilarious. She is also a brilliant masseuse that cares about her clients. When I have an issue she listens then directs the treatment needed. Love this place and I highly recommend it!!!!!

Susan is a very skilled massage therapist. The range of motion of my shoulder has increased dramatically since I began scheduling with Susan. Her prices are fair and she is conveniently located near the 5 fwy with easy parking.

Susan is amazing! She gave the most amazing full body massage. She first asked me if I had any particular pain points, she then spent time warming up my body with hot stones before delving into an intense deep tissue massage across my entire back and shoulders. She knew exactly where to push, and even stretched my limbs while massaging. She then moved down to my hips and legs. She's also incredibly sweet and seems to care about helping me feel better. If you are looking for a real massage that will hit those pain points, I highly recommend Susan!

Susan the massuse is so wonderful and provides high quality massages. I am a professional athlete and she knows the human body very well, and intuitively is able to find the place in the body that needs the most attention. I always leave feeling great and relaxed, and my muscles are relieved of tension. I injured my back doing deadlifts and over the week, it hadn't recovered as well as I had hoped. I happened to find Yang Spa from a quick massage search and am so happy I did! I made a quick appointment online through the website and showed up 30 minutes later, was down on the table within a couple minutes from walking in. Susan delivers amazing pressure and thoroughly relieved my tight lower back (and the rest of me!) and I felt amazing afterwards. She is super friendly and her prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back! Btw this is inside Avati salon
