My husband and I were visiting the city after driving couple of ours. Our backs and joints got stiff and we stopped by this placed and got a GREAT AND WONDERFUL Massage. We got out without pain and relaxed.

On Sunday, I got an excellent massage from Sofia. She was very thorough and covered all the muscle groups and asked me about the pressure she applied (i asked for medium). The oil she used was scented and pleasant. From the outside, the shop literally looked like a hole in the wall, and small, can easily be missed. But inside was very nice, clean and inviting. Prices are very reasonable and 4 hands available but require an appointment. Overall, it was a great place to unwind, relax, and get your body straight. Will be back in the future.

Sophia is the best massage therapist, it’s as simple as that. I’ve been looking for a good massage therapist for deep tissue for years. I’m done looking. Ying’s is the best kept secret in Jacksonville.

Very skilled and super friendly. They were very accommodating of my lower back pain and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. Do yourself a favor and get the combo with the foot massage. I swear that was my favorite part.

Would NOT recommend. The massage was rough and I’m still sore 4 days later, nothing was relaxing about it except the hot stone was nice. She did the same movement and spot over and over again, I felt bruised afterwards. I felt exposed the whole time and she got way too close for comfort in a lot of spots. They have partial curtains covering your room instead of doors so anyone walking by can see you laying on the bed. Atmosphere is definitely not “spa like”, not very clean and there is no privacy. I had gum stuck on the underside of the table, that I got to stare at my entire massage. Unfortunately, It was not like I could walk out because she requires you to pay for the massage before it’s even done. Because I didn’t enjoy the massage I gave a 10% tip. She then proceeded to tell me I was required to give 20% as a “service fee”. I asked where it said I was required to do that and she just repeated herself again, “service fee”. Will not be returning.

I have been going to Ying’s Massage consistently for about a year now after a friend’s recommendation. I look for a massage therapist that does an honest deep tissue massage to get the knots out of my back/neck and Ame and Sofia do an amazing job. They are very sweet and helpful. I feel long term relief after a session with them. The establishment is clean and well kept. Recommend to all my friends who are looking for actual back pain relief.

The massage was so so I am regular client in other massage spa But this experience is 1 star. Yes it was deep massage but her hand’s motions was too fast. She put almost a gallon of oil on my body and I would smell for a week I guess. During massage she spoke by the phone 3 times. And at the end I had a surprise. I didn’t want to leave a tip but under her pressure I left and than she said that she will increase my tips that I left on the receipt. It is terrible experience. Never again

Went last Friday. Small and dark inside. I arrived early and she decided to start early. Yes she can be on the phone, but that is to deal with other potential customers and for a small business that is fine. Bring tip money because she will ask. I tipped $40 on a $200 service. 1hour body, 1 hour feet, & 30 minute facial. You can tack on services during the massage so she is flexible. She knows what she is doing because the pain from the deep tissue subsided very quickly and there was no soreness at all. Be warned that she does use hot rocks in her massage so let her know beforehand if you don't want it. There is a bakery next door so you can pick something up afterwards and it's near the dollar store shopping complex so there are restaurants near by. Returning there as soon as I can afford to lol. You can make appointments. She will text day of to make sure you are still coming.

the ladies working here are just so nice and good at different types of massage, hot lotion, deep, swedish, etc. i have chronic back problems and they worked wonders for me just now i feel great and better posture and it was a nice chill environment so im coming back

Absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary today, the couples massage was perfection. The ladies were very attentive and knowledgeable about our bodies.
