i’ve gone before to get my hair relaxed here. and i had decided to get it done again. i called TWICE to make an appointment to get my hair relaxed. the day i went it they turned me away and told me they don’t do relaxers anymore. yet the lady who i had the appointment with still asked to see my hair. tell me how that makes sense!?

It’s A Nice Place.But Honestly The I Only Trust The New Girl Alyssa With My Hair And My Family’s Hair.If You Go There Make Sure To Ask For Her.Everybody Else Who Cuts Are Good But They Act Timid Like They Don’t Know What They Are Doing.

Hours are not consistent with what's listed on Google. Many times we've been turned away 15-20min before closing and told they were closed. Today hours listed show closes at 7pm however business was closed at 5pm.

Not very friendly in there. You're supposed to ask questions about the haircut and make small talk. That doesn't happen in there. It's uncomfortable and weird.

The staff is not the same anymore. They just cut how they know. No questions asked about how you want it or what you want. They make no recommendations if something goes wrong during the haircut. They don’t know how to fix it if they spoil it.
