My daughter surprised me with a special mommy and daughter spa day. We came for the triple package that included footwork and massage, facial, and massage. Unfortunately, they messed up in their appointment when my daughter called. Because, when we got there, we found out the only thing we were going to have together was the massage. I had a facial, and so did my daughter. Separately. Each of us had to wait 30 minutes by ourselves to wait until the other was done. They did accommodate us. They apologized for the inconvenience. But it wasn't the experience we originally wanted. My facial was fabulous. My daughter's wasn't. Because her person during her facial, instead of focusing on her, was telling her all the issues that were happening. How stressful. Not relaxing at all! Our massage was fantastic! I believe the 2 gentlemen were Jeff and James. We were made as comfortable and at ease. The room is large, with a perfect temperature, with a nice comfy massage table, which is heated. I appreciated the sheet with the blanket for extra coverage. Even though there were issues, we would still come back. We understand things happen. We left feeling very relaxed, especially after our wonderful massage.

I had not been to Zama in years, and people don’t always say the best things about the place so I was a little wary. But I had ClassPass credits to use, so I booked a 45 minute massage without knowing who the therapist would be or what the experience would be like. I have to say that Sean was really skilled, really professional, and gave me the best neck massage I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend him enough! I will be back.

This place is magical. The front desk staff are so pleasant and welcoming, the atmosphere is calm, and upscale earthy. The absolute SKILL of Gareth is outstanding. The attentiveness given to each movement and the level of communication was phenomenal. I wish I lived closer so I could back sooner! Hands down the best massage I have ever had.

Great place! Feel amazing after, me and my wife do the couple massage. It can differ between man or women and both are amazing. They are all great at their jobs! Customer service is A +. Thank you Zama and we will continue to come for my wife birthday every year!

Zama is wonderful. I’ll start with my massage services: I thought as we get older we just kinda live with certain pain from doing basic things like sleeping and I had chronic neck pain before getting a 90 minute deep tissue with Ryan. I was finally pain free afterwards and it lasted for months! I went back when the tension was building up again and had Becca who was incredible. The massage felt truly amazing in the moment and also provided noticeable healing. I love them both! Now for guest service aspect: I had an appointment booked for 3:00, and they called me around 11am that day to let me know the therapist was sick so I’d have to reschedule (this is appreciated, viruses have really been going around). I impulsively rescheduled for the next day only to get a calendar alert the morning of that I had a conflicting appt so I called Zama and asked to reschedule for the following week. They told me they normally charge half price for cancellations within 24 hours but since they rescheduled me they’d allow it with no charge. I know that seems like it is the obvious thing to do, but SO many companies would say “tough, but that’s our policy” and still charge you. All this to say, they are doing it right! Talented team, and relaxing environment with great service in every regard.

Zama came recommended by a friend. I had the foot spa treatment as well as a deep tissue massage. I absolutely loved the setting of Zama and the decor of the different rooms I got to experience. The salt room where my massage was had an energy all to its own, and the combined with the amazing energy of my massage therapist Rae, it put me in a beautiful alternate state that I got so much from. I had a surprise massage from my partner, the massage was horrible!! The therapist clearly had no clue what he was doing. If it hadn’t been gifted to me I would would have walked out half way through. He put so many cups on my back that I had 14 bruises everywhere, it was ridiculous. My partner o. The other hand had a female that was amazing 😫

My partner and I received a massage here together that was incredible, with very talented masseurs. I enjoyed the aromatherapy and felt like they really listened to what each of us told them. We tried cupping for the first time, and both of us enjoyed that very much! I would definitely recommend giving it a try! On the other hand, I did not enjoy the salt room very much. While it is beautiful, the salt left me feeling dry and possibly effected both of our sinuses, as I got stuffy and my partner got runny. I also expected more than two itty bitty truffles when I upgraded to the lounge experience. That is what I would change to get a 5 star rating for this place. Worth it for the massage alone though!

Avoid if you're male presenting and single. My girlfriends recommended this place for massage and my experience was terrible! First they cancelled my appointment and blamed me for showing up. After re-scheduling, they put me in a room with an open window and expected me to change in front of their neighbors! The massage was ok, but the therapist didn't listen to anything I said about my body situation. Finally, there were people talking in the hallway and adjoining rooms the entire massage! The whole experience was more stressful then relaxing. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it felt like I was unwelcome, except legally, you can't just deny service to a person due to their gender. Much better to take their money and provide bad service so they don't return.

Such a great experience! I got the 90 min Halo massage and it was nothing short of amazing. Booking online was easy and the ambiance of the house was very nice. I will say, I have had plenty of massages in the past but this one tops the list. Scotty did a great job and was very attentive to my requests on areas to focus on. Let me just say, if you are looking for a nice place to relax and get a great massage, go ahead and book!

These folks are fantastic! Had a pamper day with my tribe of friends (4 of us-3 girls + 1 dude) we did it all, Massage, Facials & Foot soak. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. It was just what we needed. Very relaxing! Just what we were looking for! Thank you to Sierra for my massage, Julie for my facial, & last but not least Jen for my foot soak. I got set up for a massage last weekend. It was wonderful. The spa is beautiful and welcoming upon entry. My therapist Lilith listened to my ailments and worked on me exactly like I wantes providing me some good pain relief. She did a great job of finding my pain and being just strong enough. My partner and I celebrated my birthday with a fantastic 2-hour couples massage featuring cupping and cocoa butter, expertly provided by Meg and Lisa. Although we initially faced some scheduling issues, the experience turned out to be incredibly rewarding. Meg and Lisa welcomed us warmly, creating a relaxing atmosphere that immediately set a wonderful tone for the session. Their skillful massage, combined with the unique addition of cupping therapy, offered us profound relaxation and rejuvenation. The cocoa butter not only delighted our senses but also left our skin feeling exceptionally soft and nourished. In short, our experience was nothing less than blissful.
