I just got my nails done by Mia and I’m so happy 😁 she got me right ! I had my nails done from another shop a few days ago and it was horrible . Mia thinned my nails, reshaped, rebalanced , and gave me the look I was going for with french . This is my first time coming to this shop and will definitely be back , the prices are great as well ! She gave me a paraffin wax on my feet and a 10 minute massage . I am so relaxed

I Got Nailed today!! I received a full set with powder and a pedicure. Tianna was my nail tech and I really enjoyed her. She was very thorough and detailed. I definitely will be going back.

I found this place on Instagram and while I don’t get to come often, I do come every chance I get. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, and their service is always friendly and given with a smile. Especially appreciate, making an appointment online and arriving and being taken straight in. Given that nail services can be very time-consuming. I really appreciate their respect for others time and not double booking their clients. Work is neat and carefully crafted to suit my needs. I absolutely love my nails.

I had a great experience today at You Got Nailed & Spa! Mia took great care of me and I love my full set with French tips. NeNe took care of us when it came to me and mother’s pedicure as well as my mother's manicure. There is a fee to use your card which isn’t a problem, I just wish I knew about it ahead of time like on the website or during booking but overall I enjoyed myself and I will be back!!

I had considered going with my sister, who loved this nail salon, up to the point she told me about a voice mail she received from someone at this salon. The voice mail stated that there has been multiple complaints that she smelled and asked her to fix this before she returned. My sister and I are large ladies and have dealt with the stereotypical "you're fat and therefore smell bad" our whole life. This whole situation is unprofessional and down right rude. I thought that maybe in this day and age we had gone beyond this type of fat phobia but guess not. Even if she did smell, this business deals with people's feet, get over it, don't be rude to your paying customers. Would not recommend unless you fit into whatever their idea of perfection is.

Such great customer service. Will definitely make this my regular spot. A few interior upgrades and this will be the perfect place literally. Update: service provided 8/24 as of today 8/28 gel polish popped off of 4 out of 10 toes. Won’t be able to make it in to have them fixed before my event Saturday 🥲

Me and my best friend visited Greensboro North Carolina this passed weekend and the first thing we did was look for a nail shop because our nails was done back home in Louisiana and they were a hot mess. So I google shops near me and came across You Got Nailed on google and love there images. So I we decided to go here. When I tell yall they got us Louisiana gals right!! Customer service 10/10, hospitality 10/10 and the service was a 10/10. I told the owner she can do watever design she wanted. My best friend gave h r some colors for ideas and baby she did her big one!!!! We were also shocked to see that the staff was an all black women staff!!! Baby that was the cherry on top for us! Back in a Louisiana I’ve only experience an all Asian staffed salon. The owner herself is all about women empowerment and I love it!! She was an absolute sweet heart and so was her amazing staff. I normally don’t leave reviews but baby I had to leave this company one. They deserve all the stars and more. I wish I had a before picture to show y'all the magic they did to my nails. I definitely will be revisiting this nail salon in the near future. If I could affords to buy me a plane ticket every two weeks just to go get my nails done by them I would lol. Again thanks so much for you guys awesome service and hospitality!!

The level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail is top notch, But the icing on the cake was that this is a black owned business! I was not only impressed but left feeling that my nails were properly cared for and not just butchered! Thanks You Got Nailed!!!

Everyone from the owner to the nail techs are very professional and nice! This was my first time at this shop and will not be my last. I received a pedicure and was service by Mia. She’s extremely friendly and talented! My sister went and had nothing but positive things to say about this shop. Coming tomorrow to get a pedicure and then treating my best friend Saturday to a pedicure. Continue doing the great job that you do ladies. 🥰🥰🥰

Enjoyed my pedicure today. I was scheduled for an appointment at 3:30. Didn’t get seen until 4:30 but no worries, I’m working on my patience. The atmosphere and conversation made up for the tardiness! Enjoyed my pedicure and my feet look beautiful! I will be back!

My daughter went here for her babyshower nails and wanted SnS dip powder...the young lady there told her she had something better than Sns and it turned out to be gland it chipped off in 3 days! Now happy at all! it'd like the lady didn't want to say she didn't know how to do the dip powder

Uncomfortable environment. Unprofessional crew, loud, my tech carried her vape to my station. Wasn’t greeted upon entry although I was new with a scheduled apt. Old equipment. No “Spa” aesthetic. I walked out before getting my service, wasn’t relaxing at all. Tried to support black owned.
