HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 5+ hours of pure hell. Please do not go to this salon - they ruined my hair and they don't know how to fix their own messes. I've never had to write a bad review, ever, but my experience here was so bad that I would hate for it to happen to anyone else. I brought in multiple pictures of balayage so Yudi can see what I wanted. No type of professionalism and works with the same rags she used on other clients. She told me she knew how to do a balayage and clearly she didn’t. She took upon a task she is not able to perform just to take the client’s money. Charged me 275+ and didn’t even get half my money back for something she claimed to know how to do.! Additionally, she stated she couldn’t do a balayage on me due to the fact that I had a lot of hair…excuses after excuses. Please save yourself the trouble, heartache, and $275+ and go somewhere else - it's not worth it, trust me. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! Más de 5 horas de puro infierno. Por favor, no vayas a este salón: arruinaron mi cabello y no saben cómo arreglar sus propios errores. Nunca he tenido que escribir una mala crítica, nunca, pero mi experiencia aquí fue tan mala que odiaría que le pasara a alguien más. Traje varias fotos de balayage para que Yudi pueda ver lo que quería. Ningún tipo de profesionalidad y trabaja con los mismos trapos que usaba en otros clientes. Me dijo que sabía hacer un balayage y claramente no. Ella asumió una tarea que no puede realizar solo para tomar el dinero del cliente. ¡Me cobró más de 275 y ni siquiera recuperé la mitad de mi dinero por algo que ella decía saber hacer! Además, dijo que no podía hacerme un balayage por el hecho de que tenía mucho pelo… excusa tras excusa. Por favor, ahórrese el problema, la angustia y $275+ y vaya a otro lugar; no vale la pena, confíe en mí.

Had not been there in a while due to the pandemic but as always Yudi did a great job ! She is amazing at what she does .. so happy ! I was in need of a new look for my 60th birthday coming up and I got one ! ❤️
