I have issues with my hair and I called Monica to help. Not only is she a magician she's a healer. She made me so beautiful and never judged or made me feel uncomfortable. I live in another state and will always travel to her. I don't care if I live in another country she's worth it. Thank you Monica for your always helping and for being so accommodating.

Worst hair cut iv ever had, she cut my curly hair with a straight razor i have a mullet and frizzzzzz 60.00+ dollars to have to wait for months to try and fix it, it is so ugly and i asked for two inches off the back and that's it....and she cut it dry never again 😵‍💫 and it's so uneven two different salons told me i have to let it grow or i have to get a over the ear cut🥺

I called last minute. The owner connected me with Monica. Monica dropped what she was doing and gave me the most beautiful haircut I’ve had. I appreciate her listening to my preferences and gave me exactly what I desired. She made me feel confortable the moment I walked in. She was such a comfort to talk to; I truly felt like a friend with her welcoming demeanor. I will be back and I will recommend her from this day forward. I can’t wait to go back for a refresh. I got an appointment with Monica yesterday for a women's layered haircut. When scheduling I asked for someone who is good with shaping and cutting thin layered hair. I had it shaped with ghost layers, points, and ridging when i came in, inverted undercut layered cut. I tried to explain what I wanted. She seemed to understand. Started cutting and immediately started giving me a faceframe I didn't ask for. I told no faceframe at all. Because she'd already cut up so high, that sided is screwed up. She cut all the thick ends out and bulk out of the ends of my layers. I specifically asked her NOT to do that. Even had her feel my hair dry so she knew I didn't want that cut out. Then she shredded the ended of my hair where it looks ripped upwards. I literally teared up because that's not what I asked for and it looked awful. She then said she under cut the layers but she did NOT. My hair is flat, uneven, ugly, and all the ghost layers, and points I had in it weren't cut or were cut out. So there's no height at all now to it. No ridges. No raise or bumping in it to ad any height or definition. My bang were very defined when I got there. Very undercut and layered. They're now thin, wispy, uneven, and don't even lay right. My bang line is gone. The sections in it that were removed to create the shape the last time weren't trimmed at all so it lost the whole shape i had. I spent an hour crying my eyes out in front of the mirror this morning because literally can't manage it now at all. It's terrible. Horrible! I tried to pull it up into a ponytail at least but she has it so short and chopped up that it doesn't go into one. I'M ABSOLUTELY LIVID ABOUT THAT! I wear my hair up 2 to 3 days a week at least! She didn't even ask how i usually style it. She obviously doesn't have too much experience. ALL I've done is cry every since I left from that place!! They ruined my hair!!! Ruined it!! Destroyed it completely! They don't understand how to cut fine, thin hair. People with fine thin hair it's tough to cut the layers right. Thats why I specifically asked for someone who could do it. I was terrified and nervous about it. She said "don't worry, I'll do you right ". Couldn't They have gone much more wrong! She blunted my whole cut FAILING to realize my layers were pointed and V shaped to cover up sections that were removed at the base of my neck. Now my hair looks like 2 completely different lengths and a huge empty space where she cut the pointed and specially cut ends blunt! That's They infuriating!! They don't know how to do the newer cuts it seems, like ghost layers and shaping. Worst haircut in years by far!! Wished I'd had gone with someone else. Now it's gonna take years to grow it all out right again. It's an extremely traumatic experience for someone with as fine and thin hair as mine to get a cut that goes so wrong and takes out so much of the thickness and bulk. My hair grows VERY SLOW! I'm in tears writing this. Horrible experience!!!!! Extremely traumatic!!!NEVER AGAIN!!

I took my 15yr old niece for a split hair dye. The owner Syndee was quick to respond to my text to schedule an appointment, and she was able to schedule for that same day! Her expertise and knowledge was extraordinary! My niece's hair looks beautiful! Syndee also followed up with us the next day! The environment was clean and relaxed. We will definitely be back again for services!

Took my girls to get their hair colored. Syndee did an amazing job!!! She did so well the first time, I took them back for a touch up. Try their homemade products. My daughter has trouble with facial acne, so we tried one of their charcoal bars. It worked wonders, my daughter loves it. We will be back.

Camille was my stylist. She is wonderful! it was my first time, and I wanted a pixie style cut, to my surprise, she was the goto for short cuts. I am in love with my hair! She's fun to chat with, takes her time and really knows what she's doing, and her covid preventative measures are on point 👌🏽 I highly recommend her!
