Yoshi is the best!! He was so accommodating of my schedule and gave me the best trim. My hair looks soooo much healthier after multiple hair color sessions gone wrong (with a different salon) and gave me great advice. He’s so calm and has great vibes. My new go-to in the city!

PLEASE DONT EVER COME HERE! Horrible experience. I went with my husband for a haircut for both of us. His hair was BADLY DONE IN THE BACK, LITERALLY HALF SHAVED LIKE THE HAIRDRESSER HAD NEVER USED A SHAVER BEFORE, we didn't notice until we leave and were already far from the store. Service is horrifying. While I was getting my hair shampooed, the hairdresser put shampoo in my ears and he didn't even notice, I had to take it out by myself while he was drying my hair. He seemed to be in such a big hurry and couldn't get rid of us faster, specially he had someone already waiting for him right inside the shop for him to get off his shift. He dried my hair without much care and gentleness, basically slapping my hair here and there, making it extremely unpleasant. I didn't like the haircut, I showed him a picture but as soon as he did my bangs I knew it wasn't gonna look like the picture. The picture had bangs with sides and he only did the straight bangs, I couldn't say anything earlier bc my eyesight was covered by my hair and he only asked about the length that I wanted.

So happy I found Yo-C salon and went for a Japanese straightening treatment. My hair is extremely difficult to work with, but Yoshi is so kind, patient, and has amazing attention to detail. He’s truly an expert at his work and it shows. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!

Super great atmosphere and really clean! Yoshi was so friendly and very efficient, and he communicated well during the haircut to really give me exactly what I wanted. Bonus was the Japanese shampoo he used smelled so nice! Will be coming here for my haircuts from now on :)

The experience with Yoshi was amazing. Originally came in thinking it was single process but Yoshi cleared the misunderstanding no problem. Hes so fun to talk to and very informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you come to get your hair done here!

Yoshi is a master at his work! Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I’ve ever visited his salon, and my experience was celebrity stylist quality to say the least, and I couldn’t have been happier. His skills his knowledge experience is unmatched. I felt like I was being treated like a movie star. This was my first time doing Japanese hair, straightening known as thermal reconditioning. It was fantastic. He spoke to me, broke everything down as how everything was going to go down. The process was simple and we spoke the entire time. My fiancé was present with me, and he can agree. He had a great time at the salon. He said he felt like he was in a spa. I’d like to thank Yoshi for this experience, and I will be returning for my touchups within 4-6 months and I’m looking forward to my Hair journey with him. I do recommend friends and family to visit the salon. If looking to get their hair straightened by a professional, he knows his stuff book immediately don’t think twice just book.
