New staff here does not do a good job. They do not make sure to follow the natural arches on your eyebrows and this has happened more than twice. My daughter left in tears at the hack job. The brows are not even close to looking symmetrical or alike. And the prices went up for poorer service $15. This is unacceptable

I went in to have facial threading done and felt very rushed during this service. I ended up with severe bumps on my face for weeks. No before or after care was provided. Do not recommend!

This place has me walking confidently through life! I get my brows threaded they do a fabulous job . Accurate pricing and always a satisfactory experience. The salon is so peaceful too. Yashvi Studio is too good. 😊 👌I always recommend:)

If you want perfect eyebrows this is the place!!!! Posted the above review a few weeks ago. Stopped by today to have my eyebrows tinted and they are not straight they are crooked. When I spoke to the person who did them she stated to me that she followed my eyebrows. I’ve been coming here for years and there’s a young lady in there I don’t know her name, but her skills are unmatched when I came in today, I did not see her. I thought maybe she was off today, but I trusted that the other employees could do the same work. This is not true be cautious of who does your eyebrows there because it also reminds me that once before I did have a minor issue with the threading when she wasn’t the person who did my eyebrows, I have an event this weekend, and now I have crooked eyebrows that are tinted on my face. I’d also like to add the person who was behind me received a similar service, and she stated to the new person working in there as well that her eyebrows one was bigger than the other. ( This happened while I was being reclined in the chair) Her concerns were dismissed as well. I don’t remember exactly what response she told her but she did not fix it. She did not offer to fix it. I’m highly disappointed and I don’t know if I will return here. I’d also like to add all three of my sisters also come here, and I will be letting them know as well and showing them what was done to my face.

Dont go here for Henna. I got a design on my hand andi followed directions and let the henna dry for 12 hours before washing it off. After 4 days the henna faded completely.

I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted here and have had henna tattoos done here. They are quick, professional and effective! The business is clean and has a calming vibe. The henna dried in a burnt orange/dark brown color and almost lasted a week. The prices are on all their services very affordable! I have found my brow spot for sure! They also offer other waxing and threading services and lash extensions.

I am not sure if this place is under new management but my last experience was terrible. When I usually go I have a pleasant experience. I went to get my brows threaded. When I arrived they were closed. I got there maybe 10 minutes before they opened. When 10 am came I went to the door and no one was in there. I got back in my car to give some time and nothing. A lady pulled up beside me nd asked when they opened and I told her 10am. She waited a while with me and pulled off. I waited maybe another 10 minutes. The owners finally arrived at maybe 10:30 and another woman walked in ahead of me and was taken. I was still in the car and proceeded to get out. I walked in and was not greeted. The lady who was taking the first customer frowned at me and went to threading the lady's brows. I just was baffled at the not saying hello and her frowning at me. Maybe 5 minutes later and another woman walked in and she greeted her nicely and told her she would be with her. I was like okay I know I'm not crazy. I know she did not greet me nor said hello or she will be right with me. I come to this place every time I've I need my brows done. I just got up and left because I'm not paying someone who can't even acknowledge that I am in your place of business. I'm not sure what happened to the regular people who was there before but I will not come back. I went to Krupal's down on Main Street. She was friendly and very welcoming.

I have gotten my brows done about 6 times and everytime has been great. I've always had bad experience with getting my brows done at other places and I'm so glad I found this place. Amazing every time👏👏👏

I went here for a Brazilian wax. During the prep, she sprayed straight alcohol onto my V and surrounding areas. When I told her the alcohol was burning because she sprayed it directly onto my vagina she replied with “it’s not gonna harm you”, it may not harm me but I promise no one wants to feel their V burning because alcohol was sprayed onto it. I understand that the area needs to be cleaned but maybe be more courteous of where you’re spraying the alcohol. I left with plenty of hair still on my area. I asked if she could tweeze it and she gave me 2 responses “it would hurt too bad” and second “if I tweeze it the hair won’t grow back smooth.” This isn’t my first time getting waxed so I know that the hairs can definitely be tweezed. Definitely not worth the 50 dollars and I wish my experience could’ve been better here. I had high hopes due to so many good reviews. Hoping it was just a bad day for them or maybe I caught them too early in the morning.
