My first experience with Yin Beauty Spa was in 2019. I received 10 sessions of radio frequency with a combination of some lifting facials and cleanings. Since the first session I noticed a glow and tightness in my skin. The treatment was interrupted in 2020 since I moved to another state. In 2024 I returned and began again the bio frequency treatment in combination with lifting facials. After receiving 4 sessions the texture of my skin looks more soft and tight. I am satisfied with the results of the treatment. I am planing to complete 12 sessions of the radio frequency treatment.

What an amazing spa experience! I treated myself to a deep cleansing facial at this place – slightly on the expensive side, but that's typical for New York.my face was absolutely glowing afterwards!

I indulged in a combination of services during my visit, including a facial and a massage. Both treatments were heavenly. The esthetician and massage therapist were both knowledgeable and attentive, and I could tell that they were passionate about what they do. The products used during my facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and the massage was pure bliss, melting away all my stress and tension.

Terrible service. I ended up paying $200 ONLY for extraction!!!! That also without a steam and facial. After the extraction she applied some serums which I could have done at home. I really don’t know why was I charged $200 for?

I went to get a microdermabrasion facial and the technician was very polite, cordial, and friendly. The facial was relaxing. I had a very good experience there. She let me know to take off my shoes, I’d I wanted to lay in between the sheets or on top, if I was cold and if I wanted the heater on! I get so taken care of :) I am very pleased by her customer service.

This weekend I have an event to go to, my skin is dry and dull. My friend suggested me to go to Yin Beauty and Arts Spa and get a facial. Catherine is an amazing esthetician. She recommended hydra facial to be the best for my skin and I am very happy with the results. My skin is glowing, bright and hydrated. The atmosphere, people and facial were all great experience. I am definitely going back.

I've been to so many other spas for facial treatments, however Yin Beauty & Arts Spa gave me the best facial experience! Katherine provided excellent job, and has great knowledge on skin care. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire session. My face felt so clean and refreshed after extracting all my blackheads. After 3-4 days, my skin looks even better and glowy! Will definitely be a loyal customer here!!

Have tried several spas in the city, and this is by far my favorite place to get a facial. Kathy has great customer service, is very knowledgeable about skin care, and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a great treatment. The facial experience was unbelievable. She takes the time to ask you about your skin and your routine. She is gentle and detail-oriented. The massage is so relaxing- added plus that she uses and sells anti-aging products. I literally look brand new. I left feeling refreshed. BTW, The treatroom was very welcoming and attentive. It's homey, but meticulously clean and organized. I am surprising this place has been in business more than 10 years. It still has the high quality and keep the loyalty to every clients.

This is my third time coming to Yin beauty arts spa and my experience gets better and better. Not only i leave feeling relaxed i also feel my body, mind and soul healing. Kathrine is very knowledgeable i really feel comfortable with the staff they take their time and really focus on the areas that need extra attention.

I wish there was an option of no stars! Purchased a groupon for a Microdermabrasion, couldn't even get it done because of my problem skin, she didn't even try to work with me. Had to result to get some "face peel" that didn't do anything! It was just some creams. I came with my daughter in her stroller and the owner was SOOOOOOO FREAKING NASTY, she didn't even try to accommodate us, she said "this place is for treatments not a place for stroller", I tried my best not to get out of character, because it was all building inside of me to curse them all out. Luckily I was with my mom she was able to stay with my daughter, and they kicked both of them out because they couldn't sit in the front waiting area. I guess the two chairs in the front were for decoration. First and LAST time coming here, NEVER again. Hate his place and wish groupon would take them off of their website, they were not to one standards.

Made an appt. Only to come in and be told I'm not in their schedule at all. The lady was not at all accommodating (their was NOONE in the spa besides her) and with arrogance said that they're not chocolate and they can't please everyone.
