I have been here couple of times with coupon or without coupon. Every time service is great. Had experience with less pressure massage and quite hard pressured massage. Hard pressure massage feels painful when done however, for me it relieved my pain. recommended.

Jedno z najgorszych miejsc do masażu!!!! Brak higieny i wszędzie brud! Tylko polecam masaż u Coco! Reszta tylko liczą na napiwki! Daliśmy 10 USD napiwku za osobę (były 2 osoby) i krzyki po chińsku że za mało!!!!! Jak powiedzieliśmy że chcemy napiwek zabrać od nich to krzyki że już to są ich pieniądze! Też oszukują na NYC Sales Tax!!! Doliczają śmieszne sumy do rachunku wmawiając że to ten sales tax!!! Zdzierstwo!

I went today for the 30 min foot massage and had the best experience. Someone was available immediately and he was clearly very skilled and applied the perfect amount of pressure. This was an amazing treat for myself on a cloudy Sunday! Thank you, I’ll be back!

Great therapeutic massage. Quick and to the point, literally. While there for the foot reflexology massage, i was like, why am i the only one screaming in pain! It hurt so good but yes sometimes unbearable. I also got a shoulder and back massage and we went back a 2nd day!

Real acupressure. Can be quite painful at times but as someone else said the results speak for themselves. I feel about 20 pounds lighter and more aligned afterwards.

Mixed feelings overall. My girlfriend and I were hoping to get a relaxed foot massage, but this isn’t exactly the place for that. The massage is very strong, very very strong. At one point a tool was used on my foot and I thought the tendons in my arch were going to explode. By no means is this a bad massage - the masseuse certainly gives FULL effort, but I think that full effort was a bit much for us. I read the reviews before going and I was a bit weary, but my girlfriend said to disregard - that was a mistake, all the reviews are accurate. Very friendly nice staff and comfortable chairs

I am local and this is one of my go-to places. Get the 'A' - 20 mins chair massage for back and shoulders plus 40 mins foot massage. Cost is $39 and tip at least $15. Cash preferred but they do take a card/apple pay but tip must be in cash so plan accordingly.

I tried to leave the payment of 7 USD, which is about 16% of tips. but they ask for monetary tips for 10 USD, and forces are not to leava. This act violate New York state law, and customers are disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months. I LOVE IT!!! Literally my favorite foot reflexology spot in the entire city. And the ONLY place I’ve found where they soak your feet before massaging them.

Not a customer, but was just told by a local American born Chinese, that he was offended by the workers. He stated that he had an hour foot rub and had to listen to workers talking trash about Americans in Chinese (feet smell, bad tippers). Don't be fooled by the fake smiles. The man was livid that racism was so flagrant. #themoreyouknow

They found parts in my feet that i didn’t even know existed. Be warned, maybe i’m a softie but parts of it were nearly unbearable… however, afterwards, i felt like i had brand new feet, feeling so so relaxed and refreshed. So the results do speak for themselves!

Skip the chair massage and just do the reflexology because it's wonderfully relaxing and your whole body will feel different. The chair massage isn't enough to do any good and will actually undo the benefits of the reflexology.

There is this one dude that will make you go through an intense navy conditioning type of massage, that couldn’t even be considered to be a massage at that point. Every time he dug into my muscles, he carved my soul out and I prayed for this to be over. I asked him 4 times very nicely to massage me softer and he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying because he challenged my right shoulder to endure through more BONE CARVING PRESSURE. I don’t think he understood what “soft” meant because during the massage, he made my experience so unbearable, I started reflect on my life and what I had ever done to deserve such an abysmal massage. I was getting obliterated. His so called grand finale was absolutely terrifying. As soon as I thought everything was over, he scraped my skin off with rough 30 grit paper towels that I wasn’t physically nor mentally prepared for. At last there was a pause in sanding down my skin. However it was followed by the hardest MMA punches known to man, all 68 swings straight on my back. Everybody in this store heard gunshot noises, but it was all just my masseur, taking out his anger and might on my back with these punches. My sister in the other room heard what was going on and she was so worried for me because of the echoes of every punch my masseur threw at me was heard throughout the store. The best part of this massage was the pauses in between, where the masseur had to catch a breath to get back to carving out my muscles. I think his rough technique and long nails were never meant to go together in this world. All I can say is that I came out as a different person after this massage.
