Zachary was highly recommended by several of my friends. After one session, I understood why their feedback was so positive. As someone who works out a lot, I not only appreciate a good therapeutic massage, I also understand the importance of stretching. Zachary’s sessions are the perfect blend of both! Hello, I am grateful to have crossed paths with Zachary Graney. I am a massage therapist myself of 10 years.( I will not advertise who I am or where I work because this is all about Zachary Graney). I suddenly started having numbness and tingling in my right arm depending on my movements with sharp pain. I went to urgent care who referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. Long story short the Dr. Was very rude, not compassionate to my issues and put down massage therapist as well as chiropractic Doctor's. The Doctor also wanted me to go to physical therapy 3 x a week a 75.00 a visit. I will never go back to him. My daughter researched massage therapist in the triad area and found Mr. Zachary and booked me an appointment. I was hesitant at first, but when I met him and he started with asking me about my issues, concerns, he listened and then told me the plan. Zachary released my pain and numbness through myoskelatal Therapy my first experience doing this modality. I could feel my blood coming back to my limbs, I could feel and hear releases. For the first time in two months I feel no tingling or numbness. My scapula was basically stuck due to me over working myself with massages but not maintaining my own self care. Self care is so important. I will be coming back to Zachary for a follow up massage. I do believe I have found a massage therapist that I will be booking on a regular basis for my self care. Zachary knows what he is doing and I can honestly tell he loves and cares about what he does. Thankyou for everything Zachary I'm not hurting, you saved me$$$$, and now you have a dedicated new client!

This was the first massage ever received. I would not change my experience for anything. Best decision I have made in awhile. Zachary removed the muscle tension. I will be back for sure.

Zack is a true therapeutic masseuse. He has helped me escape chronic pain. He works for for the whole appointment to get down to the root of pain or disfunction. He listens and truly seems to enjoy the work. This process is not always comfortable but the results are amazing. Worth every penny.

Zachary gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I expressed my concern about my problem area(s), he actively listened and was attentive to my concerns throughout the entire massage. The room is nice and cozy like the massage table and I felt comfortable. You can tell that Zachary is very knowledgeable in what he does and my neck and back can’t thank him enough. I will most definitely be back!

I had been suffering from pain in my upper back and neck for weeks before going to see Zachary. The session was so good that I scheduled a follow up appointment the following week to finish what he started. He is amazing! He listened to me and paid attention to my body. He found tender, tight spots that I didn't even know existed. He puts a lot of energy into his work and it shows. In addition, he has a calm, kind presence and checked in with me to make sure I was okay since he was doing some pretty intense work. I cannot recommend Zachary more!

I have been going to Zachary since 2010! He’s my only massage therapist. I’m a mailman so his one/two-hour essential worker massages are my favorite. The atmosphere is cozy and it smells good. He uses hot rocks to help work your body. I will continue to support his massage business.

There are not enough good things to say about Zachary! My first session with him was a 2 hour session and it was the best massage I have ever had! After feeling instant relief from my aches and pains, I knew I would be visiting him again. I suffer chronic discomfort from hours and hours of tattooing, sitting hunched over in different positions. I now go to see him every 2 weeks and I feel like consistently getting body work done by him has helped with the severity of the discomfort inbetween visits, too. I could go on and on about all of the positive benefits from these sessions. If you have a job that is hard or stressful on your body, I would seriously think about investing money and time into sessions with Zachary. It is hands down the best self care money I have invested into myself in a long time. I feel like I should also mention that the prices are wayyy cheaper than they are at larger, chain, massage spas.Thanks again Zachary!

Zachary is COVID vaccinated and has COVID protocols in place! I’ve been three times since reopening. He is a Master-craftsman and has provided me with unmatched pain management and healing, compared to other seasoned clinicians. My visits have been transformative and have given me hope after 20 years of back pain and fruitless visits to other massage therapists, chiropractors, and a rolfing clinic. He is an intuitive healer. Zachary offered new insights into my needs and applied techniques/approaches that hadn’t been tried before. My pain, posture, and flexibility have improved after a few visits. He also has excellent listening skills and is very compassionate. He listens at length to your concerns and goals and works with you to create a treatment plan. He works with laser-focus and is passionate about his work.

Zachary is really a great massage therapis. I was looking for massage therapy to help with an old back injury. After my first visit I was so impressed I reschedule for the following week. I have been 5 times now and my range of motion has improved so much. Way better that the corporate massage membership that I held for a few years.

There are degrees of handicap. Mine is from 12+years of sports injuries. I have been to multiple chiro (disappointing) and feel-good massage. Zachary is highly skilled and experienced in finding and correcting the root cause of pain, restriction, and neuropathy. He has a wealth of skill in correcting years of tissue damage and restoring correct neuro-muskulator function. If you are looking for a foo-foo aromatherapy boutique massage, you might be better served elsewhere. If you need correction to allow your body to work the way it should, I cannot make any higher recommendation. I have had life-long IT band pain in my legs from the time I can remember. I was hospitalized for screaming as a toddler from the pain. Zachary was able to focus in on the root-cause, and using massage and his stretching techniques I am well on the way to what I hope is restoration of correct, pain-free use of my legs.

Zachary always does a great job at working out kinks in my back and adjusting the massage to what is most helpful to my back on that very day. He is very knowledgeable about the body’s physics and muscular system and will include stretches and similar as needed.
