Called to ask a question about haircuts and she was nasty and said i don’t understand you and hung up if i asked about a haircut how you didn’t understand me just rude for no reason

They did an amazing job on my granddaughters hair but talked about my 2 year old granddaughter saying she was bad. She was loud at times because she can't talk but she is a baby.

The lady tht works here took my daughter as a walk in even though she could have turned us away. She put a color strip and did a blow out. Her hair came out very beautiful.

I haven't been to a Dominican salon in a very long time. The owner did my hair. She was great! I was treated like royalty. I'm coming back. A forever customer.

La dueña directa que hace el trabajo de belleza es muy buena osea tiene habilidad en lo que hace y es amable, pero el lugar por lo general pasa lleno, asi que es de ir con mucha paciencia y esperar un poco. Definitivamente necesita un poco de ayuda extra para que le ayuden con las llamadas, la limpieza de su salón y la atención de sus clientas. Pero siempre se sale contento con los resultados del trabajo de belleza.

they dont know how to deal with natural hair & dont make u feel welcome n use brushes and combs with other people hair in it edit* you seemed frustrated at my tight curls, combed them with the wrong types of comb and brush. Just because its kinky doesnt mean its strong enough to be man handled..and the biggest thing for me is using combs & brushes that are not freahly cleaned, which is a your job to do required by state board. You said u wouldnt be there if u werent. werent what? comfortable doing black hair? not true you are there to do spanish hair, and can do black hair if they come but you are not willing to cater to their diverse hair needs which differs from your average clientele.
