Definitely should have read the reviews. I ordered a couples massage off Groupon and what I got was a rushed cutesy rub down. The floor under the table was dirty and there was absolutely no pressure involved. I wanted to wait a few days to see if their technique was something that kicks in later but I’m actually in more pain.. I felt like she found my epidural injection site from 7 years ago and pushed on it like 5 times. I could have paid my kids in fruit snacks to get the same quality massage My friend said his massage wasn’t bad The request for a tip made it pretty awkward at the end.. the bedding was freshly washed and smelled EXTREMELY good though. First professional massage ever and I truly hope this isn’t how they all are

My husband got us a couple massage through Groupon for our anniversary. The appointment was easy to make. Both masseuse did a great job. For a minute I thought my husband fell asleep. That's how good it was. Thank you

So, I just completed a couple's massage package that I purchased from Groupon for My Sacred Partner & I, as a way to show appreciation for ALL the WAYS she has shown up for me in these recent months. I must say, without hesitation that Mia & her staff were incredible. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of my masseuse, but what I appreciated most about Yashu was the intimate nature of the establishment. When you walk in, there's a calmness about the place that invites you to explore what rest through trusting that another person will honor and safely administer their healing arts onto your body. They treated my lady and I very well, and I had the opportunity to engage in an authentic cultural exchange where both I, My Sacred Partner, and the Women of Yashu were able to find common ground that truly felt like family. Go to Zen Massage, dont waste your time here. I should have read the reviews. I came in to take advantage of their new customer promo, then they wanted to have me pay full price for a different massage. After 5 minutes back and forth with the worker and the owner, and telling them I'll go elsewhere, they decided to give me the promo they are advertising. Little did I know, the massage entailed, 20min of digging her elbow into my back. After that, she finally SLAPPED oil on my back and rushed through my entire body, minus my feet, for which she dug the edge of the stone into 3 spots on each foot and called it a day. I came here to try something new and I was given one of the worst experiences ever! Not only fighting for the price they promote online but receiving the worst massage ever, what a waste of my time and money. AND she had the nerve to ask for a tip after.... yeah I have a tip, give better massages.

The Massage was a little intense, she used her elbow the entire time instead of her hands. Unprofessional environment, I heard staff farting loudly a few times. The biggest thing that made me uncomfortable was their attitude about the tip. I was giving them $10 tip but they demanded more and acted like it’s something that I owe them on top of the massage payment. Upon me telling her that I can’t do more as I didn’t like the massage that much she had a big frown on her face, her tone changed and she tore the receipt madly right after me signing the receipt. I would not go back there.

I recently visited YaShu Massage and unfortunately, my experience was far from relaxing. While the massage itself was adequate, I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable when the staff aggressively harassed me for a tip after the session. It completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere and left me feeling pressured and uneasy. I expected a professional and respectful environment, but instead, I felt like I was being extorted for extra money. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to consider their options before patronizing this establishment.

East Sac massages at YaShu! This legitimate, professional, impressively clean shop has a soothing spa atmosphere created by dim lights, calm music and trickling water sounds. My 1st massage was with Angelina, this time I had Harry. Both massuse obviously have extraordinary experience, training and knowledge evidenced by their skilled massage techniques. They're located at 51st and J and offer free parking in their lot.

First time to Yashu so I was able to use the first timer deal of 60 minutes full body with oil and hot stones for 49.99. Amy was my masseuse , let me tell you that she found all of the trouble spots and ended them. She was absolutely spot on. The massage went in different phases. The hot stones were awesome I made the appointment around 830am for a 10am spot. I'f you are looking for something that works I highly recommend this place. Also be prepared to do pay upfront and I suggest cash payments. Tip nicely. These people work hard!

Good experience overall and fabulous value. Not the typical deep tissue, which I had asked about on the phone and was expecting, but I didn't mind it. My husband's masseuse was attentive to his ask for high pressure on his marathon tired feet. The essential oil and hot stone 🪨 was very nice. Nice interior but sounds will be heard from the lobby/other rooms so if you prefer a very quiet area keep that in mind. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment. Lovely ladies doing good work. Would recommend!

I found this place on Groupon, I decided to treat my aunt and sister for their birthdays, which are a day apart. I called to make sure the appointment time was available and spoke to Mia, she asked more than once if I’d come and pay in person versus paying through Groupon and that she’d give the same price. I agreed. I selected the Couples massage for 95.99 and the singles massage for 59.00 both 1 hour with hot stones. Upon arrival Mia requested that I pay upfront before the service…I asked why, because it’s ALWAYS been my experience to pay after- just like in a nail salon… but I went ahead and did it. My Aunt was celebrating her 75th birthday, when we arrived she asked to use the restroom… and was directed to a lavatory which had a wide open side door attached that led to the sidewalk on the street along the side of the business! Open for ANYONE to just walk right in!! We proceeded with the massages- I shared a room with my aunt for the couples massage although I requested if we could have separate rooms and they agreed we could my aunt stated that we could share… in the end my massage was amazing, Mia massaged my aunt and she was not happy with hers. She stated that her neck was not done, and that most of the time was spent on her back but she had requested her legs and feet receive more attention. My sister enjoyed hers as well. Upon leaving, I gave a15$ tip… 5$ per masseuse… Mia asked if I could give at least $20!! I had to gently READ HER- and let her know that I’m aware I didn’t have to TIP ANYTHING!! And unfortunately her tip was not well earned. She caught herself and walked away stating that’s okay, as she scooped up that 15$… I would NEVER go back or recommend anyone else! I think Mia possibly doesn't normally do the massages and she possibly tried to get involved so that we all three could get done together- however near the end of the service she began taking calls and booking appointments while servicing my aunt, and speaking in her native language with my masseuse after my aunt asked a question or two. It was only obvious that she was talking about my aunt and it made us both a bit uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. I’d recommend Massage Heights on Del Paso Rd to anyone who wants an amazing experience all around with no complaints! Imo!

It was my first experience at YaShu I was disappointed in the lack of professional business behavior. First of all there is no privacy bc they have curtains instead of close doors when they give u a massage.They don’t ask u what areas u want massage. They don’t ask your health history to avoid injury’s. They don’t take precautions like other massage businesses would ask you. My massage was interrupted numerous times bc the associate would step out when a customer enter inside. The door had a bell so when a customer enters they step out to talk to customers. There is no one at front desk. They accept cash and encourage cash if u pay with another tender they charge u extra $1 to $2 dollars. Not comfortable at this place of business and will not go back.

My daughter wanted the spa special offered at $49,99 which we booked for her. We had to pay upfront including tip. They then pursued to rip us off and not honor the special spa package. They just provided a 30-minute massage, which would have cost less. Needless to say we will not return.

My friend and I booked massages the day before. Surprisingly, they had openings, which made me wonder about the place. Upon arriving, the receptionist charged us right away and brought us to our rooms. We both got 90-minute massages. Throughout my massage, I heard the receptionist book appointments. The walls are also very thin. We even heard voices from the office next door the entire time taking away from a "zen" experience. The lady I had was pretty good. However, I can't say the same about my friend's masseuse. Turns out she started with one and ended up with a different lady, which happened to be the receptionist. While massaging my friend, she stopped to answer the phone several times and booked appointments. We were disappointed with the unprofessionalism and expected to have a better experience.

My partner and I went for a 60 min couples massage that we purchased on Groupon. The establishment was clean and everyone was very kind and pleasant. Our massages were amazing! I had Kevin and he was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

On a random Tuesday, I needed some me time and Groupon led me to this quiet & cozy massage office. I booked a 60 min session the same day. My massage therapist redeemed my voucher upon my arrival prior to my massage. She did a pretty decent job. My only concern was when I offered a cash tip, she insisted that I give more. I always tip service workers but I think it’s a bit unprofessional to make a demands on your customers.

The massage was good but they started my massage 15 minutes late after my appointment time. And she answered the phone 5 times booking appointments during the massage time. Than she told me how much I need to tip them, because they do hard work AFTER I paid over $100. I didn't go in there excepting a free massage, I paid good money for it. I think that was very rude demanding a tip and telling me how much it should be.
