Came here from a referral from a friend. The overall salon is standard, was clean and wasn’t busy on a Thursday evening. They offered me a drink as soon as I got seated, which was nice. My problem is with my nails, the technician that did them seemed inexperienced, he didn’t take his time filing or shaping them and needed help with a simple French tip design. Basically just poor execution of technique. They looked decent when I left and I’m being generous using the word decent but I wasn’t thrilled with my results, a week later they looked older than they were and some of them have lifted (I don’t do manual labor for work or spend a lot of time with my hands in water). I was going to call to complain but because I am going to give the shop another chance I decided against it. This time I will only be letting Sunny do my nails, she did my friend’s nails and they were beautiful. They did also give me a coupon for my next visit so I give them a 10 for customer service. Will update my review once I get them done again.

One time I was charged 45 for the same serviced I paid thirty for. Additionally one of my fingers is amputated at the first joint. I was still charged full price. I accepted charge but felt it needed to be reported. What's up with that? Charging for almond nail shape.. I could see laying for designs.. Shaping should be part of the application of the nails...Not 🚫 15 dollars difference ..same serviced..Shisty

I like to soak before I get my pedicure and when I called to make my appointment I let them know that and they said ok. When I got there it was a whole different story and individual was very rude. I will never go to this establishment AGAIN!!!!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Will NOT return!!! You are supposed to go to the nail salon to de-stress, decompress and pamper yourself. I got there around 5:40pm. The older lady there does not speak English but has the nerve to get up from me in the middle of polishing my nails because she’s mad I’m asking her to DO what I asked and PAID for. EVEN WORSE…the one who finished me made it seem like it was my fault because as she stated “I didn’t tell her (the older lady) what I wanted done at the start” of my session. But make this make sense: when I first sat in her chair, the young guy there asked me and then TRANSLATED to her what I wanted done…SO I THOUGHT! So HOW is that my fault AND why YOU mad because YOU weren’t doing my nails as requested? I wanted French (thick) tips on my natural nails. HOW HARD IS THAT?!?!?!!!! You would think I asked for a full set with DIFFERENT designs on EACH nail. What a HORRIBLE ending to a stressful day! WARNING: do not go after 5:30pm they are tired and have attitudes!!!

I’m from out of town and was a walk in. Got right in and I’m amazed. They did my nails better than the nail salon back home. I come here often so I think I have found a new salon. Thank you so much. My nails look amazing

I made an appointment for myself and my 7 year old daughter to get mani/pedis on a whim. I dont 'pamper myself' as much as I should so I haven't been to a nail salon in a couple of years. I've never been here before but will definitely be back. They made us feel so comfortable and we're amazing with my little one!

Sunny, did an AMAZING job with my pedicure. Luang did an amazing job on my nails. They were very patient and made me feel extremely comfortable. At no point did I feel like they was rushing. The salon is also very clean. Lastly, I did not have to wait long. I will definitely be a repeat client.

The was my first time coming to this location as I frequently go to the dry cleaners next door. I was impressed with customer service. The young lady who did my manicure did an excellent job! I highly recommend this nail salon. I love the technology they have incorporated into the sign in process. They also accept Apple Pay and another payment options. They went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a new customer. I will be returning, as my wife liked the way my nails looked. The nail tech was kind and professional. She took her time and was very gentle with the clippers. I hand massage was nice too. The salon is clean and well lit. Keep up the good work!

I had an amazing first time experience. The atmosphere was very calming. They offer refreshments and they take their time with you. I loved my jelly pedicure. The massage chairs are amazing. The lady that did my pedicure was so sweet and paid close attention to detail. I was very happy
