I went in December and the staff was, what I felt, rude. I went in for a massage and I fell asleep and started snoring. I understand people are there to relax and am completely understanding of my massager to wake me up. However, I had 3 men in my area saying “shhh” so they stopped massaging their clients to come tell me to hush when my massager could have done that by himself. No need for 3 guys. It was uncomfortable and passive aggressive to me

First time here and had a great experience! Scheduling online was easy. I got the VIP foot massage and it was excellent. The foot soak was really nice and the massage was just the right pressure. Firm but relaxing. Great service and I’ll definitely return!

Always feel incredible when I leave. Able to release soft tissue issues. 60-min foot reflexology and 60-min massage is my favorite combo.

Not a relaxing experience at all! I was placed against a wall in the middle of the room. Slightly blocked by a partition. Many people walking back and fourth..furniture being moved. There was just too many peoples energy passing me and bumping the partition. I couldnt even close my eyes. I thought i was getting reflexology but it felt more like a foot massage. Very soft and unengaging even though it was given from a guy. My feet were placed in a room temp water bucket for what reason i do not know. There was no soap or anything..just cool water. This had me freezing for the rest of the time. I did not enjoy ANY part of this, i honestly didnt even want to pay. The place is drab and dreary with no inviting senses about it. Uncomfortable and i wanted to leave from the beginning.This was my first time getting reflexology i"ll try somewhere else but if this is what it is its a waste of money in my opinion. I definitely will not come back here to this business

Amazing spa experience. My husband and I had the 40/30 combo. Prices are very reasonable. Serene, professional atmosphere. Diana and AK were our therapists and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Their English is somewhat limited but we didn't feel that detracted from our relaxing experience at all. Recommend booking online, but they will confirm your choice of services when you arrive. There was no waiting, we were escorted back immediately to very comfy chairs where we were next to one another. Definitely a return trip in our future!

I've been here a few times, and it's always a great experience. The masseurs find tight muscles that I didn't even know about. Very relaxing place in general, a wonderful place all around.

Come to the DFW area on the occasion and try to find different foot massage places. This was one on the good side of massages. Went here and tried the VIP 60 Minutes foot massage. This basically added Chinese roses and special herbs to help detox instead of just plain warm water. This adds $10 to a normal massage. Time does not start until after the soak has been completed. The detox soak felt odd with the petals and stuff added. Personally, I don't know if I felt it did more than a normal massage I had had in the past at other places. The massage itself was fine and about as expected. As said one of the better massage places had been to in the DFW area.

I have been here quite a few times and had a great experience, but last night was by far the absolute worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I said “ouch”, “no”, “please stop”, “that hurts”, plus tried to physically get up at least 15 times during my 1 hour massage. This man HELD ME DOWN and said “no it’s ok” and kept hurting me. It was like he wanted it to hurt! It was beyond painful and today I’m bruised, swollen, and cannot move my neck. I should have made a scene but in the moment I was a little frozen in panic. The more I think about it, the more upset I get.

The gentleman at the front desk provided a warm greeting, and the massage therapist was highly skilled, understanding my needs perfectly. The massage techniques were truly impressive. They paid attention to detail, and the thoughtful hand movements completely immersed me in relaxation. I opted for a foot massage, and each knead and rub brought profound comfort, relieving the fatigue from my entire body. The ambiance at YIYI FOOT SPA is also very comfortable, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere that perfectly complements the massage experience. Overall, this massage at YIYI FOOT SPA provided me with an exceptional experience. I felt rejuvenated both physically and mentally. I highly recommend YIYI FOOT SPA, and I will definitely be coming back for more!

It pains me to give this place a negative review because I have been many times before and have always had a great experience. Today, it was as if this particular employee was TRYING to inflict pain on me. It seemed like each time I winced, said “ouch,” or tried to pull away, he held on and pressed harder. This was, by far, the most painful, least enjoyable massage I have ever had in my life. I always tell my kids “if someone is touching you in a way you don’t like, speak up. Loudly.” I should have been better at following my own advice today. I wouldn’t tell anyone to avoid this place as a whole due to one bad experience, but I would highly recommend being prepared to speak up quickly if you are uncomfortable.

I’ve been to foot spas all over the US and this is by far the best I’ve ever experienced! It’s so much more than just a foot massage- they include reflexology in addition to the relaxing massage. The chair massage is incredible as well. Each foot station is separated by a privacy screen as well. I’ll definitely be back!

Went in for a foot massage only. They do have combos available with foot and chair massages. I chose 1 hour regular foot massage and loved it. I'm on my feet every day so I was hurting. The person that greeted me was very welcoming, took me to my chair (which can be reclined to your liking), handed me a bottle of water and brought a bowl for me to soak my feet. Afterwards another gentleman came for the massage. That is when the clock starts (not when you start soaking your footsies). Pressure was perfect. Sometimes slightly painful, but much needed. Plus, I'm sure you could ask to go more gentle, if you prefer. I decided to tough it out. He worked not only on my feet, but also lower legs and knee area. The place was busy, but very quiet. All conversations were being whispered. Privacy screens placed between each customer. A very relaxing environment. Pricing is very reasonable. I paid $45 for my hour massage. Of course, don't forget to tip the person that takes care of you! :) I will be coming back for sure! Thank you!
