I was going back-and-forth with myself whether or not give you a review but today after washing my hair and saying that you didn’t cut my hair properly and you didn’t cut how I wanted to you took advantage of that we were having a nice conversation because I ask you since the beginning how much is a haircut and you said $30 and then you guys slighted me and told me that I ask you to curl my hair where when I never never even mentioned it out of my mouth and I left it like that because I felt shy to say that it was not true that I never said that and you were cutting my hair and you were telling me all you need to cut this part and I said you know what cut whatever that you feel like it that you that needs to be cut because you’re the hairstylist you never mention to me was going to you. Just add items to someone’s tab without letting them know you’re going to charge them certain amount you need to let your client know how much that service is going to cost. This is basic professionalism behavior, and ethical behavior that all business owners should have. The reason why I am writing this review is not only because you guys lied me and charge me $50 instead of 30 for what I only ask was a haircut but because when I saw my hair and I dried it, I saw that you did a bad job and you didn’t do what I ask (draped hair or degrafilado) and you cut a lot of my length and I’m crying now because not only I did not have the money only $30 to pay but you also messed up my hair. I am sorry I had to write this review but you didn’t felt bad on abusing me and were okay on over charging me $50 for something i didn’t asked. Please inform of your clients of what the hair cut includes because i never thought that cutting something YOU SUGGESTED was going to be extra . Do better.

Terrible and so so rude, cursed at me in Spanish when I asked a simple question. Definitely not worth it don’t know how this place is still in business.

This is the only hair salon i trust to cut my hair! Me. Sal does a perfect job at cutting my hair and every time i am sastisfied with my hair cut! It’s always the same haircut i get but everytime i love the outcome like it’s new every time! I would definitely recommend coming here and getting a hair cut or any other hair related things, overall the best hair salon in Memphis.

This place is perfect for anyone looking for a good cut. Everything from the interior design to the employees are amazing. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like I was visiting family. My barber Sal gave me the best damn haircut I’ve ever had. He cut my hair with confidence and experience. We were done in about 20 minutes! Beautiful place with amazing customer service, I’m looking forward to my next visit and I plan on recommending this place to everyone I know. Thankyou for the amazing haircut.

This was my first time at beauty palace, as well as getting my hair cut by anyone other than the lady who has always cut it. Sal was awesome! He was professional and courteous and made sure my hair was exactly how I liked it! I definitely will be coming here from now on to get my hair cut. I would definitely recommend Beauty Palace for anything you need!
