They gave me a card. They stamp it after every visit. After the 10th visit I'm suppose to receive a free 30 minute massage according to the card. Today I went for a 30 minute massage & they wouldn't honor the card that they gave me. Instead they tried to make me pay for an hour massage, then give me 20 bucks off. Definitely false advertisement. Please be aware if you visit the location in Fayetteville. The just lost a loyal customer that's been coming here for months.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. I got an hour long body massage with hot stone for $60 and a 30 minute foot massage for $30 and it was well worth it. I called in and made my appointment for an hour later, showed up and they showed out. As long as you don’t put in your head that you’re coming to a luxury spa, you will enjoy it.

Took great care of me. Going into my 9th month of Pregnancy. Got a man & he was gentle yet still got the kinks out. Oh, and i did a walk in. No wait. Excellent!

I normally do not write reviews, but this one is long overdue. The prices at Ying Massage are great, however, the massages are hit or miss. You tell them you want a regular massage and depending on what they fill they gave you regular/deep tissue, they will charge you. They are also ridiculously annoying when it comes to tips. I always tips, and think I am a generous tipper and they always try asking for more. They will look at you when you pay them, lay the money down, like that's All. I guess you pay for water you get. I will not be returning.

Great for massages but not “body scrubs” I been here twice for a body massage they were good but today I got a body scrub & the lady rubbed dr teal on my body with her bare hands(no body scrubber or exfoliating glove) so I didn’t reap the benefits of a scrub, however I paid the 50 bucks and tipped as she did do “a service” but it felt like a rip off honestly but they were nice & welcoming

I honestly cannot believe what I endured....I should have left right in the beginning....I felt like I was being man handled....I told him too hard & it was still too hard. You couldn't understand anything, and it was the opposite of a relaxing experience. There is no way they are certified....I think my daughter could have done a better job. They were going through the motions to speed up the clock. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. I SHOULD HAVE.

My friend and I come in for massages. Before we arrived we were told there was availability. When we got there they told us we needed to wait 45 minutes for the next appointment, which was fine. We waited, and when we headed back, they told us that the gave someone else our spot and we would need to wait and additional 45 minutes. The service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

A tip is discretionary, not required! A $10 tip was offered and the owner had the nerve to say “that’s it.” I will never return to this establishment. You must be grateful for whatever tip you receive!

First time customer. Great experience, Great customer service. No wait. This was better than expected. Ci Ci was amazing! She listened and continuously checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. I had a 90 min massage. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and smelled amazing. I like the bigger massage tables. It's been a while since my last massage but I'll be going back there soon!

Took my wife to get a massage earlier today, and it was by far the worse massage I’ve ever received. Got a 90 massage 60 full body and 30 foot massage.. the massage was rushed and it felt like a vigorous rub very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I was asked what level of pressure I desired and I stated medium.. I had to keep telling her she was too hard.. over and over. Her nails were too long and kept scratching me , she would also focus on one spot rubbing vigorously which caused my experience to be very unpleasant. Not to me mention, you could hear other people talking through walls and cars honking in the parking lot. My massage was wasn’t relaxing at all! Luckily the gentleman that massages my wife did a. Ok job from what she shared however overall the worst 186 spent on a massage.. the price totaled $186 vs $180 for two 90 min session due to me paying with a card so they charged me an additional $6.. don’t waste your money here!

I WENT TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HAD A MIXED EXPERIENCE. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT FOR A WALK-IN, THEY COULD GET ME BACK RIGHT AWAY. MY ISSUES WERE THAT I WAS NOT ASKED IF THERE WERE CERTAIN AREAS I NEEDED TO HAVE FOCUS ON, OR LESS PRESSURE. THERE IS NO MUSIC PLAYED IN THE ROOMS, THE LIGHTS ARE NOT DIMMED DURING THE MASSAGE SESSION, AND THEY DO NOT ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE CERTAIN PARTS OF YOUR BODY TO STAY COVERED DURING THE SESSION. THE MOST DISTASTEFUL EXPERIENCE CAME WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CHECKOUT. I PAID WITH CARD, AND I ALWAYS TIP IN CASH, AS I DON'T LIKE THEIR TIPS TAXED, AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING MASSAGES FOR YEARS WITH MASSAGE ENVY. AS I PAID WITH MY CARD AND FILLED OUT MY TOTAL, THE MASSEUSE GRABBED THE RECEIPT AND AND DEMANDED A TIP BE ON THERE IN A VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND EXPECTANT WAY. I INFORMED HER THAT I TIP IN CASH AS I WAS GRABBING MY WALLET, AND SHE TRIED TO NOT RETURN MY CARD, UNTIL SHE GOT HER TIP. I ALWAYS TIP 20% OR MORE, BUT THIS COMPLETELY TURNED ME OFF AND RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY, SO INSTEAD OF THE 25% PERCENT SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IN CASH, I TIPPED HER A FEW DOLLARS THAT I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE AND I LEFT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! WHAT IF THIS WAS A GIFT TO SOMEONE, WHO SHOULD REALLY ONLY HAVE TO SHOW UP, AND RECEIVE THEIR SERVICE, NOT BE OBLIGATED TO TIP. THERE ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL WAYS TO ASK FOR GRATUITY, AND THIS WAS NOT IT. HAD SHE JUST WAITED A FEW MORE SECONDS BEFORE SHE OPENED HER RUDE AND EXPECTANT MOUTH, SHE WOULD HAVE MOST DEFINITELY GOTTEN MORE THAN WHAT SHE WAS EXPECTING. I WILL NOT BE BACK, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, UNLESS IT'S A WALK- IN SPUR OF THE MOMENT DECISION.

I came in as a walk in today. The first room they put me in was small and it was too stuffy for me and I couldn't breath. I asked the lady if they had a small fan. She stated they didn't. She lead me to another room a little bigger. I thank her. My lady came in I told her what I wanted and baby she went to work. When I tell you MS. Coco worked every muscle in my body that I didn't even knew existed. Every time she would work a different part of my body I was saying ok this here is the best. But when she got to my FACE and I was already stopped up. I truly don't know what she was doing because I've never had no one do what she did but I was in heaven. I don't have any complaints at all and yes I will be going back. Oh and yes they do use alit of oil but coco wiped all that off so i was not greasy when i left. Thank you Coco.

One of the best massage therapy places in Fayetteville! They are all very friendly! Reasonable prices! We were provided with complimentary snacks and scalp massages with our services! They took their time with our services and did not rush!

The massage was very good. My masseuse had to go to the restroom in the middle of my message. But she didn't tell me, she just opened the door and walked out, someone else came in and started messaging. I told them absolutely not. It was very rude and disrespectful. They apologized and explained. I told them they should have done that before they left me on the table. I'm not returning.

I have been a regular customer at Ying Massage Spa, primarily for their foot reflexology massages, and I must say they do a really good job! The therapists are skilled and provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The foot reflexology massages at Ying Massage Spa are truly effective. The therapists apply the right amount of pressure and focus on the reflex points that correspond to different organs and body systems. After each session, I feel refreshed and revitalized. One aspect that impressed me is the knowledge and expertise of the male therapist I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from. He was well-versed in the techniques and theories of reflexology. He explained the process and its benefits, which added to my overall satisfaction with the experience. However, there is one minor area that could be improved upon. During my session, I noticed that the therapist's hands seemed a bit rough, which affected the overall comfort level. It would be beneficial if the therapists could maintain softer hands to enhance the overall experience. Despite this small concern, I highly recommend Ying Massage Spa for their foot reflexology massages. The therapists' expertise and the effectiveness of the treatment make it a worthwhile visit. The spa has a relaxing ambiance, and the staff is friendly and professional. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a sense of well-being. A visit to Ying Massage Spa is definitely a treat for your feet!
