Went with a friend to Yuan Spa and loved it! We just had a hydrotherapy session but I plan to return for the services. Everything is beautiful, serene, thoughtful, and welcoming. Bring your own swimsuit and they provide the rest. Relaxing, refreshing, and a great place to quietly connect or enjoy some restorative alone time.

My experience began as soon as I walked in the door. The ambiance was very calming and relaxing. I was treated to an AMAZING facial. Very soothing and refreshing. They were very knowledgeable about my specific skin needs.I would highly recommend visiting Yuan Spa. I will definitely be going back in the future.

LOVE the facility and especially the hydrotherapy area. I’ve had mixed experiences with massage therapist and estheticians, but have been generally happy with my experiences. Prices are a little higher than some surrounding and equivalent spas, but the facilities are nice, clean and updated.

Wow I was blown away, I usually only see hydrotherapy setups this nice at high end resorts. The staff was super professional, attentive and kind. Shout out to Jacklien for my awesome craniosacral therapy.

I have mixed opinions about this place. For massage and specially deep tissue with Nate, this place is amazing. I had once a bad experience due to a specific room. The room was closed to something that had a noise like a motor/equipment beeping. And you could listen to steps, chit-chat, people laughing in the corridor. It definitely kills the relaxing experience that you are having. The next 3x that I went I noticed the calming sound is very loud probably to mask the lack of soundproof system of the rooms. I keep returning because I really like Nate's massage, other massage therapist as good as well. Not as good as Nate. I've tried the sauna experience once with a friend. Comparing to Olympus, this place is terrible. We went on a Wednesday 7h45pm session, and the place was crowded, mixed female and male. Everyone was talking, there was almost no space in the saunas, you could feel hair and stuff in the hot tub. Not a nice place for a calming experience. But overall, if you are looking for a massage, this place is great! I had once a facial and it was good as well.

I’m sorry this is so long but stay with me…PLEASE get over to Yuan Spa in Kirkland! I finally used a two year old gift certificate and oh boy I am hooked!! Often, I don’t like to be touched so I kept putting off the services at Yuan. Then, a hard round of Post Covid Arthritis had me wobbling around and in pain all over. Enter TONY! He delivered a miracle in one 60 minute lymphatic massage!!!!!!! I felt sort of better right after. I didn’t ache going up the stairs at home. I slept last night with no pain in my hips or knees. I woke up this morning and I am not achy all over!!! Initially, I was extremely nervous but the second I met him and saw that charming smile and electric personality I felt safe. Will return again next month and THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND KNEES🥰

This is a great spot for hydrotherapy. I had never been to a spa like this before and it was a great 1st experience. The place is very nice and clean. The locker room has everything you need and more, including complimentary towels, slippers, a robe, Q-tips, cotton balls, mouthwash and more, everything you need. After you get into your shorts and put on the robe you go into a waiting room where you can have tea and snacks. Then you go into the spa room with a shower, a hot tub, a cool tub, a sauna, a steam room and a room with an ice machine to really cool you off. Everything is nice and well kept. And they have lemon water to drink if you get too hot plus jars of salt that you can scoop into little cups for the steam room. It’s a very nice and relaxing atmosphere and experience. I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing day spa where you can absolutely relax. I have tried the hydrotherapy and massage services which were great. The steam room is always clean and refreshing too. If you get hungry after your time ends, you can grab snacks from their lounge! However, upon my last visit I couldn’t help by notice that some things were broken. The shower heads in the hydrotherapy area! Not the biggest deal but because they were broken, I saw people getting into the pools with no showering…

I went when it opened at 10 a.m. The hydrotherapy, sauna, steam room, etc. are spotlessly clean and easy to enjoy. My massage therapist Isaac was AMAZING. I did the cupping and interoral massage add ons. The staff is kind and I will definitely be back.

Ive been a member of this spa for about a year now and 10/10. Nate is one of the best masseuse i have ever been to in my entire life. I love the hydrotherapy as well. There is a huge menu of services and i plan on trying other types as well.

Be careful when you sign up for the membership. I had a massage and two hydros that I had already paid for. I put my account on hold for the summer. And was unable to use the benefits that I had already paid for. I wasn't able to use that benefit before the hold, because they didn't have a therapist for me and canceled my appointment at the last minute. Now they're charging me to cancel an appointment that I already paid for so I'm paying twice for a massage that I won't get.

I called in several times to book a couple’s massage because the website say it could only be done via phone, no one ever picked despite my several attempt on different days. Got a robotic text message saying a rep will call me back and never did. Seems like they don’t want more business.

I had a really lovely time at this Spa. We went later in the evening and the pools and saunas were not overcrowded and it was very relaxing. My husband and I did a couples massage after using the pools (HIGHLY recommend) and had an excellent experience. Both of us felt our therapists were attentive to our needs and we walked away feeling that had been the best massage we have ever had. We can’t wait to visit again.

I wanted to like this place. It is close to our house and neck injuries require regular bodywork. Unfortunately, over the course of six months I scheduled nine massage and five of those were cancelled day of. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Felt bad every time. The therapists I saw were good, nothing against them. Seems more like mismanagement.

Went here for a mother/daughter spa day and what I can say is that the quality of the services provided REALLY DEPENDS on the person you get. My daughter got a person for her treatments who was great, and she loved the whole experience. I, on the other hand, did NOT. My technician kept massaging too hard, despite being asked multiple times to soften her touch. I felt man-handled and not at all relaxed, and for the price being so high, to leave feeling less relaxed than when you came was a bummer to say the least. Wont return.

I would give five stars for the massage therapist, Julie. Exceptional massage and understands how to work the knots. The guest service communication and scheduling however, do not reflect the premium price tag and experience this ought to be. I received a gift card for a 90 min massage session, and had scheduled the appointment a month in advance. Day of, I received a text stating that my appointment can no longer has been shortened to 60 mins due to scheduling WITH NO FURTHER EXPLANATION. The guest service offered “free enhancement add-on”, but the lack of notice time and proper explanation has really left a bitter impression before the treatment even began. Upon my arrival at the front desk, the staff offered no further in-person explanation or apologies for the last minute scheduling change, signaling a lack of communication between staff members, and it was only after two hard inquiries that prompted the front office to look into the system and notified me that my original therapist called in sick last minute and they had to rebook me but could no longer offer the original time length. Since my 90 min appointment was cut short, I made another booking three weeks in advance and decided I would just pay out of pocket since two treatments exceeded my original gift card value. ONCE AGAIN, I was notified on the day of - that my therapist called in sick and they offered a massage appt instead. It seems that they have clearly either booked appointments to capacity or short staffed and no backup capacity to deal with scheduling changes from staff. Both times guest services made very minimal attempt to reflect the inconveniences caused with moving my two appointments on the day of, and absolutely no in-person acknowledgement either. With such poor services and high price tag, I suggest going to other providers where you can get more professional communication and guest services.

I never thought overcrowding can exist at a place where it supposed to relax you, I went for the hydrotherapy services and I think 12 people per hour using the hydrotherapy services is way too crowded. The locker area was so packed that I couldn’t get in or out without knocking my head on some else’s locker. The steam room can only comfortably seat 4-5 at a time, the sauna room can only accommodate 3, and there are only 3 showers (mind you it’s 2 regular and one accessibility shower-tight) so you’re waiting no matter what and having to deal with personal space issues, the entire time! Not sure I need this to add on my extra stress.

My visit was such a lovely experience! The facial was so relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing. The hydro experience was everything I wanted and makes me very interested in a membership. The staff clearly care about their clients.

Oh man, it hurts me to give this place 3 stars but it has to be done because this place has really gone downhill. I first became a member in 2023 and fell in love with it but there are a few things that have changed in 2024 that if not improved, I will likely cancel my membership: 1. Lack of appointments. I used to be able to get a massage appointment if I called in a couple of days in advance. But now, I have a hard time booking a massage even 2 weeks in advance! You have to plan ahead at least 2-3 weeks in advance and book your appointment, otherwise you'll never be able to find an open spot with a female therapist. 2. The facilities are dirty! I went for a hydrotherapy session yesterday and found several hair balls in the shower floor and walls. There was hair wrapped around the shampoo/conditioner bottles inside the shower too. Also, there were so many used cups laying around everywhere throughout the locker room and in the meditation/quiet area. 3. Overcrowding. When I first joined, there would be no more than 4-5 other people in they hydrotherapy area with me. Now, even at 2pm on a weekday, there are 6 or more. This is especially an issue in the sauna where no more than 2-3 people can be inside at the same time. I was not able to enjoy that part of the circuit because it was always taken by someone else. For the price they are charging, they really need to do better. I really hope that #1-2 are due to shortage in staff and that they will remedy this soon! And hopefully, they will stop overbooking hydrotherapy sessions so that this place and be the sanctuary it once was for me! (Photos are from last year)
