This is one of the best massages I have ever received. The spa is clean and warm. The staff are friendly and comforting. My massage therapist, Maddie, had a firm touch that was just right, and she implemented my concerns perfectly. I feel like melted butter. I will be back for sure.

I love Yume Spa! They have the best facials using high quality products. My skin looks and feels so much healthier. It’s such a peaceful environment with wonderful staff. Makayla is my favorite, but I’ve seen other people too who were wonderful as well. I love their infrared sauna also! Their membership programs make it much more affordable. You should absolutely check them out.

I’ve been to Yume several times now and it’s always a great experience. Super relaxing and peaceful. I’ve done the head spa and gentleman’s facial with Mariah. She’s awesome. Definitely recommend!

We got a couples body renewal package and we could not have been happier with our experience! Both girls did an amazing job and have both of us feeling like we just walked out of heaven! Terrific experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Yume to anyone! We will definitely be back!

I had a head spa and my husband and I had a couples body renewal right after. The head spa was OK, not what I expected but the massage was good and I was relaxed. Neither my husband nor I were happy with our couples massage. The bath was good and the warm beds felt great. As far as the massages, they asked what specific areas we wanted worked on then completely ignored those areas. Mine were my calves and ankles (I have arthritis in my ankles and physically showed her where to massage) and not only did she not massage them, she completely missed one entire leg. She also skipped an arm but it was the ankles and legs I was most concerned with. My husband's areas were his legs, lower back and hips. She barely touched his legs and hips. They spent the majority of the appointment with us on our stomachs while they worked on our shoulders and mid/upper back. Both of the ladies were very nice and professional and we tipped 20% for that and the atmosphere but it kind of felt like we were the last appointments of the day and they just wanted to be done as quickly and as easily as possible. In their defense, neither of us said anything because he thought maybe it was just his therapist and he didn't want to ruin my experience and I felt the same. After we left, he finally asked how my massage was and we realized we were both disappointed. It is a lovely place, very calming and relaxing and again, the people we dealt with were all very nice and professional.

WOW! I had the most incredible and relaxing head spa service by Ty. The treatment was so luxurious; I’m shocked to have found it in Tulsa. Ty was very attentive, making sure the pressure and temperature were to my liking. The package I chose came with a mini facial, which she gave such a great facial massage as well. Highly recommend, and ask for Ty!

Yume spa is definitely my go to when it comes to facials and massages!! Taren is by far the sweetest manager… she’s so sweet and knowledgable when explaining in detail every service they have to offer.. ! I would recommend Mariah for your facial!! sweet and passionate about what she does! The whole atmosphere is very calming and peaceful… I normally get hydrafacials once a month and those have always been my all time favorite until I met Mariah the whole experience is invigorating… the red light therapy hot and cold compress and the massage she does on your face, neck and shoulders is so amazing! I’ve never experienced a facial like this before! I promise you will not be disappointed!! Also the membership pricing is such a great deal! If you sign up for one facial a month you get it for $99 vs the regular price $149! Love it there!!

Me and my husband did a couples massage for Valentine's Day and it was amazing. You know that saying, "you get what you pay for" is absolutely true. This place was on the pricier side, but so worth it. It was intimate and luxurious. Our massage therapists were AMAZING. I'll have to update with their names because I'm awful with names 😂 but I actually made a follow up appointment because I was so impressed. 5 stars from me.

Had the best experience! The ambience is unmatched, way better than the more expensive spas in Tulsa. This atmosphere, care, and hospitality was perfection. Not to mention the scalp detox treatment was wonderful!

I visited this spa while on vacation, as I live out of state. I do not have anywhere local that offers a head spa service. The service itself was very relaxing and enjoyable. They offer a consultation before the service and allow ample time to undressed and get comfortable before the service begins. However, upon completion of the relaxing service, I had to brush through my matted hair for almost 10 minutes. To note, i have long, curly hair. To some level I can understand that they may not be able to keep the hair tangle free during the service, but it really shocks you right out of the relaxment when you're fighting your hair with no leave-in/detangler upon the end of the service. I would recommend this spa, but definitely take your leave-in and your wetbrush!

I would have given 10 stars if I could and I don't take my rating lightly! I had a 90 mins relax body and mind. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The online booking works well + a follow up call from the spa. My therapist, Jessica, is skillful, attentive and care for details. The sequence of the massage, which includes the neck, shoulder, head massage and light scratch was well designed. The quality and scent of aroma body oil was superb. The spa reception, treatment room, quality of bed, linens, towel, room temperature, cleanliness and tidiness are top notch. What a gem! I highly recommend Yume spa.

The 70 min Thai stretch and unwind massage was wonderful. They start with 5 or 10 min a consultation to understand your needs. Majority is massage followed by a quick stretch to round it out. I had so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and back and already feel better. There was also a scheduling snafu where I had to rebook, and they handled it so professionally which was appreciated. My only suggestion is comfier seating in the reception/lounge area. It’d be best if they had a locker room/separate lounge area where you could hang out in your robe and relax prior to your treatment, but they probably don’t have space for that.
