Impossible to communicate with them. No English at all. I called to schedule a couple massage with my wife and and they just ignored it and were not ready for us. Finally gide us to the room to disappear for 30min only to come and say we have to wait 25 more minutes for our massage. Unacceptable and unprofessional. We just asked for our money back and left. Terrible experience Post note (answer to owner reply) In addition to this now they lied in the reply below. I specifically said WE WILL BE THERE IN 20 MIN. this plus the 30min they had us waiting in a room 😡😡😡 While we saw a few guys just walking in and they immediately taking care of them. It is because we are a couple? Is because you only provide your "services" to mens?

This was my first massage, and my therapist did an excellent job. I went in with multiple adhesions in my neck and shoulders, and could not lower my shoulders all the way. After an hour, my shoulders were lowered and even. I will definitely be back. The price was reasonable compared to other places in the area, too。

If I could give -00 stars I would. Because we called ahead of time asking if they accept walk ins and they answered yes. So me and my husband drove 30 minutes to get there and as soon as we walked in, they lady that was there was mad because she was on her own. We told her we could wait. We’ve called ahead and was told we could come in. But she was thưởng tantrums like a kid saying how can I manage all of this by myself. I’m by myself I cannot give you a massage! Which is understandable but hey on a customer? It’s not our fault to have picked their place, called in advance? May be she was having trouble with the business? Understandable, but what a about I am so sorry this what it is? My God, she walked in the rooms without further conversations, and we au ward lý walked away on our own. It’s just sad! Please do not run a business if it feels like a burden when customers walk in.

Today was my first ever massage and i was so nervous and honestly didn’t know what to expect lol. The front office staff were so kind & helped walk me through everything! My therapist was awesome & took so much of my tension away & It was really wonderful, I will be back.

This place is great, would highly recommend! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating — we showed up close to close without a reservation and they accommodated us without a problem, and even stayed past close! The massage itself was also extremely relaxing, would highly recommend the body work service. They hit every major part of your body, and overall was a great experience!

We stopped by on a whim within a hour of their closing time and they were so sweet to accommodate our massage. We ended up getting 2 full body massages for 45 minutes and it was way more than what we were expecting in the best ways possible. I loved that they asked for the pressure level and checked in throughout the service. And when they say full body, they mean full body! This is included back, thigh, calves, foot, arms, head, and face. We both had an extraordinarily taxing day and this was a great way to end the night. I would highly recommend bringing cash or zelle to receive a discount.

Very friendly staff making scheduling very easy. Parking is plentiful. The rooms are quiet and calming as a spa should be. Lydia does a fabulous massage- attentive and skilled. She is a very talented professional. Highly recommend her and look forward to the next session with her.

You will notice the tasteful decor of the lobby as well as in each of the massage rooms and how clean and well taken care of the entire facility is. This further contributes to the relaxing ambience of Young Massage. All of the massage therapists at Young Massage are very skilled at their profession. They are all well trained to deliver an exceptional massage experience and are very attentive to the needs of their clients. They continually communicate with the client to insure that the massage pressure and style is what the client wants and are extremely attentive to the needs of the client.
