Esti has been taking care of my skin for years and thanks to her my skin has never been happier. She worked with me months in advanced to make sure that the makeup application for my wedding would go on flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The wedding look she curated/applied for me was everything I wanted. She is a true artist in every sense and I will forever thank her for making my skin look beautiful with and without makeup.

Sofi is my go to for any beauty needs! I know I can always count on her to take care of me. I’ve been going to her for years and will continue to! Yoali is a place I can be myself and really feel at home. I def recommend a facial from them or as a gift if you need to treat yourself/someone!

I'm not from the Dallas area, but drove there just to get a wax from Esti! Unfortunately I was running late due to traffic, but she was just as bubbly and professional when I arrived. She was quick and efficient with my service and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want an amazing experience, and if you are a bundle of nerves like I am, don't worry, Esti will help ease your anxieties!

Can I be in-love with a Spa? I guess so. Truly the highest level of care, from the quality of providers to level of treatments and results. The studio is well-organized, spotless and comfortable. I have had a couple of different services completed by Sofy and I have even more scheduled. She is passionate about her work & it shows. She was gentle, funny, and created some skincare goals for me. Sofy & Yoali Studio is a Oak Cliff gem and a gift to the people.

Such an incredible company! I’ve never felt so taken care of in such thoughtful ways. The intake process was as delightful and nourishing as my facial. I ended up buying gift certificates for my friends after my first service because of how wonderful Esti and Sophy are. Oh! And the design is just stunning! Highly highly recommend!

As someone who has easily spent thousands of dollars on expensive laser treatments for my post acne hyper pigmentation, I have never had an experience like the one I've had a Yoali Studio. Not only have they helped me with my hyper pigmentation, but they have also guided me on how to take better care of my skin and provided me a regime on the steps I should take on a daily basis in order to reduce the hyper pigmentation and any future breakouts. Not only that but the ladies that work here are the kindest sweetest and most welcoming people I've ever met! They always make me feel welcome and comfortable!

I came to see Esti for my first ever wax. I would also like to add I am a plus size woman so it was very important to me to feel welcomed and comfortable. I walked in she was waiting for me sat me down explained the process and after care. When I tell you she was sooooo nice and professional and made me feel very comfortable in my body! My first wax experience expectations were definitely met!! If I could rate higher I would I already have my next wax booked. Esti thank you sooo much!

I completely fell in love with the environment of the studio and the wonderful ladies! Esti is the sweetest esthetician and is great at answering any and all questions. She made me feel comfortable throughout the service especially since I haven’t had a waxing service in years. I definitely recommend booking to anyone looking at the services offered at the salon!

I just had the best session with Esti! I had no problem finding the location and it was easy to park. I definitely understand the boutique homey feel of this establishment. If I could give a thousand stars I would!! (Lemme start off with saying I previously went to European Wax Center and compared to the experience I had today I will not be going back there ever again!!) I booked with the esthetician Sofy and she was absolutely wonderful, she was very flexible with changing the time for a portion of my service to later due to getting my menstrual early . She was very claiming and reassuring before during and after , I experienced little to no pain and every after I felt great and I looked great !!! I will be coming back here for ever

This google review is WAY over due. Esti the owner of YOALI Studios is the BEST she makes you feel comfortable and is very professional . I had never had a Brazilian before due to me being shy because I'm a plus size girl and didn't know what to expect. Esti made it very clear she does this to help us plus size baddies feel beautiful and confident . I love love love YOALI Studios and will recommend it to anyone no matter their size !

Unfortunately I did not get the experience I was hoping for. I get MARRIED in 2 months, I'm very stressed and in need of a me time day. I was very excited to go and establish a great relationship with an esti! I've not been to one in years but this place was just not for me. I made an appointment, I've never been here before so I called the day off to confirm where I should park, no answer and phone call went straight to voicemail. I thought it was just too early, I called around 9ish, I then called again around 4ish but again the phone call went straight to voicemail. I got a little worried so I looked up on google to see if I was calling the wrong number and noticed the hours stated they were closed on Monday. My appointment was at 5:10PM on Monday, since I've never been to this studio and no one was answering my calls or called back and left me a voicemail I was worried so I decided not to attend. I understand no show policies and understand why I was charged, I went ahead and called to follow up and get some clarity on a questions I had but I was talked to as if I was completely at fault. The first thing I was told after "hello" was "oh yeah, the appointment you did not show up to?" with sort of a sarcastic attitude. I was just calling for them to explain my charge since it seemed like there was a tip included not for someone trying to be sarcastic. Again, scheduling online was easy but costumer service was not great. I can't say anything about the treatments since I did not treat. I wish the hours in google would be updated so an overthinking person like me does not get worried about mistakenly scheduling on a closed day.

I had the best facial ever by Sofia! I left feeling so relaxed and my skin looks better every day. Sofia took the time and actually analyzed my skins to provide a custom facial. She even provided a neck and shoulder massage while my mask was on. Definitely can't wait for my next facial!

There’s something so beautiful and relaxing about a facial. It relieves tension, it’s moisturizing, and it’s cleared my head to think creatively other than in terms of survival.
