Been coming here for a year now. Matsu never fails to give me some amazing nails! Literally every new set is my new favorite. All visits have been quick and relatively affordable (in comparison to other Japanese nails salons in Manhattan). It's definitely not a walk-in place, so make sure you make your appointments in advance.

I had such a terrible experience here over the past month, I will never be coming back. I had three “Japanese gel” manicures in the past four and a half weeks - the gel just isn’t staying on. Flash forward to yesterday, I worked with someone who was extremely new and knew very little English. Why would you give someone new, a loyal client, who has been paying full price for your services, despite it not lasting more than a week before peeling off? The woman kept burning my nails and filing down the nail bed. I asked her to stop doing that many times. Someone came by to translate and I tried to explain she keeps filing down my nail bed with the drill so much that it’s burning - they tried to gaslight me and told me it was normal. I’ve been coming here regularly for three years - it’s not! I bled in three places from the drill. This woman wasn’t even qualified to file my nails, and she was literally using a drill to burn my nail bed and skin. I even asked her to cut the fly away skin she was creating all over my nails - she didn’t. She just kept saying she didn’t understand. I felt abused by the time I left. The gel itself is thick, lumpy and looks like I did my own nails. I’m scared to see how much damage she did to my nails. I reported them for having an unlicensed nail tech, because there’s no way she was licensed.

I hesitate to share this review because it’s already hard to book with Karina due to popular demand, but I won’t gate keep any longer. I travel from Brooklyn to this spa to see Karina regularly for facials. I also use her products; her skincare line is sold here. She knows exactly how to tailor her services based on what you need. Karina is absolutely fantastic, a true professional, and passionate about beauty! Thank you, Karina!

I managed to book an appointment for a manicure with gel extensions and a pedi. Sora chan got my nails done and her work is absolutely amazing! Miriam got my pedi service done for me and I truly live her work as well! I'm definitely booking with them next time I'm in NYC 🤍

My go-to Japanese nail salon! All of the nail techs are trained in Japan, and they’re incredibly detail-oriented and willing to work with you to make your nail vision come true. They’re all also very sweet and do their best, no matter who I’m paired with. If you love intricate nails and charms for a reasonable price, Yukie Natori is the place to go!

Yukie Natori New York is the best and only spot, you should go to for specialized nail care! Technician Alejandra did my pedicure and manicure and the attention to detail and and her knowledge of cleanliness and nails is unparalleled this place and there technicians are on the money! best place in NYC yukie nail and spa is really a great experience. And my go to spot for a nice clean mani pedi as they say lol great establishment!.

I went for the dry head spa with massage treatment. Nina took great care of me! She was super professional and kind. This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. I really enjoyed everything and I will be back for sure!

STOP GOING TO THIS PLACE! A new policy they say they have always had is "If you have to change it cancel your appointment and it's within 24hrs of the appointment they will charge you for the full service to recoup their cost." This doesn't make sense because of someone takes the appointment time will they refund you? First this is a practice owners do for a struggling business, and what dishonest places do to scare people into coming in for below average services.

Beyond sad about this place. I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 7 months and my last two appts were with different nail techs that don’t follow the same protocols for Japanese gel. I’ve always wondered why the front desk asked if if it mattered if “a Japanese girl” did my nails or not. My nails are in the worst shape they’ve been in after this last visit. The tech filed my nails down so bad and my nails are thin and not healthy anymore as they’ve been with the Japanese gel in the past. I have six broken nails right now and it has only been two weeks. Also everyone charges different prices and there is no consistency.

Have been going to them for mani pedi and facials for quite some time, always on point. Also, scheduling an appointment is relatively easy, esp as their nail department is always busy, they always “squeeze “ me in.

I feel so bad writing this I got their head spa treatment, it was absolutely underwhelming. I kept waiting for the actual relaxation part to start but it never happened The "massage" past was so sad, I have had better head massages done while getting my hair washed from a haircut It's was $200, I had tipped 18% just to be polite but overall I would have to give 0 stars Never again

Nina was great. It was beyond my expectations. The only thing I would love to recommend was the reception upstairs, no the front desk, was loud. I noticed it could be the only for nail salon in the back perhaps. But it would be wonderful if they can lower their voice for the spa vibe. Definitely will come back
