RIPPED OFF.. I am glad at least my friend who had an appointment next day after me, was able to save her time n money. I was not taking hydrafacial first time, nor I went there for a service bought via coupon.. 90-minute facial was wrapped up in 30 minutes, and those minutes included 7 -8 minutes of steam. No mask on eyes. Still dont understand what type of hydrating facial was this!!! When I raised my concern being respectful all the time, staff was giggling. To cover up themselves lady mentioned that I told them to reduce facial time becoz of time constraint. I still don't recall when I started weed n when I got high on weed. What I told them was not to add extra service that was resulting to accumulate additional 30 minutes to facial time. And not to mention that they DISCUSSED with EACH OTHER that I don't want to add additional service bcoz it will take more time. After my concern and putting on patchy mask They spent 20 minutes more on back n chest massage and said this what is done in hydra facial!!!!

I recently experienced vitamin treatment for the first time, and it was incredibly rejuvenating. My skin is glowing after the facial, and the face massages are exceptionally relaxing. The entire experience was definitely worth it!

I'm so happy I found this spa. Warm welcome and clean spa. I had my ear Candling treatment and it was excellent, she massaged around my ears, neck and chest during the treatment. I also booked one hour massage, I was so relaxed after my treatment. I look forward to coming back.

Loved my facial here so much I ended up buying a ten pack! My friend and I were looking for last minute facials and Candice was able to accommodate us for the next day. I can’t say enough good things about the service we received - it’s clear that the ladies here take pride in what they do and that they truly care about their clients. We felt so refreshed afterwards and I’m excited to have Candice as my regular facialist moving forward!

This was my first time getting any form of self care in years and it was worth every minute. I was taken care of by Xi who is extremely attentive, professional, she did a very good job and I left the salon very relaxed. This little gem offers a big selection of beauty services, . It's clean and cozy. Candace the owner is very sweet and would spend time explaining every service to help you figure out which one is right for you. I had some brown spots removed. Candace was so patient and accommodating. I'm looking forward to seeing some clear skin without spots. I would highly recommend this place. Candace would make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

You And Her Spa is a wonderful place they have reasonable rates and very good services I get the candle massage body massage. Also, facial massage I feel like I’m in heaven they treat me like tender, loving care. I highly recommend this place for all. Besides I go quite frequently. you And Her Spa it’s also good for me. I see better. I hear better and it clears up my facial as well. I have a beautiful glow and a lot of wax from my ear has been remove. I can see again 100% better thanks to You And Her Spa.

You and Her Spa is a small gem in Chinatown with a lot to offer. Immediately upon meeting Candice, I felt her positive and friendly personality. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent service she provided of an oxidation facial massage. She is very thorough and knowledgeable of her job and she aims to please. The spa is a clean relaxing atmosphere.

I am so glad to have found this hidden gem in Chinatown! Candace was warm, professional, and very thorough. It was my first time to have a facial with her and she made sure my face was clear from all the gunk! She explained the whole process and recommended add ons based on my skin condition. I love how meticulous she was with the extractions, the pain was definitely worth it 😅 Candace also did an amazing job with my lash lift. It gave a nice curl to my lashes and made my eyes look more awake. Highly recommend this place!

I can not get over how clear my skin looks!! I've never had a facial before, so I was directed to You and Her Spa and told to seek out a Candace and she was amazing!! In having no idea what to expect, Candace broke down the process of it to me and she even briefly explained what she was doing before she did it. She even warned that the it might hurt (and it did) but would be so worth it (and she was right!!) I haven't seen my skin this clear in years and I cannot be more grateful!

I went to You & Her spa for 10 30-minute sessions of Endermologie twice a week for 5 weeks. Candice, the owner, is so friendly and fun to talk to! She makes you feel comfortable and is very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend this spa for Endermologie!

Small hidden gem in the city. Offered great variety of personalized services. Love their relaxing biolift eye treatment. Help my saggy eyelid a lot. Tried a couple session of cold sculpturing procedure last year. Not impressed at first but the result has become more visible lately. I guess it take time for the body to adjust? The spa has major infrastructure update since COVID. Touch-less dispenser, disposables, touch-less payment system, UV light disinfecting unit, isolation screens.... the amount of details is unimaginable. Feel safe in this spa even at this challenging time. The owner has definitely put in a lot of thoughts in it. Very easy to book an appointment
