Pros: The staff is very professional. The establishment is clean and the vibe is zen. They don’t pressure you into buying products, membership, or tipping ( you should always tip for a service but they’re not in ur face iykyk). Our couple massage was 10/10. My bf was snoring lol. Cons: I can’t live there & forget about my responsibilities lol.

10/10 service and hospitality. Girlfriend said she felt so much better after the complete spa day. Grace was very friendly and made sure that my girlfriend was taken care of and satisfied with the work.

My husband and I went to Yans' Spa for a couples massage and it was fantastic! The staff was very nice and did a great job. We will definitely be going back.

I had an absolutely incredible first experience with Grace. A massage that left me leaving saying ‘this massage changed my life’ I went back a few months later and scheduled a last minute appt online with Grace. When I arrived, they put me with another masseuse as it seemed Grace was gone for the day. This was understandable because I booked just a couple hours ahead of time and it was the last appt of the day. The masseuse for my second massage genuinely injured me, and I’m still recovering a week later. She seemed to struggle more than Grace with managing how much weight she put on my back throughout the walking session and I suspect that is when the injury occurred. I did tell her I was good with heavier pressure, but there was zero build up or ease into it, it was just immediate trauma to my muscles. I was really disheartened from this experience and I’m hopeful there isn’t long term damage to my shoulder/back area, but I still can’t fully turn my head. I’ve had dozens of massages in my life and this is more than ‘soreness’ I can’t remember the name of my masseuse but my appt was 12/21 at 6pm. I do believe this was a one off bad experience as my first massage was life changing. But it being a week out and with me still hurting to the extent I am, it is affecting my day to day life so I wanted to say something. I would still recommend this place, but I would recommend Grace

I received a Christmas gift for a 1 hour Hybrid Massage, It's been years since I've had a full body massage. The pricing was reasonable. The person who gave me this gift stated they were asked to add a tip immediately when they bought the service, and they suggested the tip amount, which was way more than should be asked before the service was rendered, he gave them $15 and the receptionist seemed aggravated with the amount of the tip. The massage was okay, I'm undecided if I would go back to this location, as they speak very little English, but they understand if you point at the aching areas which takes away from the relaxing process: simpler to just say where it aches. But overall, this location was very clean, and my experience was good enough to give them 5 stars

I have a heavy physical labor intensive job. I requested 3-hour full body with an hour and a half of reflexology. It was calming and relaxing. I was taken care of by Julie who gave me a full body massage and while I was laying there Lucy came in and switched with her so Julie could rest. I did not even know that they switched until the very end. So that was very impressive. They both knew their stuff and I was very relaxed the entire time. I was so happy I decided to come in the very next day to try different services.

I paid $100 to listen to someone in the next room have a conversation for an hour. Not relaxing at all, as this was the sole purpose of my visit today. I expressed this to my masseuse and nothing was said nor done, Just swept under the rug. Not pleased at all. Actually, very disappointed.

I was looking for a place in Raleigh that was not a chain. Came across Yan's Spa and I have not gone anywhere else since. They have so many options to choose from, and I always leave feeling relaxing and well. The best part about this place is that you can (normally) make a same day appointment. Perfect for when you get an urge to get a massage.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, we were welcomed by a calming ambiance and friendly staff who truly made me feel at ease. The massage itself was exceptional—perfectly combining soothing relaxation with therapeutic techniques that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. They used hot stones that were warm and comforting, melting away any tension I didn’t even know I had. To top it off, the therapist gently stretched my arms and legs, which felt amazing and was such a unique touch! This added level of care made a huge difference in how deeply I could relax.

This was an incredible experience!! We went in for a couple’s deep tissue massage, and we were pleasantly surprised, they are small but mighty!! We left feeling rejuvenated after our experience. We will be back regularly 🙂

This was my first time ever coming to Yan's Spa in Raleigh, and I've got to say I enjoyed it a lot. I got the hot stone massage and the stones hit my sore spots very well. The next time I am in Raleigh, I will definitely be back.

Went in for a couples massage and absolutely loved it! Very clean! The massage was great. Great customer service as well. I had spinal fusion surgery a while back and am usually ticklish and uncomfortable during massages but this was perfect, I was able to relax and enjoy it. Loved the hot stones too! Will be back! :)

We decided day before the book a couples massage for a Friday night. Based on the great reviews of Yan's Spa, we used their online portal to book which was quick and easy and made me think..."that was a little too quick and too easy" so I was a bit expecting issues. WRONG! What a great experience for my wife and I! We get 3-5 massages/year and this was one of the best we've ever had. We will be back soon and I highly recommend Yan's for your next massage!
