I would not suggest this place to anyone. My husband and I went for a couple’s massage, and the therapists were a male and a female. My husband was assigned the female therapist, while I ended up with the male. As a woman, I was very uncomfortable with a man giving me the massage, but I didn’t realize it until I opened my eyes during the session. Not wanting to ruin the experience for my husband, I didn’t say anything at the time. However, I felt uneasy the entire time, especially due to the therapist’s heavy breathing. When I later expressed my discomfort to the front desk, they simply told me there was nothing they could do.

Great last minute couples massage. We had some time to kill before an 8:50 appointment down the road and decided to see if we could get a quick 30 minute massage. We actually had a 60 minute massage at a fancier place the day before, and this one was better and we both felt more relaxed after this one than we did the other. Great staff that knows what they’re doing. Thanks for a relaxing evening!

Disappointed! I purchased a relaxation massage for 1 hr because I wanted to be stress free for at least one hour and I received a deep tissue massage. Unacceptable! They are 2 completely different massages. The deep tissue is a strong massage and it hurts, it gets all your back nods out. A relaxation massage is soft and that’s what I wanted but I did not get. My massager was also a guy which made the massage much stronger and now my back hurts because of that. I had to stop him about 10-15 minutes in the session and I had to show him my phone so that he could understand what I was talking about because he barely spoke English. After explaining him that I purchased a relaxation massage he kept going at the nods in my back which made it even more stressful. The music was relaxing but I couldn’t relax getting a massage that I didn’t pay for. The managers of this place should know which person is getting which type of massage. If you want a relaxation massage, I wouldn’t advise coming here or if you are coming for a relaxation massage then make sure they give you a relaxation massage and not a deep tissue because they are completely opposites! I was also wearing some nice suede shoes and I put them to the side to get the massage. After the massage was done, I come to find out the massager spilled some of the body coconut oil on my shoes. I was very upset!!!! I wish I could get my money back!

Absolutely the WORST massage I’ve ever experienced in my life. My boyfriend bought us a 90 min couples massage and we got maybe 60 mins. We came in early and they made us wait for like 15 mins and then decided to end 20 mins early. They are not professional massage therapist and literally didn’t apply any pressure and the lady kept smacking me in the head when rubbing my back. At one point in time I had to ask her to actually put some pressure because it was like a baby was rubbing me and I hate that. We paid $225 for absolute trash and they had the audacity to ASK FOR A TIP. We gave one and I’m giving you all one now by saying do not waste your money here. The bathroom is also disgusting here. Basically this isn’t a SPA at all. This is a place I feel people come to for the happy endings only.

Booked a 90 minute couples massage. Arrived at 1:15 (thinking it would take 15 minutes to get ready and tell masseuse areas of concern-btw they didn’t ask at all just started) but another couple was there. Was taken back about 1:30. I checked my watch after using restroom and getting undressed and it was 1:46 pm I was told at booking it was 90 minutes hands on. They finished at 2:56pm. I was disappointed with the shortage of time and told the girl that checked us in. She argued with me and told me I was wrong and they could pull the camera video. I should have let her but didn’t want to spoil the day. Massage was good-just beware of the time. Also prices on Groupon are super inflated so you are not getting as good a deal as you think.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. We bought a Groupon to try it out. We are originally from the West Palm area so the drive wasn't but 2 hours. We frequent Orlando a lot and now we have found this little gem. The price on Groupon is the same in the Spa. Next time we will be paying them directly. Great service. Friendly. Jennifer and Lisa were a delight. I am super happy with the service provided as my body feels in heaven now. Thank you! 🖤

$130 for a couples massage on groupon and received -Appointment was at 5:00, got pushed back to 5:30. -Unsanitary due to both masseurs coughing for the duration of the massage. -Audibly scoffed when I provided the tip amount and still was unhappy when I increased it. Overall, felt unprofessional and we will not be returning.

Cozy environment with great massage. I had a Groupon for a couples massage, and the service was fantastic. We were greeted promptly at the front and taken back to our space immediately even though we were early. Our massage was great. The only downfall is the location. It's right next to a sports bar that blasts their music. I only noticed it before our massage as we were waiting for the staff to come in. But overall a great experience.

Terrible massage . My 8 year old would do a better massage and have more pressure. Came in and the place smelled of shrimp . Purchased a Groupon and it was more expensive than what they advertise so that was a waste of money. Truly bad experience , my “masseuse” kept coughing and breathing heavy. Truly go to the mall and sit in 1 of the chairs that charge you a couple bucks and you’ll have 10x better massage. Biggest waste of money I’m so disappointed

Was gifted a Groupon for a 60 minute massage and let me tell you this was the best massage I have ever had. I was greeted by the staff once I walked in, I was offered a beverage and told that they would be with me momentarily. The place was spotless and felt so Zen. Lisa was my masseuse and she was very thorough and professional. I left feeling so relaxed, she really worked on my problem areas and was sure to ask if the pressure was good. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I am now going to make it a point to go at least one to two times a month. Thank you Lisa for being ahhhmazingggg!!!
