Cheap products gel nails last 6 days only . And refuse to refund . Customer service is terrible and the product is not worth a penny. Don’t waste your money or time at none of there locations.

Edited review 💛 This place is wonderful! It was my first time going to this nail salon, and I did a walk-in. Sandy was my technician. She did a fantastic job, and was so so nice! She even let me explain the FNaF lore to her! It felt very welcoming inside, and they played some good music in there too. I would 100% go back. I've tried a lot of salons and this has been my favorite of what I've tried. !! Edit, !! these nails were really wonderful, but they ended up popping off TWICE. Once when I tried to grab my luggage at the airport, I barely touched the suitcase before it popped off, and I PANICKED because I got them done for my sisters wedding, and I was a bridesmaid. I had to find polish to match in one day in a whole different state. The second nail came off while I was on a tour of my college campus!! 😨 It popped off when I tried to put my backpack on my shoulder, I barely even lifted the nail. I just hope nobody saw that because that was embarrassing. Don't get me wrong, the nails were done amazingly and the salon is still really nice! But, I've never had nails come off that easy at all 💔

Something has changed here. This place has been the absolute best in the area since it opened. Yesterday when I went in it took two and half hours to get a full set. When she was putting on the tips her fingers kept getting glued to mine and it seemed like she was having a hard time since her nails were so long. I have never had an experience like this at any nail salon.

First visit and it will be my last. Technician was super slow, seemed like she didn't know what she was doing- maybe new? Also dishonest, charged me for service she didn't provide and even told me, "be grateful I didn't charge you extra for the nail color you chose" (that I wasn't even told about by anyone that it was an extra charge). You just lost a customer in your area and word of mouth travels fast. So crazy it's so hard to find an honest nail salon around here.

Always great work, friendly and great nail artists (and foot rubs!), the pedicure products smell, feel and work great. I love Annie for my dip nails, Millie and Julie are great for pedicures too-they all are so good! Affordable too

Love Your Nails Salon! It took me over a year of “trial and error” looking for the Right person and salon - “Your Nails” is the place. Great Staff!!Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, listens to the customer, most relaxing pedicures, and best in nail care! Annie is Amazing and I look forward to my appointments with her! The Best! Highly recommended

They did good with nails and feet … but negative is three of them talking about me and about my nails . I asked what I want they talk about it and laughed . I usually give them tip 5 dollar or 10 so now I gave her 3 . That’s how they roll talking people behind? SAD!

This is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. Technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. My nails were BADLY damaged from another salon. On my 1st visit they took time to go over all my options and figure out what was the best for me and my nail health. Isabella is my tech and she is incredible, and creative. I’ve gone several times now and my nails are so healthy and beautiful l. I will never go to another salon!!

Be careful of hidden fees! They will add services without telling you that they are at an additional price! If you get your nails done and one breaks the next day, you have to pay for the nail repair!

Extremely annoyed with this place. I received a full set less than 2 weeks ago, paid $90 for the set and 3 nails have already broken and/or popped off. The first one happened less than a week after. I was able to return to the shop and have those fixed. I was on vacation this past weekend and two more broke. One broke while rolling down a car window and the other while putting on my jeans. I’m not sure if it’s the nail tech or the quality of their products, but I should have had these last a lot longer, especially after paying $90 and having my nails last less than 2 weeks.

Natalie is amazing. Her full set is on point and the conversation is great. All the ladies are professional and friendly. The shop is very clean and filled with many colors to choose from.

THE WORST! Some staff was nice but they would swap you out and take turns. I went with a group of women with an appointment for a wedding. They forgot to paint one of the brides toes which starts to show careless they are! We also made it very clear that she was the bride. I had three people work on my pedicure and two people working on my hands. I paid $100 for a basic polish pedicure and SNS dip powder. I asked to have natural nails and keep as much length as possible, the nail tech took my nails down to the nub till it hurt. At the way end I looked at my nails and realized that my cuticles were still there and not cut when I paid for a manicure. I asked about it and they said that they didn’t know I wanted that with my manicure, as if I only wanted my nails cut to my skin and just dip powder. I have never been so unsatisfied with a beauty location.

Called on Sunday after visiting the Lone Mountain location (which is closed on Monday's). They made an appointment for me and my spouse...Arrived on Monday for our appointment and they had it scheduled for Wednesday...not Monday like I scheduled. Husband was very upset after driving the extra distance to this salon. And the person we spoke to made it seem like it was our fault. Really??!!! We are leaving on vacation on Wednesday I know I made the appointment for Monday...that is the ONLY reason we drove the extra distance to the Hualapai location. because you were open Monday and your Lone Mountain location wasn't.If we EVER decide to go to Your Nail Salon again...it will be the one on Lone Mt.

Eve was my technician. I paid for a deluxe pedicure $40 which included a 6 minute massage with warm lotion Nope. She didn’t do that. Also don’t they usually do a topcoat? NOPE. Didn’t get that either. (This is my 2nd attempt to give them a try. First time was pretty much the same). Never again. It’s too bad because they’re close to my house What I believe happened was her regular came in and I got rushed out the door. Very poor service Oh and I tipped $10.

First time getting my nails done and it was a very disappointing experience. My nail tech filed my pinky skin until it bled. She gave me a color not even close to the one I asked for. The paint is lumpy on my nails. I asked for long acrylic, even showed a few reference pictures, and got gels with my own nails underneath after she had cut my nails. Very awful work. Will not be back in the future. Avoid this place. When we called, they still wanted us to pay another $20 on top to fix their mistakes when we shouldn't even have to come back in the first place. On top of the $80 we paid on the first visit.

I hope you are lucky enough to book with Annie. She did an amazing job with my nails. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. Thanks to her I got these beautiful nude nails. I think I just found my new home salon

I will never go to this nail location ever again I went to get a set of acrylic nails and this girl name faith took care of me and she did a horrible nail job the nails did not lasted 3 days when they started to fall off. I don’t know if she used old acyclic to do my nails. She charge me $55. Horrible nail job experience.

There are tons of nail salons near me, but I drive 40 mins round trip just to go to Your Nail Salon. The staff here really cares about you. Amazing and talented nail techs. Amazing service. Shout out to my girl Eve!!

My first two times coming, Kat did my nails. She was nice and did a pretty good job, but was not able to do some designs. What kept me coming back was mainly how they did not charge up the wall like other salons do and the cleanliness of this salon. However, the last time I went Jayc did my nails. He cut me within 5 minutes of starting my nails and did not do a very good job. It took him only 45 minutes for a fill, which is the shortest it’s ever taken for me to get a full. He also cut almost every cuticle and left polish on my fingers. He also charged me way more than I had paid here before.
