I recently visited You Studio for brow and lash lamination, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The atmosphere of the salon was so relaxing and beautifully designed, creating a perfect environment for fully relaxe. The results of my brow and lash lamination are stunning! My lashes have never looked fuller, and my brows are perfectly shaped and defined. The specialist took great care to ensure everything was just right, and I could tell she truly cared about delivering the best results. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high-quality beauty treatments. The combination of excellent service, skillful technicians, and a great atmosphere make this place a true gem. I discovered this salon through ClassPass and was excited to get my first Russian manicure. I decided to return before my vacation to have my nails done again. Although I had credits on ClassPass, I opted to pay out of pocket because the owner, Victoria, promised to charge me the same ClassPass rate. Unfortunately, just a couple of days after my manicure, two of my nails chipped. Since I was already on vacation, I had to get them fixed at another salon. I reached out to Victoria to let her know and received only one response. On the third day, another nail chipped, so I messaged her again. Five days later, a fourth nail chipped, and I contacted her once more, but I have not received any further replies. At this point, the right thing to do would be to offer at least a partial refund. I paid for a service in cash, only for four nails to chip within a week. Now, I have to spend additional money to have them completely redone while on vacation. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this salon.

I recently got ready for a red-carpet event at YOU Beauty studio, and it was an exceptional experience. Elena worked wonders on my hair with expert contouring and styling. A special thanks to the makeup artist for creating a stunning look. The atmosphere in the salon was so positive and vibrant. I also want to express my gratitude to Vika for her meticulous attention to detail. From the delicious coffee and snacks to the incredible music, everything contributed to the amazing energy of female creative entrepreneurs. Thank you for making my day so special!
