I’ve been a regular for over 20 years and recently I’ve been making my appts only to show up and them tell me I don’t have any appt. It’s happened 3 times and the last time I wasn’t even told until after I was sitting and waiting for 15 minutes. Then I was told to wait for over an hour and treated as a walk in. I will not be coming back because this is ridiculous.

I have been a regular for several years now, 5 I think, and have always received a good cut from everyone. The staff is always friendly and professional. I can tell the staff are happy and it translates to good service. I can't recall ever having an issue with scheduling or being made to wait for more than maybe 10 minutes max when it's real busy but that is a rare occurrence. The price? I have the membership and you can't beat it with a stick! Here's a lil' shout out to ownership: Expand and build a Yes We Do in Horizon - somewhere off of Eastlake :)

This place is affordable and has great results. I have gotten my haircut by different barbers and hairstylist and not have any issues. I recommend this place.

I have been going to Yes We Do for 25 years. Ive always had a great experience there. Today was different. I made an 11 am appointment at the Edgemere location. Arrived there at 1055. I was told that the stylist was running a" little" behind. There was someone in the chair, but the stylist finished about 11. no problem. Then Im informed that there is someone ahead of me? Evidently someones buddy needed a hairstyle and they bumped me. Literally bumped my appointment. And then lied to my face about it. A" little" behind means a few minutes, not an hour long cut and style. Its very disrespectful to treat customers like this. An appointment is an appointment . You dont shove someone aside to squeeze in somebodies buddy, and then lie about it. Im a reasonable person. Tell me you had an emergency and ask me if its ok to reschedule. Dont make me sit there for 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment time. Thats very, very poor customer service. I will not be returning. I gave one star because it wont let you post without a star.

I didn't like that they only assign 15 minutes per appointment for a haircut. However, the haircut was decent and the fee of $16.00 for a haircut is awesome.

Awesome place. Sophia always takes care of my family’s cuts, and she does a great job. I don’t believe in going to a barber and pay 70 bucks plus tip just to sit in a fancy chair, watch tv, and hear them talk to each other about their problems while they hand you a mini water bottle pretending it’s fancy. Here you pay your 15 bucks plus tip and get a great hair cut. I pay about 60 bucks with tip total for my family of 3.

It embarrassing how people after being seated get kicked off the seat because of schedule conflict. It happened to me a few weeks ago and it just happened to a young lady as I was sitting here.

I came here for both my autistic son and myself. Everyone super nice the woman who did my son’s hair was so sweet and kind with him. I have really long hair and I was quite scared to be honest I haven’t gotten a haircut in years but I finally came in to just get new cut and look. I ended up donating my long hair they were so nice and the woman who cut my hair talked me through it and gave great suggestions really helped just calm me about cutting my hair, she said something very kind see I grew my hair every time my husband had to deploy which was quite a lot so it wasn’t just a regular haircut this inches of hair were months and years of him being gone and coming home to us safely, she said “long hair isn’t just hair it means something” it totally touched my heart thank you for understanding and kindness.

I needed a trim and hair color to blend in my gray. My hair is long, just below my mid back. I paid $135 September 13, 2023. Celeste did an awesome job. My hair looked great. The color is still vibrant and holding. I can't do that often, but I will go back and request her to work on my hair next time I decide to splurge and treat myself.

Made an appointment, walked in prior to appointment, ten minutes past appointment time and still sitting there while the employees are literally chilling out on the sofas having a talk fest. 15 mins past my appointment time and two others walk in and are immediately tended to and sat for their haircut. They are no longer taking appointments online, disabling their webpage and (albeit abysmal) app….good business plan for 2023. Rude, disrespectful service from this location. Get bent.
